Found It!
A nice place and a nice drive in here. Thankfully the road is mostly dry today! A quick find once I got to GZ.

Having lived in the area for a long time in the past I was quite surprised to find I have never been here before.

Hired a boat for the day and thought we'd do some caches of a different kind. Having a great day seeing some beautiful sights.
Thankyou for your creativity and thought.

Just making my way around the river grabbing a few caches out this way and this one l needed to bring a tott with me as l wasn't quite up to the challenge of reaching the cache, l enlisted the tail gate of the ute to make it a easier grab, thanks again doheng for the drive around this neck of the woods and the hide.
Found on a trip from Adelaide to the Mildura area for a few days of caching with Team Waldron, Brisal5 and FeatherWaite. Our main targets were the Paddle Steamer and Turtle geoart series' but we also took the opportunity to seek out a few other caches along the way.
We were fortunate with the weather. After a burst of very hot days, we timed our trip nicely to coincide with the milder conditions before the next hot spell. That helped to make both the caching and the camping along the Murray River and in the Murray-Sunset National Park very pleasant.
We ended up finding all the caches that we had targeted. Most were in good order. Some of the puzzles were quite challenging and there were some very novel and entertaining multi's. Some certainly took a bit of finding and there were many very clever and/or tricky caches and containers that were a credit to the cache owners’ ingenuity.
It would have been good to have had another day or two to complete the remaining caches in the area, but I’m sure we’ll be back.
Thanks to all the cache owners for the hides.

Over from SA for 4 days of caching with Egregory1, Featherwaite and Brisal5.
We came primarily to do the Paddlesteamer series but picked up orthers as we drove around.
Apologies for the generis logs.
All caches we found were in good order.
Thanks to all cache owners whose caches we found.

I have seen a T shirt with Sleep Eat Cache Repeat [^] Well a four day trip to Mildura with caching friends Team Waldron, E.gregory and FeatherWaite certainly fit that bill. Logs were signed with initials only for the teams - BEFW
Up at daybreak, quick breakfast and cache all day stopping only to have a snack whilst out on the trails, rush to set up camp near dusk for a meal, then perhaps some night caching, early night and REPEAT!
Strategic camping at Kings Billabong, Rocket lake and The Common meant we were close by the Geoart and target night caches. Two previous trips in 2013 and 2016 by me and some by E.gregory meant we visited some (well quite a few actually) previous finds but that made it quick for the people that hadn't found them previously.
I can't thank the CO's of these caches enough as some were really very inventive. Even having solved most puzzles before we came we were confronted with field puzzles and gadgets that were just mind boggling. [:X][:X][:X]
***Thanks doheng for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

Found during a trip from Adelaide to the Mildura area for a few days of caching with Brisal5, e.gregory1 and Team Waldron with the main aim to complete the Paddle Steamer and Turtle GeoArt series but also to find other caches along the way. We camped out on the banks of the Murray River near Mildura on the first night, at Rocket Lake campground in the Murray-Sunset National Park on the second night, then back to the banks of the Murray River near Merbein on the last night. We signed the logs as B.E.F.W. Thanks to all the cache owners for placing the cache!
Great ones for the small kiddies, but will only reach if on dads shoulders! SL and replaced. TFTC

Me river run continued and as is standard practice for me, I was counting down, not up
A stroll around the premises revealed no cache hides for a while.
Until I noticed something sitting there, out of place.
Whatever was attached to said thing, sure was heavy [:o]
I thought I might be reeling in a hundred pound Murray Cod there for a minute !!
The cache was caught hook, line and sinker
I opened the cache.
Poor olde Barbie !! [:o]
What has become of you ??
Barbie has really let herself go
Don't let the kids open this cache !!
It's a bit 'B' for Barbie rated at the moment

On an expedition to pick up the caches along the Murray River south of Red Cliffs LNTN TFTC
A cold morning but another fine day in Mildura - perfect for our caching activities as we did not need rain today with the majority of our travelling being on dirt tracks. We happily meandered around the river edge with tracks going in several directions. Lovely old trees and bird life while the river looked plentiful. An enjoyable day of caching with many different style of hides to keep us challenged and entertained. Nice one.
Thanks to doheng.

it's good friday and it's muggle city along here haven't seen this many tents along the river for along time got this between muggles walkers tftc
Well we had a real caching Adventure. We came out to collect the river run caches after work, as the sun started to get low in the sky the storm clouds rolled in. The lightning flashed. the Thunder roared, at the height of the storm we pulled off the river near River Run 2 to wait it out. We got very wet and very cold and the lightning cracked all around. Eventually it started to pass... we got back on the river, We punched into some serious waves on the way back to Red Cliffs in the dark.
We came by and rescued the Doctor... He's been stuck here for a while. RegentParrot is going to take him on a little trip. We got home alive which was a bonus.

