My first solo caching trip. A long one down the entire length of the Sturt Highway. TFTC
Found while spending a few days near Renmark, hoping to knock off a few of the Wandering Hero and On Your Bike Series while we are here. TFTC, Its great to have so many caches to be able to find
Spending a few days in Renmark to start some of the trails around this area, picking up some other caches as well. Found it quickly but had to wait for a gap in the traffic to be able to grab it. Busy bridge. TFTC
Out exploring the Riverland and stopped here to turn a blue face into a smiley Tftc
Wasn't comfortable searching while being so close to a busy road. I was close but couldn't see it
Zoe, Rithie91and LinoleumHoltus staying in the nearby cabins came on a on a multigenerational caching adventure. Zoe's first find.

Today saw us firstly finding a few caches around Renmark before we headed east to Mildura - our next port of call as we make our way from Adelaide to Canberra. Also collected most of the caches along the Sturt Highway. Thanks to the COs for the placement of the caches - it is much appreciated.
Travelling from Renmark to Mildura today and caching along the highway and roads. Found the cache and signed the log. TFTC
After a week of caching around Adelaide incorporating The Great Leap Forward event, HansandLinda, MeandDe and I are working our way towards Canberra for the Easter Capital GeoBash Mega. At Paringa for a couple of days of rest and maintenance although we did have a couple of targeted caches at MacCabes Corner today. We grabbed this one on our roundabout way back to camp. Another great day for caching. TFTC firesafe
A nice quick find before heading over the bridge.Thanking you for the Traditional Cache that you placed firesafe
Awesome find, haven't done one in ages, great way to get back into it! Thanks
Quick and easy stop and grab. Took a minute to find because my GPS didn't quite have me quite in the right spot. TFTC!
Quick easy find on the way back across the bridge. The force is strong in that magnet
Caravan trip to the Riverland. Day 9, Berri to Renmark and return.lEasiest D3 yet, we could see it as we parked the car. Hidden out of easy sight.TFTC
A quick find, could see it from the car when we pulled up near the bridge. Thanks for the cache
Logging as a found as I do not believe it is appropriate to remove TEK screw from cover. TFTC
Caching in the area we picked up a few caches along the way and this was one of them.
This took some time to unearth but found the cache in its tricky hidy hole. After that we had to work out how to retrieve the cache, yep we had fun, thanx! Caches and contents were very good.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure.
We have joined forces with FelixII so we are off to see what we can find today. A fantastic old bridge. Thanks to all the COs for taking us on our geo-guided tour.

We have travelled from Shepparton to do the three states border hopping for the international Geocacha day world record
Staying in Renmark for a short holiday, using caching as a guide as to where we travel. 41 caches were found along and around the state border. This cache is one that was found today.
A quick find here once at GZ, cache is in good condition for its age. A constant flow of traffic along the road here watching us cache.
Find #4242 on 18 Jul 2022.

Easy find. However ants have made a nest inside cache container. Banged out most of them.

We are finally able to travel interstate without heaps of loops to jump through. We thought we would take it easy and have a look around South Australia and grab a few more LGA's while we were here.
Out for a morning run while staying at the nearby caravan park. It was a quick find and I was soon on my way across the road to the next one
This was find number 2 for the day.

Owl and Eagle were in the Riverland for a partially-government-funded weekend. Eagle was determined to explore some of the towns they had missed on a prior ill-fated boat trip. Owl was equally determined to find as many caches as she could. This cache fortunately fulfilled both requirements, as Eagle was keen to photograph the bridge from the land and Owl had the cache found long before he'd finished.
Found it on a morning stroll. Stamped as The Brown Family aka “the coloured mint tin by the sea people”

Lovely town to stay in. Finding a cache here is my ‘souvenir’ instead of postcards or fridge magnets. Thank you for placing this easy cache, very unusual bridge there. TFTC
Day 2 of a few days in Renmark checking out the sights and collecting as many hides as I can with a totally uninterested other half.
Most caches were easily found, others not so and a few had gone AWOL. A few needed some maintenance by the owners. Those have had NM logs placed on them.
Thank you for the cache firesafe, found 6/04/2022, 5:01:16 PM

A nice quick find while holidaying up here. A beaut bridge and we missed the opening by a couple of minutes. Doh! TNLN. Cheers.
Hi again Firesafe, thanks for another cache. Just arrived at the nearby caravan park for a few days. All good here.
I stopped by on the way home to our temporary base from Parkrun and made the find this time. Thank you to firesafe and honeysucker for the maintenance. The cache was exactly where I expected it to be on my last visit.
No joy here for me today. I made a thorough search, but admit to sometimes suffering from cache blindness! Accessing the hint and reading past logs did not lead to the find. No finds since April, so it may pay for CO to check on this one.
Found while staying at the Riverview caravan park. We walked there and made the find quite easily though I was worried I wouldn’t after reading some other logs and knowing I’m not the best finder around. Anyway it was a find I needed to get the Grand Canyon souvenir. I loved this bridge and took some great pics as well.
A plan was hatched with Rapidlywild to attack some of the caching trails down in VIC/SA. With the boarders slowly staying open we thought Easter might be a safe time to try since the QLD boarder was still too fragile to attempt going to the MEGA and it also looked like it could be rather wet there.
Our team “The Mob” consisted of GoodLook, LíB, Rapidlywild, The Drovers, feathertop and ourselves. This team ended up being very productive and some new friendships were made. Always a bonus in my book. All logs were stamped with “The Mob” to save space and time.
After completing all the trails, we had set out to do and a couple more for good measure it was time for this mob to go its separate ways.
It was now time to head home after doing numerous trails while in the area a great caching adventure. We picked up numerous on our way home to break up the journey.
Nice quick find at this one.
Thanks for the hide firesafe and for the fun Rapidlywild

