It appears this cache has gone missing..
As we are unable to get to check on it in the required time I am going to archive it..
Thank you to everyone who has found this cache over the years

After reading the many DNF logs we still decided to try our luck
Around ground zero it appears the vegetation may have been destroyed hence cache either gone or completely hidden
Perhaps co could check on this one

The trees have come down and even though we poked and prodded we could not find the cache. No ducks either.
A large number of trees in this area have been felled, and are piled up at the cache location. Highly unlikely it is still here, or if it is then cannot access. Perhaps cache owner can verify it is still in play?
Thanks to Locus Cache for the maintenance on this cache..
It is now up and running..
Cheers and Happy Caching

Day 2 of our trip and today's plan is to head along the west side and centre of the peninsula, once again the weather was perfect, its great to be back on the Yorke peninsula again and what was suppose to be a overnight stay ended up being a 2 nights and 3 days stay on the Yorke peninsula, we managed to find quite a few while here and on our third day we had to head back earlier than planned after car issues, the weather was very pleasant while here and we look forward to returning back here to keep finding more caches, we thank all the COs for placing these caches for us to find and making our visit very enjoyable. Off to YP for the weekend with muggle partner and Brodie and what an interesting day it was!
At the tank on Pt Wakefield Rd we pulled up alongside a man and his son looking for the cache only to be met with 'locus'
It was nice to see Diggers09 again as it had been a while since that infamous kayak event at Pt Augusta
On YP itself it was extremely gusty and windy, rainy and then sunshine and then it started all over again.
Coobowie pub for great Calamari Schnitzel with Garlic Prawns for tea then onto Warooka Hotel for the next 2 nights
Due to the weather and the time, only 11 caches were found today
As we sat in the car and rang the person maintaining this cache, after having a good look around in pouring rain, we heard numerous birds calling out as they enjoyed the wet and windy weather
With permission, we replaced this cache at about 3m from GZ in a more accessible spot than GZ and one that should be obvious if the geotrail is followed. Cache is a regular sized Sistema with kid's swaps.
Thanks to D/M for maintaining these caches [^]

Appears this may be missing due to some bulldozing..
Will have to disable until I can get down that way to see whats up

No luck for us. The tree adjacent to GZ has been bulldozed over making hunting very difficult. WSas going to leave it until I saw a TB was meant to be here. Tried in vain to recover. Needs mtce.
Our third and final find for the afternoon, a simple straight forward cache, our favourite type of container don't get to find many of these in Adelaide, took the opportunity to drop off a trackable that we had had for awhile

KarpyKarpyson and I embarked on a birthday bash through Stansbury, Edithburgh and Yorketown. 53 caches in total. I must've missed this one when I was here last year, so was glad to have KK who spotted it in the lovely hiding spot. No ducks today. TFTC
Found whilst enjoying a lovely Mother's Day weekend away celebrating numerous Birthdays in Point Turton SL TFTC
Another nice spot from RGGs.
Alas we could not see much in the dark nor see any birdlife.

Not an easy find but got there eventually. Not before disturbing the scales cache guardian which scared the 6yr old half to death and saw him bolting from the bushes. The guardian turned out to be a speckled stumpy tailed lizard and a fine one too.

Squirrel and I took one side each and a quick search didn't turn up the cache. He declared 'Let's just leave this one', so I had one quick look over his side and BAZINGA! Cache wasn't covered at all! Not really sure how he missed it A real story of quitter's luck. TFTC
A quick and easy find on our way back from the Yorkes with Bek-theraccoon. TFTC
South Australia 2013 with Sol de Lune. We headed off on 12/4 and arrived home on 28/4. The trip was to visit the SA series so more time could be spent at the Mega itself next year. We did a huge variety of caching around Murray Bridge, the Mid North, Yorke Peninsula and Whyalla Region. Apart from one wet night and two wet days we were able to spend heaps of time caching.
Today we were traveling on the Yorke Peninsula, the original destination for this trip for the fifth and final full da that took us back north and west. Plenty of history to be seen here. We went via as many of the towns as possible along the way. Everyone has done a great job of placing a great variety of caches and we had a great day.
Thanks.

