Found it! Enjoying travelling the dusty backroads of the Mid North. It is very dry out here at the moment, need some rain the green things up a bit. Quick find here! TFTC!
Trip to Clare. Time for a cache or two on the way. Took a bit of hunting but located safely tucked away. Covered in dust by a passing B double along the track was a highlight, and I mean REALLY covered. Lucky we pulled over to let him pass, because visibility was ZERO for about 20 seconds. Still enjoyed the find. Tftc
Trying to get up to date with my logging and see that I have missed logging this one from the Clare JLWE. TFTC
late log i guess i never hit found in the GPS, only just realized i missed logging this one. found on the 20th JuneLongWeekend Event at clare. Found with the JAMS crew ( JJ52, Allister w, Mogni and sir_spectre ) minus mitchell&hound she was running solo and didn't play the game with us but Tallbikestan joined us instead for the trip. quick find. I guess writing field notes in my personal note section in my phone pays off in the end.
Another cache hunt on our 2022 South Australian Adventure. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-tour. We have enjoyed our time in SA, but it is time to slowly make our way back West again.
Today was my second day of caching around Clare. After the JAMMs team headed out to play the game I got myself organized for the journey home.
I collected some more caches on the way but also had 5 annoying dnfs and was cross with myself for forgetting the new caches published yesterday. Never mind will never clear the map .
Another 10km walked and more smiley faces ticked off the map.
My thanks to all the hiders for your contributions.

Well, I never thought I would find myself here on a dark night on my own, but here i was as I tried to get home from a fabulous Community Celebration event some 2 hours from my place. With more courage than is usually at hand, I found this little treasure without much effort, duly signed and happy to be back in car and on my way! TYFTC SLTNLN
2 caches here how? Cache is all good
Today locus cache and I headed north to clean up some caches we missed between Snowtown and Clare and the odd cache here and there. With limited time we managed to get 32 caches whilst dodging the rain.
Thanks for the cache

A day off from work had me off to the north west with Purrfect Di and Jack...
A few random caches to be found along the way - this was one of the lucky ones
Realistically it was a stinking hot day, with hoards of icky flies, harsh winds, and smoke filled skies from the KI bushfires
But we still had a good time hopping in and out of our air conditioned geo mobile!
More prime real estate ! ! ! Just waiting for a makeover.

Staying in Balaklava for the grain harvest, but our time here is drawing to a close. Today we ducked out for a drive to Snowtown. Really enjoyed the drive along the backroads.

A full sunny day caching in the Mid North with CPwanderer & Clare007...
There seems to be an abundance of ruins in the Mid North...perhaps an example of the harsh conditions these people have endured over time...TFTC Grand Voyagers

CPWanderer, hevwalker12 & I enjoyed a day of caching around the Mid-North today.
Being another warm day, the sheep in the paddock were positioned near the only tree present.
Not where I expected the cache to be, but found in good condition.
Thanks for bringing us here Grand Voyagers

Found it detour on a trip to the flinders - the log book was very wet left some paper in a fresh and dry sandwich bag
Log book was all wet I've placed it in a new ziplock bag as container lid is broken
Mr Tardis certainly wasn't lost. I was on my way to a work site a few hundred metres up the road and just had to stop and grab this one as I went past. Another interesting mid-north ruin - I wonder what the story is?
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Grand Voyagers.

Funny how busy this road can be when you don't want to be obvious! It's just started to rain and the grass is quite high (and wet) making this an interesting find. No sign of a sleeping lizard but one of my favorite black beetles has made it his home! TFTC
South Australia 2013 with Sol de Lune. We headed off on 12/4 and arrived home on 28/4. The trip was to visit the SA series so more time could be spent at the Mega itself next year. We did a huge variety of caching around Murray Bridge, the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula and Whyalla Region. Apart from one wet night and two wet days we were able to spend heaps of time caching.
Today we were off to the Yorke Peninsula, the original destination for this trip. We spent the whole day driving only as far as Kadina, but we went via Clare and plenty of rail trail caches. Everyone has done a great job of placing a great variety of caches and we had a great day.
Thanks.

Grabbed with Albida on our 2 week caching run from Canberra to, and around, different parts of South Australia including Loxton, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Yorke Peninsula and around to Whyalla before heading home via Broken Hill, Cobar and Parkes. We completed a few power trails and left a couple to do when in the area again for next years Mega event.
Overall a great many different styles and types of caches found. A great time was had caching for 16 days straight as well as camping along the way.
Thanks for adding to the fun with this cache.

Out for the day caching with Huurtle.
This had to be one of the funniest days caching that I have experienced for a long time
Never go out with Huurtle when he doesn't have a functioning GPSr Chaos reigns and only 6 finds in about 4 hours
However we reached the pub for a lovely lunch and great conversation and luckily, after lunch, and with a loaned GPSr, the day settled and I ended up with a total of 29 successfull locus cache events and only 3 DNFs.
Love dirt roads and country caches
I almosty had to beg to make this 6km detour but boy, was I glad that we made it to here [^]
Thanks for letting me see this pretty spot complete with old building and no, we weren't lost as both the technology and the human navigator kept telling me where to go!

Made a slight diversion on our way home from Clare and found the cache nice and quick... and only jumped a little bit! Love the old ruins like this, pity we don't know the story behind how long people lasted out here.
Quick find after getting of the busy main road some long weekend holiday or something. Almost got lost after doing the Cache turned the wrong way at another of those confounded 6 way intersections thanks to Mr Garmin Nuvii he got us back on the correct way home.

Rated: for Overall Experience
I had been out in the area caching after a wet weekend. Many of the ones I had planned to get were out of reach in my 2WD, on roads where you would get more traction on a sheet of glass coated in vaseline! [xx(].
I had got as many as I thought I could get and was on the way back to Adelaide when this one appeared on the radar as being pretty close. The gravel road off the main one looked doable, so I thought I have a go.
It was an easy drive by, in the end, and I got a great photo of the ruin with some nice white clouds in the background. No swaps. Cheers .