For the first time in a long time, it was road trip time. With COVID-19 keeping everyone at home for so long, the borders were finally opening and the feet were itchy for a decent caching trip. Plans were made with FurfacesLL to do a 10 day road trip across to Mildura and Loxton to do a heap of caching and we were excited. Across the 10 days we racked up over 4,300km in driving, multiple hotels/motels, brought home enough red dust to create our own sand pit in the back yard and collected over 1800 finds between us. It was a massive trip and lots of fun was had.
We teamed up with GoodLook, FeatherTop, The Drovers and LiB and signed most logs as "The Mob". There were a few caches which were signed as individual team names as some teams had already completed said caches, those will be noted individually.
Our target caches were the Turtle Series, the Paddle Steamer Series and the On Ya Bike wherigo Series, heaps of other caches were also collected along the way but our primary target caches were completed which made us all very happy and very tired geocachers.
With the Turtle done, the PS Series done, the On Ya Bike done, the TdU & TdF done as well as the Riddlers done, our targeted caches has been accomplished. With the teams now split and it was back to FurfacesLL and myself, we had heaps to choose from. Today was cleaning up around Loxton and making our way over to Mildura for the night, before making our way back towards Wagga tomorrow.
Can't believe they have not upgraded this bridge yet with the level of traffic that uses it... A nice quick find here, now onto the next find for the day.
Thanks for the hides firesafe And thanks FurfacesLL for a trip to remember [^].

Today fitzy_1965, two geo-kids & I headed out to do the On Ya Bike series which kept us from going insane (just!) doing the solves whilst in lockdown last year.
With the Bike series finished and spare time up our sleeves, we headed for the WH Fishy Tales geoart....as well as others along the way. This one is right outside the caravan park we are staying at so last for the day!
All caches found quickly and easily unless otherwise stated.

23,252. Found with minniek during our Post-Christmas escape to South Australia.
This trip to South Australia was on again off again due to the changing circumstances in the various states we had to travel through. Finally getting a green light from all 3 states we headed off early boxing day. Day 13 of our adventures took us around the On Ya Bike series (solved during lockdown last year) and the Wandering Heroes Fishy Tales series plus cherry picking some other caches along the way. All caches were found quickly and in good order unless otherwise stated. Next find of the day. A nice quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, and then headed off to our camp ground about 200m away.
Thanks firesafe !!

A nice quick find. Thanks for the hide. Brings me to 3 states in one day! Very exciting day.
This weekend, I headed to the Murray Riverland around Berri and Renmark primarily to attend the celebration event, but also to join others in some kayaking geocaching adventures. I hadn't visited this region before, and I left really enjoying the picturesque nature of the rivers, the wine-growing areas, and pretty towns. I ended up visiting Kingston on Murray, Barmera, Berri, Lyrup, Renmark, and Paringa. Three other highlights worthy of mentioning was Chambers Creek, Katarapko Island, and the historical SA-NSW surveyed border area.
Today, it was back to Katarapko Island, but a different section to what we visited yesterday. It was a quick paddle across, and a shorter walk on the island today. After that, I made a long drive with Brad&Janet towards the NSW border visiting Chowilla Game Reserve, and some of the older caches around there. I then slowly returned back to Renmark and civilisation, and with the last few hours of daylight left, visited Paringa. A very cute town. A final detour through Berri and then on to Monash, before returning home for the evening.
What a great looking bridge! I had never seen this before, so it was good to get some photos. I pulled up into the allotted car park, and after searching the trickier hiding spots, I managed to find the cache in an easier spot. Perhaps I should have ruled out those locations first - it would have been quicker! The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks firesafe for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Didn't find this one today. Seeing as someone found it just the other day, must be us. Very tricky one.
7 TFTC we have been staying at the park and kept going to do this one .... finally
Found on a trip to the Riverland with FeatherWaite.
It was nice to be able to finally get out and about again for a few days of travelling, camping and caching. We were lucky with the weather, with mostly sunny days, relatively warm temperatures and no rain to speak of.
We targeted specific caches and areas and found a good selection of traditionals, multis, puzzles, letterboxes, a wherigo and an earthcache. Most of the containers and contents were in reasonable condition, although we did have to replace a few.
Surprisingly we didnt come across any many other people on our travels. Perhaps it was just a product of where we went, or maybe people are holding off for the June long weekend.
Thanks firesafe for the cache.

Have upped the difficulty as the cache is clearly there but some are having difficulty in spotting it in the obvious location.
Not there. we know where it should be but ant nest stopped us from looking further.
Cache is here, everything's alright with it. And it really is at the obvouis spot, but trickily hidden. We nearly gave up searching, but then another look from another perspective and the eclipse box was in our hands.
Found when checked in at the nearby caravan park, exploring the surroundings and admiring the bridge.
Many thanks, Bigerchen
