Called in here on our 3 day camping/maintenance run and checked on the container. It was all tickety-boo and dry inside, just like ammo cans are.
Found with PapaGrouch. We were heading home from Lakes Entrance and took the opportunity to stop and collect this cache. Then we enjoyed a cup of tea while taking in the view, before hitting the road again. TFTC
Found this cache while driving around the area for the kings birthday long weekend with my Son and a friend.Weather for the weekend was very cold but they were nice days.TFTC

Find #3008 for me. Found at 2:58 pm with VK3GRK and a couple of muggle friends while on a short getaway in Dinner Plain. We'd driven down to Omeo to explore the area, and after doing some short walks in town, my friends were happy for me to grab some local geocaches. This was a quick find for us after obtaining the required information from the disc and admiring the fantastic views. Thanks so much for bringing us here today hi pressure & Cache Guardians, and thanks for the cache!
Found It!
Collected the numbers, did the maths, then soon found the cache. Some great views from up here!

Being based in Dinner Plain for a few days, gave us the opportunity to begin exploring Victoria's high country in summer. It was interesting to find a directional rose which details height ASL.
A quick bit of maths and we were soon at GZ where we found a very very sad cache - it was actually possible to squeeze water out of the log book! The views were somewhat clouded out, but still an amazing area to visit.
**Perhaps the next seeker could take a replacement log as well as a waterproof container.**
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** Even double containers doesn't seem to have kept the weather out! Perhaps a previous seeker didn't put away properly? Whatever, perhaps a more weather proof container is needed.
Thanks Cache Guardians for placing caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Great location, amazing look out. It reminds me of the book I’m reading The Dry at the moment. It is a current book that they have turned into a movie.
Sadly the cache I found was really wet. It will need a bit of maintenance. thanks for placing and thanks for bringing me here

Almost didnt find it, but then i did. Its been an Awesome day for a scenic drive and geocach find. Ive added sticker swaps. TFTC
Performed some maintenance on this great old cache. New zip lock bag. Really needed a new container but we had nothing it's size on hand. Put log in bag in new small Sistema inside the larger Sistema here. Will at least keep the old log now well safe & dry.
Loved the very old dial. Marked in feet so it's been here a long long time.
Found during our COVID 2020 Murray River trip. While Melbourne was in a state of turmoil rural Victoria was still okay, and with 4 weeks leave, and all the borders closed we decided the only warmish place in Vic was going to be as north as we could get. After a decade or so travelling north and west we started on the trips we'd left til later - the Murray River. Starting from East Gippsland we got to Wemen out of Robinvale before they announced Victoria was going back into Stage 3. Now we're working our way back home and avoiding Melbourne. Found this along the way. TFTC. DJ

A detailed report from the most recent visit tells us that the container will be fine until at least the end of winter by which time it will have been replaced. (MD)
Easy find.
Container is starting to degrade and water ingress will be inevitable.

We arrived this afternoon in Omeo from in Beechworth on a two day drive through the High Country with the MX-5 Club... having found the caches in Omeo on a previous visit with the MX-5 Club, I took a "quick drive" out to Benambra for the cache that was there. On my way back to Omeo I stopped off to look for this cache... and nice easy find of a cache in good condition.
Thanks **hi pressure** for putting this cache out here and to the **Cache Guardians** for keeping it going.

As we approached wpt1 we greeted some other holiday makers that we thought were other cachers, but it turned out they were calculating the heights of mountains. However they had vaguely heard of caching, and were interested enough to watch how we calculated the GZ and then insisted on finding the cache with us. They had a good read of the info sheet inside the cache. We think we may have new recruits, haha.
The cache was found quickly in this instance by Geodad, and was in good condition. Beautiful views! Thanks for the multi hi pressure!

Seventh day of a 2 week horse ride for which I was driving a support vehicle ( I am just getting to log my finds now that I am back). Today I had to go back to Omeo to restock before heading back to Benambra, I stopped to find this cache along the way, worked out the cords for GZ and headed off. TFTC
Thanks for bringing us to the beautiful spot! Beware if the nit so friendly guardian of this cache.....a bit could be nasty!
Heading through to the High Country to do some 4WDing and grab some caches as we find them. TFTC.
Great views from this spot of the mountains around here. Did our homework then found it after a short walk. Cache and contents dry and in good condition.
Many thanks, Cache Guardians.
Many thanks, Cache Guardians.
We have been slowly making our way from Queensland down to Victoria to attend the Alexandra Mega Event and finding a few caches along the way. We decided to stay for a few days in Dinner Plains and today we took a day trip to Omeo to explore the area a little We had a great time learning about the history of the town and could only imagine the hardships that the early pioneers had to endure
We had no difficulty in locating the cache and with our name added to the logbook, we continued on our way
Thank you Cache Guardians for having placed the cache and maintaining it for everyone to enjoy

TFTC cool way to find the second cache. Will be doing on our way home tomorrow.
Up this way to do some fishing for the next month. Taking in the Goulburn, Kiewa, Mitta and Omeo Valleys. Focus is mainly on fishing, but any cache is likely to be nabbed along the way.
We are unable to log details when on the move so have used "Log Later" as a filler till we return.
Thanks for your patience and the cache. Cache Guardians.
Nice easy find after moving from Mitta valley to Omeo Valley.