Grabbed with Albida on our 2 week caching run from Canberra to, and around, different parts of South Australia including Loxton, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Yorke Peninsula and around to Whyalla before heading home via Broken Hill, Cobar and Parkes. We completed a few power trails and left a couple to do when in the area again for next years Mega event.
Overall a great many different styles and types of caches found. A great time was had caching for 16 days straight as well as camping along the way.
Thanks for adding to the fun with this cache.

One of nineteen finds today. We should call it a toy run as the little spidermonkey was madly refilling caches with bouncy balls and squinkies. Great day for it, very little traffic and not one DNF. Thanks for the adventure. TBs visited.
Three April Fools set off in the dark on Easter Monday for a caching adventure over to YP. CPWanderer in the pilot seat, Aussie Mark (from M&M fame) navigating and me in the back for comedy relief. We got 46 smilies with a FTF to boot, 1 DNF, picked up 5 trackables, left 7 trackables and met two other teams on the hunt. I left one of my pathtags in each town we visited!
At last - not a spawn of satan. quick find for CP. It was a bit short on swaps so I added a handfull. Thanks RGG.

Found when Mr M joined CPwanderer and brisal5 on a caching day trip to the Yorke Peninsula on the last day of the Easter weekend. A great day out.
CP was out of the car in a flash and soon had the prize in hand. brisal5 decided that such a container needed more swaps and helped out by donating some.

As I approached this one, I almost stepped onto a stumpy lizard, glad it wasn't a snake. TFTC
a quick find while on c/van holiday at PORT VINCENT. went out and tried for a few caches with DEMON41 & JB41 thanks tnln
I just love these containers! Found with geodaughter on a lovely afternoon meandering through the district in the geomobile. TFTC.
3rd find out of 21 finds on my drive home from Edithburgh. A nice quick easy find. TFTC.
This was our 15th of 19 finds today - and we found it at around 15:55.
(So this is our 4181st total find.)
Wow, a nice big cache. It's a pity that it's nearly empty - so we added some more trinkets to the stash.
Took: Nothing
Left: Some Stuff.
Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets for the hunt today.

An easy find in the drizzle. SL Took the Lucky travelling Australia 2007 geocoin (again) to move on, Left the Swordfish T/bug. TFTC
No ducks today in sight anywhere. Perhaps they knew it was going to be windy tonight and they have gone into hiding. Thanks
A day of caching on the Yorke Peninsula.. it was a hotter day but we were successful finding the hides. Cheers.. TFTH
RGG dropped off a couple of Travel Bugs which we picked up whilst on our Great Ocean Road and Victoria holiday.
Found by Mary & David at 1630. Not a duck to be seen anywhere, but plenty of other birds. A very pretty place. Pink and grey galahs near the yellow flowering Swainsonia, green grass and blue sky with sunshine. Took us a while, but we blame all the weeds that have sprung up after vthe rain. Thank goodness it wasn't a nano. Our thanks as usual to Rocky Glen Grommets.
Day 1 of caching the Yorke Penisula is complete with 78 finds and 9 DNF's - 2 more days to go
No ducks today but lots of mud and water TFTC

Travelbug found by myself and Mollypix. Love this road past the pink salt lake. TFTC.
Out caching with Aural_Culture, the salt lake down the track a bit will get my attention later in the year when the light is a little warmer and the shadows are more defined.

A very pretty scene. Once again it wasn't the ducks I was concerned about. No ducks were seen and luckily there were no legless lizards.
Clear skies again from TeamAstro. [^]
Like Skippy, we tried the closest geotrail before widening our search and finding the cache. Thanks for making the effort to place such a large (and good quality) one.
Thanks again RGG .
Thanks again RGG .
Find # 42 of 101 for the day on our Yorke Dash to 2000 Tour. If any ducks visit this spot they'll probably dry out now, just as this lake has. TFTC RGGs.

Found on the Elvis Tour of YP. Just 1 duck making funny noises at us across the fence.
As this was the largest cache container we'd found on the trip, I dropped in a micro logbook geocoin.
Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets!
