went back...still cant find it...could you please confirm it is still in the wall?? cheers
Not sure if this one is still there, unable to find, directions were spot on though and took us straight to the wall.
went looking..but appears lots of rocks have been taken out and I fear the cache was lost to muggles...GPS hopefully pointed us to the right wall...but no such luck...
Dont know how I missed it last time. Yes I do.............wrong wall. Ha Ha

Had originally tried to look for this cache when down this way for the Maraetei BBQ & campout, but it was fenced of for construction at the time.
Had discussion on approach as to the hint and who's we should be using as measurment, as there was a 40cm difference between us. Quick find by Mr UGTME, & I think I left my pen behind. TFTC

Nice to get this one knocked off the list. Nice park albeit on a wet Auckland day. TFTC
Quick find on the way back to the car. Cool looking playground that I'll have to bring the kids to one day.

Met friends for a picnic, checked nearby and found this right next to the car! Great for kids to have a play before or after finding treasure! TFTC!
Yay, it's back!
Please can you remove the NM tag so that the cache appears on my PQ though? I tend to ignore caches with NM so I have only just noticed that this one has returned.

Found in the first place i looked which was a surprise as i could have been here for ages! TFTC!
Stopped by in the hopes of making a quick find this afternoon before heading home. I wasn't disappointed. I seem to remember searching this wall in the past and not finding it, a few months back (should have posted a DNF). Caches sure are easier to find when they are actually there! Cheers for the cache and showing me this end of the new park development!
Found the wall, and the removable bricks, but nothing in there. I suspect a mundane has taken the item? Checked the whole wall for other removeable bricks but found nothing so I really believe the item has gone.
Could not find it. May be looking in wrong wall. Did not want to pull all the wall done so gave up.
Will see if next person can find it

Nice day for the outing to grab this cache. Muggles were around but they were too busy with their business. I had to inspect the rocks before locating the right one. Nice hide this one. cahce is back in this place.

Log book is full. Squeezed name along edge. Heaps of muggles around as was a lovely evening at the park. Hopefully no one noticed what i was doing. TFTC.
All quiet out here today, making it nice and straightforward to find. Squeezed my name onto the logbook and squeezed the cache back into its hidey hole. TFTC
I wanted to find at least one in the dark. And yes..with some feeling to the rocks eventually find it.
Beautiful spot, great hiding

Once i got the right wall it was an easy find. Just missed getting locked in the carpark though! TFTC
Fun hide. Few muggles around but not a major issue despite nice sunny day. Great park for kids and nice green space to wander around. Would not have known it was here - so TFTC and intro to another part of Akl.
It wasn't all that long ago that there was no park here. It's amazing what has appeared so quickly. The park was really busy being Labour Day weekend (still confused why people don't work on Labour Day), so this was a good chance to practice stealth skills.
Found this after work today. Pretty windy out and forgot pen so will head back 2moro to write log in. TFTC Flexie1
I love these wall ones The rock looks a bit more in place than when I found it TFTC
3430. We do not like walls!! The GPS is never accurate enough to make it quick and simple! However, even there appeared to be people everywhere - we found the cache with a process of elimination.
Thanks

Found with CDM261 on an arvo of caching.
Quick find as Mr Woozy Moose found it behind the first rock!

Was looking for a loo and, how convenient, there's one right next door to another cache... (ish) Took a bit of searching up and down (for the cache) but eventually hit upon it. TFTC
It seemed that I was the only person in the park - quick in - quick out - Tried to see how many I could do in an hour. TFTC TNLNSL
Very nice, lot's of mugglers but all good at GZ

Thought I'd combine some exercise with my first cache hunt... so I walked
I know the area well, but it still took a bit of poking and prodding to find it... thankfully, not too many muggles about.
TFTC
ps. You're going to need a new log soon

Nice little hide, had to play ennie mennie minnie mo with a few rocks, eventually got the one. T4TC
Looked very guilty looking for the right rock, located after doing a methodical search
How to frustrate a geocacher: - Hide the cache right in front of a bench where muggles are bound to sit and relax for ages!
We had to abondon the search and do another cache in the nearby area until the muggles got tired of relaxing; then it was in, find, and out in only a couple of minutes.

I got very lucky on this one and found the cache in the very first spot I checked. TFTH and greetings from Canada
In the area today doing a pick up. Indiana Jill and I had a good look and what do ya know.... found! Interesting spot and lovely walkways. Few muggles out and about today.
Thanks for the adventure on this one. TFTC!

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 914. Thanks.
Nice quick find after some rollerblading! A few muggles, but don't think they suspected anything. T4TC!
Interesting pattern of similar structures nearby, was wondering if they were part of the park development or leftover from the original farm (?), but couldn't see what for if the latter.
Good wee hide.

Great to get an opportunity to visit this park and see it is so well utilised! Not so good while trying to exercise stealth with the number of mggles around making the most of the late sunshine hours but conveniently the cache was on the 'right side' of the the wall! TFTC
It is nice to see another cache back in this location but it is certainly MUGGLE CENTRAL on a fine sunny day.
Cheers for the cache.

A busy place on a Sunday morning, but luckily no one too close to GZ. A bit of casual leaning on the wall as we searched and the cache was soon in hand. Not sure why all these walls were built here, if not to provide an interesting cache hide. Thanks.

With Miss Geckoh out for the count, Mrs Geckoh voted to let Mr Geckoh complete the last few caches for the night solo. Quick find even in the dark after a long day.

Took me two after-work trips to find this one. Couldn't believe I missed it when I finally found it. Thanks...
Nearby junior muggles were much more interested in playing than in me. Quick find, no problems here. TFTC, Biggles.
Early start today as we hope to complete our 600 finds . Cold and blustery around GZ but a quick find and then on to the next on the list. T4TC.
#733 (1/8 on an East AKL trip). Found with brother Spud and three juior Spuds. Nasty shower day, Luckily Jack spotted quickly, shortly before a downpour. Interesting park. climbed the big rope tepee thingy. TFTC.
Followed the GPS co-ordinates till pretty much had the correct position, then used the 'clue' to find it quite quickly (felt pretty proud of ourselves really!!) Used some 'covert' skills to throw a few nosey muggles off the scent which added to the 'excitement'
#3 of 7 for team GeoDutch!
*lots* of possible hiding places, even with the clue.

Took a little while to find but when I did, realised that I had already looked behind that one, but obviously not carefully enough! Coords & clue are spot on. T4TC Léon.

Tricky hide, that required a needle in the haystack, or should we say… a brick in the wall search. Found after a few minutes of prodding and probing. Saw lots of changes since our last visit. Loved the big pukekos near the entrance.

Realised as we drove in that this was pretty close to the other cache that was here. Marvellous development of this area, really impressive. Probably better hiding spots a bit further afield we thought rather than prodding at the rockwork. TFTC
[font=Arial Black]De ju vu - Was on the bat phone to the owner as I relised where the cache was.
No probs for the Guru here.

Thank you so much for replacing this cache, I spent 40 mins today looking and prodding around the bridge after going to Karaka and getting another two along with todays geohash.
Cool little hiding spot you found for it, Just watch that the wall doesn't get pulled down as there is some loose rock's already.
