We are still working on getting this cache replaced. With thanks Liz and Bruce

02-Sep-13
Looks like this one has gone missing but askjgraz will replace in the next month or so and we can reactivate the cache.

02-Sep-13
We, like DiMorgan, had looked for this one some time ago. With a recent find we thought another look was in order but no luck again. Speaking with a past finder, the likely spot we found was indeed the original hiding spot for this one, making the previous 'found' log VERY unlikely. Happy to replace this one when next in the area (Sept-Oct?) with a film canister if not already replaced.

28-Aug-13
We had a look at this one four months ago but could not find it. Tried again today but still could not find it.
This may to be checked by the CO
Thanks anyway.

Quick find whilst doing a plant survey down below. Thanks

12-May-12
I replaced this cache for Liz and Bruce.
The cache that I put in places is a wee bit large for the hidey spot so I might replace it with a smaller one when I next pass by.
I have used some natural camo to assist.

Future finders - please replace it as you found it.

18-Apr-12
I believe this cache has gone. Found the obvious spot, and later checked with some cachers in Whyalla, and they confirmed it is missing. Left an emergency log, but it will need dealing with. A great spot though and a lovely view! Cheers Gav [11807]

18-Apr-12
Had a long search with Rediguana, admired the views, took photos and searched again. Then I found a hidey hole where the cache must have been hidden. We both agreed it was an obvious place so left an emergency log in a plastic bag in the hole. Not sure how long it will last there. Later local cachers confirmed we had found the right place. Thanks for bringing us to this delightful place.

Our 13th of 56 Caches found for our Pt Augusta and surrounding area cache run.

We had a DNF back in 2009 when we tried this one so had to find it today. I guess luck was on our side or we had a bit more experience at Geocaching since then as today I spotted it fairly quickly.

TFTC Liz and Bruce

Unfortunately we were here at lunchtime so we could only imagine how good it would be here at sunset. The GPSr was leading us on a bit of a wild goose chase on this one, we were not quite sure where it wanted us to search. After a little while it all became clear and the log book was soon being signed.
Thanks Liz & Bruce for the cache

23-Mar-11
This was our second visit and we still needed a clue! Finally got it!

14-Mar-11

30-Nov-10
Well we looked in all the obvious places but if it had to be replaced carefully because of falling then I think it's gone!! Thanks anyway

Maybe sometimes we are just to quick to decided that a cache must be missing. Using a different GPS I headed to a slightly different spot to the one we had so unsuccessfully tried previously and guess what? There it was.

10-Nov-10
Not there at sunset but a quick find for us SL TFTC

06-Oct-10
Found by David at 1415 while Mary stayed in town to check out the Wadlata Outback Centre. Nobody about here, so he could search without interruption. Not too many places it could have been, and the right one showed up fairly quickly. A good one! Our thanks again to Liz and Bruce (and Freddo).

We had a small convoy of cachers heading towards Googs Track grabbing some caches along the way.

A phone call to the hider and we soon had the cache in hand as the sun had already gone down. TFTC. Big Grin

After success at the men's shed around the corner, I thought we should give this one a third chance.

Still cannot find it. Sad

10-Sep-10
Looked for some time for this one without success, just chatting to the bloke who lives there (who was working in the garden) when he said we'd had our hand right on it...with a smile. So we went back, looked again and found it. Very nice hide, your clue put me off.

10-Sep-10
Very clever hide, hadn't seen this type before. Got a little help from a friend. TFTC

29-Jun-10

Had a quick look for this one a few months ago, but as it was about 45 degrees outside that day, we gave up pretty quick. Today the weather was almost perfect, and we found it in the first 2 minutes of searching. TFTC.

GOT IT AT LAST!!! We have had a few goes at this one & this afternoon we finally found it. Great hide. A curious thing though, is that the name on the log sheet for this one is "A Man & his Shed" which is actually a couple of Kms down the road. Very strange!!!

25-Jul-09
YEAH! Finally we got this one, quite a tricky hide. Thankfully we finally nailed it starting to think we were never going to get it. TFTH.

23-Jul-09
Took about 5 min to locate, having chatted with the owners a while back we had an idea about the hide.
A well hidden cache.
Bug passing through.

27-Jun-09
Coongie 09 Trip.8. I was not able to find this, partly due to me not devining the hide and partly due to the neighbor laying a rock wall. Thanks. Albida

13-Jun-09
My mojo was working today. This is a clever cache. You will need to have a proper look for the cache if you want to find it. It is there and it is reasonably obvious if you think like Bruce.

Lovely views of Hospital Creek. Freddo was born in the nearby hospital. There is certainly some history here.

09-Jun-09
LOOKED AND LOOKED AND LOOKED BUT NO CIGAR. AS PER BOWZ2 HAS THIS GONE WALKING OR JUST A HARD FIND

23-May-09
As a Local though had better "go and have a look"... Red Face

19-May-09
Where is it..??. There is not that many hiding spots but somehow we have missed it again.... Did get caught up in a rose bush though... Tks for the cache we will try again...

19-May-09
Was getting dark and had a big day which might have made us not find this but either way never didn't. Next time.

27-Mar-09
First DNF for today. We searched extensively for this one. We tried all the tricks from other similar caches we have visited. We checked out tall round things, short round things, even underground round things, and long black round things, all to no avail. Not saying its gone, but we couldnt find it.

Cheers
