Took longer than it should have to locate this little bugger but perseverance paid off in the end. Thank you.
OCW PelDroedGwin and geodog Peppa Checking out the sights of Kunanurra today. A great place to visit..yum. Signed log as TB&PDG.Tftc
Ocw the Bebes as we visit Kununurra. Stopped by the Hoochery for cake and coffee and picked up this cache. Tftc
Woo hoo - found it today BUT struggled to leave my mark on the log sheet. Greatly enjoyed the rum cheesecake and a coffee. Didn't do a tasting but others in our group did and enjoyed it. Great spot to stop.On tour with Kimberley Wild and 18 visitors to the areaPS: The Troll Dolls [TN6TR0] were with me on my great caching
Stopped by on a quick drive out to Ivanhoe Crossing. Didn't take too long to locate. Tftc
Once again it was the youngest member of Redmond that found this one. The adults were looking in all the wrong places.
Another cache found by the little one of the group. Caching and exploring with bear&bell and tweety2.
I had to ask for a pointer inside, and then found the cache where I'd already looked. How'd I missed that?! Bah! TNLN-TFTC! Cool area, nice drive (AC up high today)

Coffee & cache, or lunch & cache, your choice. It took us a while to see what was under our nose all the time. richlink supplied a replacement log all good to go. Thanks, Bushies2.
Quick find after lunch and a tasting of the product. The log was damp and full so couldn’t sign it.
Last day in K-town and time for a trip to the Hoochery. Waited out the muggles, looked at the correct host, missed the cache altogether then looked elsewhere before eventually returning and spotting the little blighter. Happy to get into the cool of the cute saloon bar and down a very flavoursome rum and coke alongside some tasty tacos. TFTC!
Thank you! I headed off on a two week group tour of the Kimberley, from Broome to Kununurra via the Gibb River Road, then back via the Great Northern Highway. Being an organised trip, all caching was opportunistic rather than planned.
I hung back after everyone went in to the building, and it took longer than it should have to make the find. Eventually got there though, and then headed in to catch up on the rum tastings!

Yeah!!! Rum and gin is the way to go. We spent some hard earn dollars here and it was so worth it.
Nice to find a nano that is easy (thankfully).

There is no pleasing PP1. I bring him to a distillery for a caching experience and all he does is complain that its closed. TFTC Bushies2
A quick find here. Glad this was out of the sun and was quite easy to spot as the place was shut on Sundays.
Had three weeks holiday so decided on a massive road trip to the most northern part of the state - the Kimberley. An area we have never explored, but had always been on the to do list. We travelled through the towns of Mount Magnet, Newman, Port Hedland, Broome, Halls Creek, Kununurra, back to Broome, Karratha, Exmouth, Denham, Geraldton and back home to Perth. It certainly was a very quick trip for the distance covered, over 8,000 kilometres in total, we saw a lot in such a short space of time, but barely scratched the surface of what’s out in these parts.
We would like to thank the individual COs for hiding the caches throughout these parts, from the towns to the highways and byways. Thank you for choosing to share these locations with us and we appreciate the effort you have gone to. Thanks for the fun.

After watching several 4WD'S crossing Ivanhoe Crossing we needed to do more sightseeing so off to the Rum Place.
Mrs one-eyed said a cache was hidden here, loads of Muggles though even a young girl enquired what are we doing , answered were just looking around.
With my vision only in one eye, Mrs one-eyed assisted with the find.

Took some time to find this teeny tiny micro cache.
We stopped to read the description carefully and that helped to find it!

Out with m4yb and the Two+Four team after completing the GRR, we are now slowly heading home getting a cache or 3 on the way. Will it be a nice spot for lunch? Hope so! But found the cache prior.
Thanks for the hide & smiley

The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 14. A morning in and around Kununarra was followed by a Ord River crossing as the Ivanhoe crossing and a back roads trip to Wyndham for dusk.
How can you come to a place like this and not take in the opportunities. Very nice aroma. Happily the cache came to hand on the bit of machinery I started looking at first.
Thanks.

