Decided to try and look for this one today, unfortunately as with quite a few others this is a DNF for me. Has had quite a few DNF's a while ago, maybe CO could check.
I don't have another container of this type plus the area has become a camping ground I think it will keep getting muggled sad to see another original phillipsart cache go
Up in Bundaberg for a few days visiting friends, and while they are at work I thought i may as well get some smileys
Cache is still there and in good condition.

Hi there fulfilled71. We found your cache "Kirby's Wall" at 11:35:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 11270.
[Blue]
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area today. We started the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our caravan park and then took a route mainly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS.
[/Blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: The container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Thanks great place. It took a while but I then found the black container I would say it was really fun for our first try
After a visit to the nearby 'factory', headed down here and grabbed this one. Neat hide and it blends it well. Missed it on the first sweep but all was good on a second look.
Thanks for the cache fulfilled71....

Gre8t fined by "The Taylor's".
Dead fury things with bones was a little bit of a turn off!

Yay good cache watch your step the dead cat means your close! Found by Giovannoni's and thornes
In the twenty years I lived here I had never been to this spot. Cache retrieval made tricky by the presence of a dead cat.
TFTC - up for work loading sugar on a ship "New Everest" - also want to wish safe travels to our little friend Cooee Cobber (Travel Bug) we have had some fun times!
While travelling around with us Hubby had to go to work in Bundaberg, we'd been struggling to find GZ which will house Cooee Cobber safely for his next adventure. So He visited the "New Everest" Ship at the Bundaberg wharf while they loaded some Sugar bound for Indonesia. He was lucky enough to go on board and meet the Captain, as well as going onto the bridge and watch the load and look over the harbour.
We've had some fun times, spending a weekend at Seaworld, travelling on a train from Goodna to City and back again, fly to Melbourne and Sydney and now end up at Bundaberg for a nap till his next adventure.
Thank you for the experience we certainly have had fun. Have photos but have not figure out how we can load them.

After a delicious lunch nearby I thought I'd check too see if any caches were lurking. It didn't take too long to find what we were looking for after some poking around. TFTC great hide, I heard th is a great fishing spot!
On my Tour le Bundy today, I was headed back into towne via the East Bank
I reached the great wall of Kirby and stopped the bike to take in the views, watch a cane train rattle past and find a cache
And I found the cache on only my third circuit of GZ
Basic black camo fools me everytime

Found at 11:00 AM GAFF1. On our way to the head of the river and we wondered how this wall survived the massive floods? Maybe it was a bit higher [?]
Thanks fulfilled71.
Thanks fulfilled71.
Decided that we had better check out the river while passing through Bundaberg so grabbed a cache on it randomly and this was the one. Container smelt of fresh paint and was a quick find. Left a Beetles fridge magnet peg TN. Thanks.

Mcgills Road has been cut in a few spots coming from town side probably better to approach from the east down Kirbys Road
Have spoken to CO and been assured cache will be replaced so have removed my needs archived log
If these caches are not going to be replaced then they need to be archived so others can hide here if they choose
This cache has been washed away by the recent flooding... It will need to be replaced... May I suggest that if a cache is in an area where there is a risk of it floating away, consider securing it to its hiding spot to prevent it being washed into the sea and damaging marine life.
Cheers

Out and about on a day in Bundy by myself finding caches.
I was able to park really close to this one.
A quick find.
Thanks for the cache.

i had a little trouble scrounging around with my sore foot, but i did locate the cache. signed n replaced it back in its home
Great views of the river. I guess the this would a good fishing spot not that I am a fisherman. Nice hide. TFTC phillipsart
Another good hide and we just managed to SL, take TB and replace the cache before 2 muggle cane workers came near driving their cane trucks. Put a few things in cache. Nice spot for fishing?? TFTC phillipsart
I love this cache!! It holds good memories!! It was out first ever find! Dropped TB
Planned for a big caching day yesterday in Bundaberg with Firsttime4us2. This was our 1st find on the way up to the port. Good clue, easy find after getting a new GPS sorted out. TNLN TFTC.
Found the cache without any problem. Taped up the container as there were some cracks. thanks phillipsart. We thought the rock wall interesting to see.
A Nice drive along the river bank bought us to a great spot for the cache. Lots of people on the river in their boats & a few fishermen around, its such a beautifull day. Took TB

First one Ive found with The.Hitchies and it was not where I'd though it was. I may need to grow balls and get in the bush next time I dont know where one is.
Workin our way from Burnett Heads to Bundy this one was next on the radar. After following the road that had a million turns we made it to GZ. I wonder why they could just make the roads in a straight line around here [?] After reading the previous log we thought that we would be in for a bit of a bush-bash Luckily it was not the case. The two kids were sleeping in the car and we dare not wake them [|)]
Jase jumped out and grabbed the cache with no trouble, added our name and we were on our way to Bundy Thanks for yet another cache phillipsart

This find was one
That
Required a bit of creative thinking to access ground zero.
Of course once across I was inundated with flies in unbelievable numbers. At ground zero it was even worse. I had to use the paddle to move a plastic bag out of my way at which point I discovered the "why" the flies!! The bag was chuck full of prawn carcasses!!! The smell was impressive!!!

Log book full so we left a log sheet until CO can attend to it. TNLN TFTC Phillipsart
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Ok, no problems with this one, in fact almost managed it without getting out of the car - but no quite. For once a phillipsart one that didn't elude me. Nicely done.
I love the river, and the morning sun on it was spectacular today. Didn't know what the wall was all about until we got here, and that's pretty interesting. A few fisher people out and about, but peacefully quiet today. Cheers.

As the Fangsoki geomobile filled with myself and Gaz'n'Kab rolled towards this one, visibility dropped to only about 10metres due to very thick fog. Mysterious voices and chinking from a nearby party could be heard, but we could barely see each other let alone muggles see us. Cache was soon located under a very drippy tree. I'm sure there is normally a lot to see at this cache, but was well hidden tonight. Made for great lightsaber pretending with torch beams in the fog though TFTC.
Well the fog was certainly getting thick now, and we quickly located the cache

The river looks amazingly clean as we enjoyed a break from caching around the city.

We trotted onto this one next. There was some thick fog happening and we could hear some kind of party nearby. Thankfully it was all quiet at GZ. We found the cache after a small hunt. Of course, we all forgot a pen, but the cache owner had kindly supplied a ready pencil. TFTC phillipsart
Easy find as the cache was exposed. Added a bit of local camouflage so that it is better hidden.

Easy find and delighted to find the Shark Bait TB awaiting discovery. We will take him to Bagara soon. Also took a keyring and left a dog and a soldier. TFTC
A lovely spot to watch the water. A little stinky though. Easiest cache found all day. TFTC
Easy find by Ms Bushies2...amazed to see evidence of the recent flood and how the cache has survived! Thanks phillipsart.
Our 5119th overall find.
A quick find after visiting the rum factory. The cane here looks just about ready to harvest.
Thanks to phillipsart for the cache.

A pleasant find today. Lots of fishermuggles at the wall and surrounds, but no one to worry us at GZ. Parked nearby and had the cache in hand soon after. TN/LN/SL.
Found easily despite all the fishermen and families having a picnic nearby. TFTC
Black Team from PCYC Blazers found this cache hidden in what looked like a crime scene! Knife, clothing and a suspect bag, what a great idea to visit this cache at night time . We had fun looking for the cache and found it easily enough. This was Summer's second cache found, Go the Girls team!
Thanks for the cache. Easy find by a nice river. Took a yellow frog and left a slinky.[^]
