As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
Nothing here...yes GZ was out because it was on the middle of grass...but we searched wide but couldn't find it. Thanks.
Geokid spotted this way before we got to GZ.. classic hide...

found this cache sitting on the ground, we put it back where we thought it might be placed.
Our motivation for this cache was to pick up TB two towers within. Between looking at open homes managed to find enough time to detour off and find this cache. Was a quick find and after had a trip down memory lane checking out miss stormcatchers childhood house which backs onto this oval, the house was sadly was under construction.
Found and logged at 13:15, One of 15 caches found on my day of caching in the ACT

Found coordinates a bit off also. Cache partly uncovered, but covered up properly. TFTC
Found the cache on my third visit. Very obvious when you are looking at it. Also found a bonus tennis ball. Tiss a great day
As others wrote, the coordinates are a bit off. I ended up in the middle of high grasse and started then to visit all the surrounding trees.

The co-ordinates were fairly ordinary on this one but we soon tracked it down.

Our 4632nd overall find. This was my 133rd find of 137 total finds for our Canberra and surrounds caching spree.
Found at about 07:37 AM. A quick find after finding a cache at the other end of the park. The coordinates seemed to be out by a bit but found OK
Thanks to appips for the cache.

Sitting in the open.... Have updated log with Stacky_68..and re-hid more discreetly..
Took a while to find the cache and when I did spot it, it was out in the open. Signed the log then hid it away a little more discreetly. TFTC
Found this with telephasic

I enjoyed the train of thought needed to find this one. Cache was very wet inside, and the log paper was very damp - although sealed quite well in the zip-lock - but because it is in the bag, unlikely to dry out. New log needed, pocketatomic and I added a sheet of paper in a fresh zip-lock as a stop gap.
We wandered around at GZ for a while trying to work out where this might be. Saw a golden wattle nearby and thought it was worth a try, but it was a bit far from GZ (but it would have been fitting). Fraggles came up with the goods on this one! Well done!
Found after a little hunting. Log was still wet so found it hard to log it. This cache needs a bit of maintenance. TFTC!
2nd go at this cache, and today I got it
Was unable to log entry as the log is almost destroyed.

Something strange is happening, the previous finder replaced the log, but today the log was more or less waterlogged.
The cache was full of water which would've contributed to this.

found with Zoratz on a night caching raid to the north. 2nd times the charm, had a crack at this one a week ago with a DNF, reread the logs this time and found within a minute...go figure
Replaced the log (the original was in tatters) and a fresh plastic baggy, it should be right for a while now
Thanks appips for the cache

I have spent many hours at the local cricket club over the years watching geohusband (aka harry_stamper) play cricket. I have seen him out for a duck but thankfully never a golden duck!

We were only going to do a couple but the kids wanted to play on the playground so why not. Our 4th for the day and a cute little spot (popular with dog owners). The log is very damp and we didnt have time to let it dry. The cach is sitting in its own bath (I suggest using a water tight container here and a new log as its a very cool spot).

Found by Mary & David at 1425. Always good to find two caches from one car park. Cache contents and log are damp. Even an acorn in the cache has sprouted. Our thanks again to appips.

coords were around 11m out but should be an easy find if you look around the area, TFTC!
Coords are about 11m out and the cache is so wet inside that an acorn has sprouted in there. Might need a more weatherproof container. TFTH
#4197 Did this cache with Bega-Gang as part of a 2 day trek around Canberra. I thought the coords for this one were a little out. Log is also a bit damp I recall.
Thanks

Found at 1655. Walked on from 'Southern Cross', and while the corrds had me in the middle of nowhere so to speak, the cache was soon found lurking only a few meters away.
Thanks.
Thanks.
really feeling like I am getting the hang of this geocaching found this one fairly quickly
Search for while until I read the previous comment - realised new coords and found it - no problem. SL. Thanks appips

Unfortunately the cache was a bit waterlogged and the log sheet is also wet. Needs a bit of drying out.

Took a while to find this one despite the recent logs on the coords being off.
For me the magic amount was 12m from the gz.
Paperwork is very damp and I dried it the best I could.

Yep - I'm another that thought that the coords were out. Took a little longer to find on our dash because of that. Cheers Gav [5111]
Found at 21:20 with matt_stomper - the sixth of this evening's cache finds.
Took a while - co-ords definitely out, and we were trying to keep torch usage to a minimum. Got there eventually.

Hard one to find by GPS light and trying to to draw attention with a dolphin torch. Found with SW2092. TFTC!!!
Hmm, coords are out are they?
Makes sense, we ended up in the middle of the field, and since we were doing a sweep of the area we didn't stay long. Will have to expand the search next time.

Nor sure what happened here but I had an extra set of coordinates. The real ones had me in the middle of nowhere but a check of logical spots had the cache 10m away. Thanks appips.
What better way to spend some time off than hunt for some caches.
Cache had taken on some water but the log is still mostly dry.

We were out for a northside clean up this afternoon and this was on the agenda. Like others GZ was out in the middle and we pondered the hint. Found at the last spot in our circuit about 12 m out.
The GZ had us in a grassy area, no place for ducks here. A quick expansion of the search area (about 20 - 30 feet) found us at GZ. SL TFTC
Co-ords put me in a grassy area and after a fruitless search looking for something sneaky I had to resort to the hint. Realising my remaining search options the cache was soon in hand. TNLN.

Ah ha, now the name makes sense . Took Fitfairy and I a wee minute until something twigged and it fell into place (or rather, we fell into the right place). Nice hide in a lovely little park. TFTC
GPS still yielding wildly inaccurate positions...so...go to suggested GZ and then start to search in all likely positions within a 20m radius. Luckily this didn't actually take very long and cache was in hand within a few minutes.
Another nice easy find - thank you it makes a change from some of the more difficult micros I have been DNF ing on.
Cache 23 of 30 for our day's Northside Noodge (great word, look it up )
Another cache in close proximity to a previous find. A slow meander, a little search and success!! A cache in the hand.

heading around area collecting 5 traditionals. This was placed very nicely in our (caching with ratpackleavings and doggies) 6km loop. Thanks for the cache. TNLN
The geoboys and I decided on a new year's eve geobash on the bikes today, and this was first on the list. It was good practice for them riding their bikes around the suburb, although T20 came a-gutser at least twice. [B)]. But he kept getting back on - well done.
Got to GZ, looked around for a likely hiding spot, and Jezza10 made the find. Thanks for the hide appips.

Certainly wet enough for ducks today, but only the cache one was in sight! And happily swimming about in its own pond after the rain. Contents happily dry too. Returned a bit higher out of the water, but still hidden in the greenery. Closest of yours today according to the Oregon - 7m. Thanks appips.
Nice easy find! (Even though coordinates were a bit off...) Luckily no muggles around for this one! - Thanks for the cache!
1972 - Just my luck - being in the area yesterday then this one coming along !!
Back to a familiar area - close to the school I once went to - and widened the search pattern to reveal the cache.
