This cache hasn't been found for quite some time & logs indicate that it has been wet and needing attention for ages. We posted a NM log but as the CO hasn't accessed the Groundspeak site since Sunday, 09 March 2014 we figure they aren't active any longer.
As per the reviewer note dated 3 Aug we are re-posting this "Needs Archive" log after 28 days.
Could a reviewer please temporarily disable the cache pending a response from the cache owner?

Hi there phillipsart,
Look at all the logs on your cache. (Moist, wet, wet, wet & gone.) Is there any chance you could do a maintenance run to confirm if it is still there - - and replace it if it isn't.
If that's not possible then please archive the cache so that the spot can be freed up for someone else to use.
Regards
Ian & Penny

A quick find under the noses of about a dozen SES people who were doing some sort of exercise only 100 metres away. Fortunately they were absorbed in what they were doing and didn't seem to take any notice of us. Thanks.
Found and logged at 15:56
One of 9 finds for the day after arriving in Bundaberg for a couple of days on my way home from Darwin via Queansland and the east coast

Millies first find... ever, well done Mills. Interesting hiding spot. Good fun at night time.
We had been out caching during the day already and had found a night cache in Bundaberg so time for a bit of night caching. Out and About with Fairybum, Kidzjct, Sar Bear, Trenton8or and Mastamak.
We had no sooner found the cache when the Police arrived on the scene, Fairybum was in middle of signing the log for us all and we called out that the Police had arrived, she did not believe us till she turned around with shock, but they were only after the Hoons that where making rubber circles on the road just meters from GZ.
I think we where more surprised they did not ask us what we were up to? Good to see such fast response from the Police. Keep up the great work!
This was the 2nd find of 4 finds for the night.

the police came to us and asked if we saw the people doing doughnuts on the road
Found it quite quickly but not quick enough to avoid a visit from the boys in blue.
2nd find on the way to a night cache. Even had a visit from the boys in blue - luckily not after us but rather the local hoons who had been doing doughnuts.
Found on the way to werekoalas.
Stopped by the police investigating the local hoons laying some rubber on the road. I think they were shocked that there were 4 adults and 2 kids at 10pm on a Tuesday night (it was school holidays) all with headlamps on in the middle of a desserted industrial park. They didn't even ask what we were up to. We had to tell them that the hoons were here but were already gone.

Easy find. Had the police drop by looking for the car doing circle work just down the road. They didn't even ask us what we were up to. 10.05pm.
Was out caching with lehewy and walked right past this one... Luckily mum found it.
Cache was quite uncovered so I covered it the best I could when returned, TFTC Phillipsart!!
Found this one late at night. It seems to have been a bit water damaged in the past.
We left a little swap and returned it to it's spot.
The hint was very helpful.

As we were waiting for the sun to disappear just a little more we snuck over & grabbed this cache.
Looks like there is some big plans for this area given the amount of vacant land.

Hmm, doesn't seem to be much interest to move in here. The road and power is all in place, but no building work yet.

Quick find whilst waiting for car repairs. Nice the have the option of a cache or two whilst waiting
Another good hide which we enjoyed finding. Log book slightly damp TFTC phillipsart
We were having difficulty to find this one, but when we saw that Liz and Bruce just found it today we keep looking, and we found it
Our second to last day of caching in Bundaberg and we were keen to pick up some of the caches close to town which we had not done. With some of the caches we were joined in our quest with local team The Griffin's 4 which made it even more entertaining.
Thanks to phillipsart.

#541 ~ Quick easy drive by. Cache contents and log book are damp. TFTC phillipsart!!
I was looking down the whole time, noticed some "raised" bark. Was easy and found it in less than a minute. Not bad for not having been there previously.

Not much happening in this area so a quick search and find was in order. TFTC
1000hrs. We had a good look for this one as it was quiet out here and thought it was gone due to the gardening happening. Looked furthur afield and there it was. The hint threw us a bit of a curve ball but is correct. TFTCSL
good find, tricky hint, was some more water in it we emptied it out but things a bit wet inside.
cheers for the find.
cheers for the find.
Very wet inside, did what I could to get most of the water out but the log is waterlogged, needs attention.
Nice easy cache for the first for the day. It was the closest to our overnight accommodation.

Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
It doesn't look like too many houses have been built. The cache is almost 2 years old and not a house in sight.
The firebrigade were nearby.

Greetings little froggy garding this cache ... Kept a close roving eye on me as I reached past him and down to the container, carefully withdrawn, signed, and carefully returned. Didn't move but the eyes watched me all the way. But I am pleased to report that he did not have to relocate from his spot and could relax once I moved on. It was about 9:30pm, so time for a good meal I think (him I mean ... We'd just had one).
We found this one after a bit of a hunt. It was in good condition. Not much happening here either - hoepfully these areas will take off. TFTC philipsart
A nice quick find today, however the area is looking very quiet