There was a great view from this lookout and some information that was easily gathered to enable us to work out the new co-ordinates for the cache. It was easily found and all was done and the cache replaced. Just as we returned to our geo vehicle some muggles drove up to also enjoy the view. Thanks to the Cache Guardians for bringing us to this area.
We had a really nice view from this lookout. We solved the task quickly. The container was easy to find.

Each time I'd gone past I thought "should check for a cache"... and finally, with green hills and sunny blue skies as a backdrop, today was the day! TFTC
Stopped off here to take in the view and a quick check on the not-so-smart phone revealed a cache nearby. Well you've got to, haven't you. TFTC
Pretty view and thankfully easy maths ! Cache found nice and dry a very easy multi more people should stop at !
Catching up with some very late logs.
We knew the location from a previous visit and enjoyed the views just as much this time too.
We sorted out the math's and were very happy the cache was located right where the GPS was pointing which is always good as we have been known to mess up the easiest math's.
Many thanks hi pressure for bringing us back to this fantastic area.

Staying at our holiday house in Metung while having a week off work so I can go caching. Found this on a beautiful winters day with the sun shinning, I picked the right week to take off work. Decided to go for a drive to Omeo and pickup the caches along the way. Sl thanks hi pressure for the cache.
Finally found this one. I have had this in my sights for a while. After figuring out the clue the cache was was quickly in hand. Thanks to hi pressure for the cache. TNLN
Final was easy to sort out, so the cache was quickly found. View is indeed impressive even on a rather cold and overcast day. Thanks hi pressure.
Together with Silli1310, we went on holiday for a year. We wanted to see the world together and have enough time to look at everything in peace and enjoy the time. In addition to all the scenic highlights and sights, geocaching should not be neglected, of course, and so we took the opportunity to look for a cache every now and then, whether it was just to stretch our legs on a long car ride or to have someone show us a nice spot.
After spending the last weeks in Tasmania and on the Ocean Road with friends from Germany, we were now on our own again. Our destination for today was somewhere near Mt. Kosciuszko, which we wanted to climb tomorrow. So we drove quite lonely on the Great Alpine Road to Omea. After a short break in Omea, we continued towards our planned overnight campsite. As we had time and wanted to take advantage of the nice weather, we took another break and completed this short multi cache. The missing values were quickly calculated and after calculating the final coordinate we were able to sign the logbook. Many thanks for the cache.

On our [trip around the world](http://www.hoppundweg.piekar.de/) we came to Australia as well. We started in Tasmania, rented a campervan in Melbourne and went up the Eastcoast to Cairns. Then we drove all the way to the Red Centre. We finished in Darwin. We searched many caches and found almost every cache we searched for . Thanks to all the owners of these caches. Now, 2 years later, we recognized, we will never be able to log every cache seperately... So: Sorry for this standard logtext and thanks for one of the caches, which accompanied us on our journey.

We are out on a day trip to Omeo area and return to home.
And of course collecting some caches on the way.

Our weekend in the high country had not been as productive cache wise as we had hoped. With on one find, a couple of DNFs and an OMG we have bitten off more than we can chew hike, we surrendered, re-evaluated and decided to cache our way home. This was a nice cache to get. CO has my closest to home cache back in Cockatoo, so it was nice to pick up their first hide here. Great views!
The lookout was deserted when I visited
Better yet, it was a warm, clear sunny day, so I got to enjoy the 360 degree views all the way to the horizon [^]
With the views viewed and the numbers crunched I headed off to find me the cache
All's well with this container
The blackberries tasted nice too !!

This place was full of muggles on motorbikes when we arrived, but they left as we were getting out of the car so we had the place to ourselves which made for an easy find with a bit of care navigating through the blackberries.
Went up to the lookout before we realised there was a cache. A nice quick offset. TFTC
I did the sums and enjoyed the vistas whilst weroamin found the cache hide, well done for an off set multi. TFTC
After driving down the valley I was looking for a spot to stop for a good view. Nice surprise to find it was also the GC site once the GPS was switched on. A local dropped in for a yarn so we took turns talking to him whilst the rest of us got the info and did the sums to finally locate the cache. Learnt lots form our local informant. TFTC