Travelling from Alice Springs (today from the Bungle camp) through Kununurra and stopping by the destillery to have a tasting. It floored us in the heat! Almost left without it when we found it. Thanks for the hide here
Off on the adventure of a life time, what a cool area, so much to see and do, everyone in our family has been thrilled with variety around K town, Geo Mum not so thrilled she has to catch up on lots of logs! Sorry about the generic copy and paste log, thanks for supplying us with a cache that has been apart of the fun.

We made the most having the camper trailer at a friends place and of course we had to stop in here and do a taste test and as it turned out also to find a cache. There were quite a few cars in the car park as we pulled up but they were all inside listening to the ladies describing the different types of rum so we took the opportunity to try our luck.
Fortunately Diane spotted the cache quickly and we happily added our name to the log before returning it to where it should be. We then went inside to try a couple of paddles which was a mistake as we walked out of there a bit broker than when we went in.
Many thanks Bushies2 for the cache.

Second day in Kununurra as we continue our meandering across northern Australia from one side to the other after attending the Red Centre Experience . I grabbed the chance to spend a morning out caching by myself grabbing as many as possible before I needed to return the car to Pa so he could go sightseeing.
I started here in the wonderful little National Park and then up to the Hootchery before finding some more on the way back to town.
Thank you to all who placed and/or maintain these caches which bring us to such special places.
All logs were either stamped or signed as SG as I often do in small caches to save space.

A sneaky little hide here! Found by Mr Juju after a lovely lunch here today and not a smuggle in sight! Now to go on the distillery tour! TFTC
We came here for the distillery. Couldn't find this one. The dog and other muggles were watching us.
We took a short stop here to taste the different rums and found this little Caches when leaving.

A quick find for Mrs Snorka, the nano queen strikes again. Amazing that this little guy has been left for so long. TFTC TNLN
A good meal and drinks can be had here as well as a easy find and sign. 3 flavours for $5 - can't be beat. Thanks to Bushies2 for the cache.
Continuing our travels west we stopped over for few days in this lovely town.
We had met with muggle cousins who were travelling in the other direction and found and signed this on a tour of the district.
Had some trouble with this until I found it on the ground.
Replaced in, hopefully , the original spot.
Thanks Bushies22

Top spot for a cache. Didn't sample the wares but did pick up some gifts for home. Easy to a manage the cache without drawing attention of muggles.
This cache was found while we are on our Brad&Janet's Excellent Adventure to WA. Travelling with Mr and Mrs Grump68, Mr and Mrs Yang, and the Others.
We organised two events. One in Karajini NP on 20 May and one in Broome on 27 May.
The adventure so far has included a kangaroo charging and head-butting our car left rear door while we were effectively stopped. And a big challenge which was the differential internal locking bolts starting to undo themselves while we were on the Menzies to Sandstone road a mere 570km east of Geraldton.
This enforced a change of plan which took two teams (Brad&Janet and Mr and Mrs Grumpi68) to Geraldton. Which was not been a bad thing at all
While in Geraldton we found a few local caches and even managed a first on a D4.5/T5 6 week old cache in the centre of town!
The other two couples and 4WDs continued on the planned route north and we eventually caught them at Coral Bay after our 4WD had finished its refreshment at the Geraldton ARB Day Spa
Since then we have had a great week in Karijini NP and Millstream Chicester NP again grabbing a few caches on the way.
Then the Gibb River Rd and Kununurra. And the highlight of being the first ever to find Australia's oldest cache The Legend Bluey at Truscott Air Base just over seven years since it was hidden.
And finally home down the centre of Australia.
This one was found during our visit to Hoochery. Fortunately we looked before we went inside!

The place is closed for the quiet wet season, so there was nobody to stop me as I searched for the cache.
This one was a little embarrassing. We turn up. Yay! It is closed. No muggles or is there? Here I am lying under a piece of machinery and a worker turns up and walks over to the car to old mate. What are you doing? He says he was looking to see if it was open so he could buy some rum. There is a big sign saying it was shut. How does this explain why I am lying on the ground? She is like oh yeah I am sorry we are shut already. He says it is like 4 o'clock? Why is it shut already? Why is it that your place to write your name is always when you need to unroll the whole roll? I am trying in earnest to roll and he is looking at me like COME ON! I replace the cache whilst her back is turned. I am not even sure if she saw me.