Went by boat with cruisenblues to do the five, because of an eletrical storm only got three. Lucky to be alive! Took Dr Octopus. He will be seeing some water. Sea water.
I missed this on first perusal, but found it about a minute later. I wasn't expecting one this big. Thanks for the cache.
Back on the boat after finding #3, we pushed the outboard until we were within 100m, landed and proceeded to GZ. Initial confusion until again Lizzie put her hand on the connection at 11:50pm. There was enough room so dropped in the Dr O TB (think we may have moved it a few kms). TN TFTC

A boat seems a good way to approach this series. We pulled in nearby with LinearZZ and Mrs L spotted it quite quickly. TFTC
A nice drive along a track we'd never been along before. Found with Kev The Sidekick. Took giraffe and left bangle. TFTC
Found with Xanthe Sux at 3.20pm accidently deleted River Run 5 from GPS so will have to come back another day to get that one but this was a nice find TFTC
It was even worse on this track, we had to find a dry track to drive down towards the cache...Ms bushies2 spotted the hide easily at last after two difficult hides previous. Thanks doheng.
Took the 2 TB's - will drop the cube bug in NSW & the guide in Qld. Left a soldier. We're really enjoying these creative caches. TFTC
This cache is back on line. Out checking on the caches around town. Doing some maintenance and dropping some trackables in and out.
The river is too high to get to this cache. We will bring it back on line as soon as it is possible.
Well done this was a great hide! Geo kids had it sorted rather fast
Huge mozzies we were slapping each other silly

We were intrigued with the comments in previous logs about a tent peg but all was revealed and we discovered a new use for the bendy bits of metal.
Thanks Doheng
Thanks Doheng
We have seen a few caches in our time, but never seen a tent peg to secure a cache before. I asked Mrs KC to give me a hand with this one and all she did was laugh. This was a great experience as the cache and the location was a challenge. The roads are a little bit "iffy" at present. TF a great cache
went for this one after speaking to doheng

Geo-grandkids couldn't find this on so they called on Geo-granddad for some help. Wouldn't want to be in here if it started to rain.

Find #20 for the day. We were really glad the rain held off today! No way we would have made it in otherwise. Love the clever hide for this one. We were looking out for the usual hide to start with, but were pleasantly surprised with the great hide. No swaps made, but we did have a giggle at the PG06 hide. We agree Postie, her legs are nothing on yours! Thanks for the cache.
As if some 50 year old blonde bimbo has anything on me ~ as if Diana Prince had stolen my mojo ~ I don't think so my friends ! PG was back and she was back in true PG form ~ you had to be there hey Love your Work TSLSSL T Red Wine Goblet Left a waif of a girl ~ eat some food sweet before you fade away ! TFTC [^] PG Rocks !
How many cachers does it take to retrieve a cache? In this case it was three... although we could have probably done just as well with one . Postiegirl spent some time comparing herself favourably with Barbie & Diana Prince (don't worry, you had to be there), then it was time to move on to the next cache.
TNLN - Thanks doheng!

I had a great swap that needed the right sized container. This was the one. PG06 will tell the story.
Found in the company of a group of cachers up in Mildura for the "Let's raid the food bowl" event. I liked this one. Not found by me though, too clever. Thanks for the cache.
Day 1 for GC1TJ3B - Let's Raid the Food Bowl with travels and caching through the Murray Sunset National Park, Hattah Kulkyne National Park and Mildura environs.
The weather was a little better today but there were still some very heavy rain showers at times.
The second of 3 River runs with great views of the river, fun 4WD tracks (who said it was a no through road) and fun people to find the caches. TFTC.

As MV and I strolled towards this cache we were pretty confident we knew where it would be. A quick circle of the object turned up nothing however and we remembered the trouble we had at Tank Farm. We opened our minds to the possibility of something a little different and sure enough, there it was.
Nice bit of work on this one Brian, a clever way to hide a much bigger cache.

Found in the company of the "doheng convoy" on a relatively fine Friday arvo in Mildura.
A nice bit of 4wd to get to GZ just improved the mood of the group. Also a neat hide.

Found at 1530. The second River Run cache in the series we completed, and whilst there were some tricky parts of the track for a 2WD, we got to GZ, picked the location of the hide straight away, but the cache was nothing like I expected it to be...which was great. It's nice to see you've chosen some different methods of hiding for this series.
Thanks doheng.

Found at 3.45pm GAFF1. In the company of Ian&Penny, maccamob, oenze, Phetlern, Romax, Spruce Mooses, Squalid, The Swaggies and 3UP - with doheng showing us the way.
We turned this one into a drive-by and manged to get it first. Once again a beautiful part of the river.
Thanks doheng

13th find of the day and 2091st total find.
Found in convoy with doheng, pprass, maccamob, squalid, phetlern & spruce mooses
It was really special to have doheng show us around his back yard. He's shown us some tracks we missed last time we were in the area.
This is another cache that wasn't published when we left home, thanks doheng for putting in all these extra caches that made our day so special..
Took: Nothing
Left: Screwdriver (we think)
Thanks doheng for the cache.

Find # 3035 and 13th of the day at 3:48 pm. Accompanied by Iain from the Swaggies and David and Mary (Maccamob) who were kind enough to take us on board for the day during the "Let's raid the food bowl" event in Midura. Found in a large group while traveling in a convoy of 4X4 vehicles. Mozzies were were thick and hungry here but not enough to stop us getting this clever hide, left my mark in the log, Thanx Doheng for the guided tour and the cache....
15:50
A cache hunt convoy of vehicles led by pprass, guided by doheng and including Squalid, Ian-and-penny, maccamob, Romax, oenze and swaggies. The second very well engineered cache hides for the day - similar to another one we had found recently but certainly more robust in construction. Very well done.
TNLN .. SL .. Thanks for bringing us here doheng.

Found by Roma and Max.
Still operating under the cover of darkness Max misjudged his vehicular approach to GZ and rather than backtrack, decided to continue from this point on foot, the 300m indicated by our GPSr!
There were only so many places this cunningly hidden container could be and by the process of elimination it eventually revealed its presence!
We consider this type of container to be on a par with those robust and moisture proof ammo boxes, both types very suitable vessels for geocaching.
Once again we signed the log and made no swaps.
Thank you once more doheng for the effort you have made in constructing and positioning this hide.
