Came across what we thought was the likely spot, but no luck for us here today. Had a good hunt around in all the likely spots but came away empty handed. Did found something on the ground that looked like it may have been part of the cache, but no sign of it.
No joy here today unfortunately. Gave the tree a pretty good going over but all we managed to find was a stray calling card from a previous cacher laying about on the ground nearby. Will keep an eye on it in case anyone else has better luck than we did.
Great GZ! A few broken bottles around the cache which I cleared as best I could but take care.
A nice park and a good hiding spot. Enjoyed the walk to this one. TFTC, Biggles.
Awesome reserve, had a bit a look about.Cache jumped into my hand without too much drama but you wouldn't want to breathe too hard around the scary one.TFTC.
A lovely patch of native bush to wander through. Left geocoin with the scary one! Thanks
A quick find on a caching spree around Pukekohe this afternoon. My first reaction on walking along the path towards GZ was "what's an Ent doing here?" Quite impressive, and a very nice reserve with some great tree specimens in it. Signed log, TFTC!
Attempted on our 24hr caching mission, Cache-A-Tron - Auckland to Hamilton and back again. We had a good scrummage around through all the little nooks and crannies in this awesome looking tree, but didn't manage to find any treasure unfortunately. The 5minute timer went off and we were forced to abandon search and move on to the next one.
Found after a very hard search. Left the "will you marry me" COIN in the scary tree as marriage and be quite scary at time (aye honey...ha ha)
Took a newbie up here to introduce to caching as I had previously found it but woops its gone I think.
Had a quick look on my way past, but couldn't find it. Cover stone had been removed and rubbish around the place, so possibly muggled.
Liked the hint for this one - makes a lot of sense when you see it. Thanks.

Nice walk in the forest. We haven't been to this part of Pukekohe before, so great to explore. TFTC
The old Garmin not very helpful in here, so took a punt, which turned out to be right TFTC
1.55pm - Had to wait for muggles & their dogs to leave before attempting to get, reckon this location would be great at night with lights. TFTC
Yay!!! Easy one as familiar with this park, lots of little muggle's tearing around on kindy visit :/ Added a party popper
Our fourth cache for the evening. Nice evening for a bush walk! GPS had difficulty under all the branches but quickly figured out the meaning of the hint and there was the cache! TNLN. TB was not present in the cache. TFTC.
What a lovely park. Fantastic trees, we really enjoyed looking about. Great spot for the cache too. TFTC
Thought this will be a nice one to see if my mother of 84 can find a more difficult cash.
It's still easy to walk for her with a walkingstick.
After the find she has declared herself for crazy because her nails were so dirty and normally she wouldn't shake a hand with dirty nails hahahahahaa

Oh I know of this beautiful bush. I hope we get more and more in Pukekohe. Hoping that South of Auckland will be as popular as North Shore hihihihi
This is a nice bush. Specially brought my 2 doggies with me......You never know with the scarry one hahahaha

I spotted the scary location before I realised it was where the cache was located. I wasn't too comfortable standing in certain locations as I wasn't sure how on earth it was doing the impossible! The TB I'd got with me was too scared to stay here.
Amazing place I never knew was there. Keen to go back for a longer walk on a day with better weather. And a really cool hiding place
We were very taken with the many nikau ferns, and wondered why the lack of regenerating trees and shrubs. TFTC
Very lovely bit of bush there. Spotted the scary one quickly. On the way out a guy walking his dog said, "That's an easy one" Not sure who he was TFTC
Nice little spot
couple of mugglers but no concern.
Will have to come back and take a longer walk here soon.

Another place we had not visited before and on arrival at GZ, we soon spotted the scarey one and the n the cache was soon in hand T4TC.
3.15pm. What a dfelightful stand of totara!! Definitely spooky!! Found in one of many likely spots at GZ. Cache in good order. Added a bangle and TB. Took a rubber and mini frizbee.

Have no idea the TY bit of the clue related too but we did find GZ OK and the cache soon after. I think we could have parked a little closer but never mind. TFTC
What a wonderful feature! Had to wait out a family group enjoying exercising the dog and the juniors on the loop. Thanks
First find for the day on a trip through the Bombay Hills and surrounds.
GPS had a bit of a hissy fit but the find still happened quite quickly.
Found with timj7 and 5k1p1nnz. Took nothing, left signatuer eraser. TFTC.

A nice walk in the park with friends, but they found it before me the mongrels as they told me to look in the wrong location and blame it on the GPS! Yeah right!
Great place for a cache. Dropped off the Tardis and took the Belt Up TB so we can travel home safely.
easy find but this cache is less than 200m from where i live so know the area well as walk the dogs there daily.
Late log. Found on the way home from Auckland with a little detour to pick up some caches. A little more learnt about this historic character.
Many thanks
Many thanks

Well we could almost list this as a find as we found the cache contents and a page from the log book. Container was no where to be found. It would appear that this one has been MUGGLED. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
gps didnt like he tree cover, had to take a bearing and pace it out- landed me about a meter away.
GPS was pointing 10 meters away, no matter where I stood.Eventually found it with the clue.
Checked the level of petrol first before heading this way.
Quick find. Nice big container and nice bush.
