Found with Eudes while doing a bushwalk to the art site. Fortunately I was called away to photograph an echidna devouring an ant nest full of bullants and had to leave the tricky task of getting this one to stay back in its position to Eudes. He came out looking a bit the worse for wear - and the echidna had even left before he caught up!
Thanks demath

We found this one at 15:25 while nearing the end of today's bushwalk. What an amazing rock formation.
The hint certainly helped us hone in on the find after which it ended up being a real task to get everything put back into place.
TNLNSL, although our Signal geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks demath.

Final day in the Grampians and previous cache hunting exertions must have been too much for my knee, which was decidedly painful yesterday and no better today. However, with sufficient pharmaceuticals, the Icon 4WD tour was definitely the go.
We enjoyed the tracks and our picnic lunch at the top of Wallaby Rocks hill. We initially drove past this one as the gate was closed and the crook knee even prevented walking on the formed track, but a closed road 1km along changed our plans and Mrs Juc decided to take on the challenge of her first solo find. Armed with GPSr and the hint, off she headed, while I stayed in the car.
She had no trouble making the find and the rock formation came in handy for her when a shower passed through and she had to shelter.
Thanks for the cache demath !

I've driven on the road past, but never stopped to grab this one. The track was closed to traffic, so we just walked in. My brother and I went opposite directions around the rock, and he found it first - well hidden. Quite slippery with overnight rain, so we didn't climb it. Thanks for the cache.
Awesome little site. Didn't have time to do the whole walk but did find cache and had some fun.
Headed out with the 4WD Club to take in some of the tracks and grab some caches along the way. TFTC.
While on a day's adventure caching at the Grampians with McLookers and The Tritonz we made our way to the more remote parts of the ranges in the afternoon.
We got to GZ easily enough, and the cache was found quickly with the good clue.
Gotta love geocaching for discoveries such as this, and topically, I saw my first emu in the wild on the way to this cache.
Thanks, demath.

While in the beautiful Grampians it was a must to pick up this cache as we were practically driving past. When nearing GZ in the company of McLookers and ThePacman we spotted this great monolith and hoped thats where we were headed. Yep, thats exactly where the cache is , what a fantastic spot for a hide. We are so surprised of the unloved sitting on this one...whats wrong with people?
Thanks demath for bringing us here to view this awesome rock and the convenient hiding spot.

Cruised into this one today with The Pacman and The Tritonz. What a magnificent rock. Spot on co-ords led us to a spot, and using the hint, The Pacman made the find. The cache was high and dry. Excellent hidey hole, thanks demath.
Bimbling around today towards The Grampians. So much beautiful scenery, just a shame it was so freezing when out of the car.
It meant that today we mostly picked up Park n Grabs, and gained info for a return visit.
Thanks for your cache to feed our GeoAddiction.

Walked right around the rock looking in every nook before fellow cacher Duntulum found it first. Very neat little hide. TFTC

Find #4361
The company I work for has an annual shutdown between Christmas and New Year. I had decided to use this time to head out on a couple of caching road trips in order for me to qualify for two challenges... Victorian LGA Polygon Challenge and Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge. After a successful northern trip with my housemate Obi-Cal, I headed south west solo this time for a bit more adventure.
Day 3, after finding the Black Mesa Mitre Tear, we headed out for a couple of others on the west side of The Grampians, this was first. It took a bit of searching this one, but eventually the very sneaky cache was found. Nicely concealed.
Thanks to demath for placing this cache. TNLN

Nice easy walk in with Ahomburg. A few laps and poking around then found the cache. Warming up here! tftc today
WOW!! 2 easy demath caches in the same day Geohubby would have been pleased to have longer arms but with a bit of a stretch he managed to grab the cache.
So many sneaky hides demath...thanks for another beauty [^][^]

This was the last find from our 'something beginning with C' event weekend at Halls Gap.
I'm not sure what i was expecting but the GPS took us to the highest point on top of the scat before we read the cache notes and realised we were too high and made the find in a location that took my interest on my lap trying to get the GPS to zero out.
We tried to get here while camping nearby last December but fallen trees and flooded rivers prevented us. No such troubles today in the commodore, and it made it all the way to the Yananaginj Shelter where it was a shame to see cultural heritage disappearing so fast.
Thanks for bring us here

Found today at 4:00pm. Came up this way with family on Friday afternoon and camped at a little place called 'Yat Nat' just on the out skirts of Balmoral. Had this cache printed out along with a few others around the area befor I left Geelong. After spending Saturday morning at the Balmoral show it was off to do a little caching on my own as no-one wanted to take the chance on getting lost after my last trip up this way doing 'Span'. It was a great afternoon spent caching around this area to places that I would have never gone to, if not for caching. A map off the area was very useful this time as a lot of gates were closed due to the rain a month ago. Roads were a little rough on the commodore and did almost get stuck in the loose gravel when doing a u turn.
Great cache, thanks demath

The Grampians provided an idyllic setting for spending the weekend with friends, whilst engaged in some much needed caching therapy . . . . . . thanks to Ian for the Chinese holiday.
An amazing natural structure with an imaginary lion guard on top. Accurate co-ords had us at a very clever and well designed hide, spied out by J-Squalid and recovered by P-Phetlern – great teamwork! Exchanged wristband for Bendigo PathTag.

6th find of the day, and 2570th total find at 16:25.
wow, a surprising find way out here. A well hidden cache.
We tried to head east from here, to meet up with syphon road, but the tracks on the map don't seem to exist (unless they are the other side of the MVO gate!!
Took: Nothing
Left: Screwdriver
Thanks demath for the cache

We absolutely loved this. Cool rock and an unusual hide. Mrs Squalid spotted it but Mr Phetlern was the one brave enough to retrieve it. Mr Squalid had of course to climb on top of the rock, which was quite an achievement. Thanks for a great cache.
wow what a neat rock, not sure how the FTF got this with a Tom Tom, ours had us 600m away and google had us walking a perfectly good road.
Excelent hide and a nice driveby in all conditions, would have loved to see the Art Site but no time today, now off to find what could be the longest ever FTF on GCA
