Well, that's that theory out the window. Third try, no luck.

I couldnt find it either, could of tried harder but needed a smoke as a prop to blend in but didnt have one with me . Found a more suitable spot away from the commotion and took some new coordinates and will amend the puzzle to suit.

We've been to this one twice, but haven't found it. On reading some back logs we wonder if we are in the right spot, but not looking in the place which may have moved slightly? It may not be magnetic anymore. Haven't returned to test the theory.

Have had this one on the solved list for WAY too long. Tried a few times during the day but the smokers were always there. Tried tonight in the dusk and rain, I had a clear run and thought I could finally knock this one off.... But I couldnt find the cache in the spot mentioned by the geochecker. Will pop it on the watchlist, maybe it was a bit dark for me.

Puzzle solved quickly and that was the only fast thing about this cache! We found numerous people polluting the atmosphere and disappeared off to do some other caches in the area. Upon return we struck lucky and managed a quick dive in and out whilst we got some help with the car tyre as a diversion! TFTC.

Wow, this one was little took more time it should have, thanks to the muggle who kept smoking for over 20 minutes nearby. We went past this one thinking to come back after completing a few more caches down the road. We came and here was still there! O well, we decided to create a little diversion while I went on for the cache. A quick find and cache back in place.

had planned to do this one a bit earlier but GZ had company so we disappeared for a while and did some other nearby caches before coming back to this one. As Mike-miss mentioned, GZ still had a very persistent smoker but thankfully he took off just as we were getting ready to flag it. Quick find by snakelion then off before anyone else came back. TFTC

Out and about in Hamilton for the day with evilno9 and snakelion. We approached this one earlier on but had to leave it until we came back to the car as there were a few people enjoying the seat and smoking right on GZ.
Came back to find the same guy still at GZ smoking. We stopped and patience persisted and he finally moved off. Cache was then quickly found, signed and replaced. TFTPC, enjoyed solving this one months ago and finally had the chance to sign it off.

Had this locked into the Garmin and didn't realise it was temporarily down. Mum found the little plastic bag under foliage. This was a horrible place to search given the ashtray location. I have been investigating new cache placements in Rotorua during the week, and had a ready-to-go cache in my pocket.

Placed the wet, existing log into new container. Rehid under foliage in the place we found it. Cache is a non-magnetic film cannister, and contains a new log and cache note. There is no longer any writing tool, so next cacher will have to bring their own.

We have replaced a new cache back at the original GZ location.
An unusual smoky location where you will need to act up to blend in
If you spot two caches you know why although one will be more obvious

Found this afternoon while "adjusting my shoe lace". Cache log was in small bag behind the green thing, not in magnetic container - might need looking at CO. There's another green this up a bit further along, and further away from smokers area that might be a good place to replace it?

Had tried this one a few times previously but for some reason had an incorrect answer. Had a second solve a few weeks ago which took me to a different spot. TFTC

Had to make a second visit as an inspector of muggle property was walking around yesterday. Today just the odd muggle.

Successful despite high muggle density: stopped further along the road, dropped off small geokid with clear instructions (thanks for the hint) & then parked up close by, acted lost & thus distracted close-by muggles with lots of Q about visiting HRBC, whilst geokid snuck in, hit the spot & signed the log. No-one seemed surprised that the silly lady in the car was lost .... perrfect! Fun afternoon out collecting caches TFTC

Another cache that we had attempted on previous occasions but far too many people about. Nice early morning visit meant that we were left in peace to complete the formalities. TFTC

Quickly googled the answers over lunch, and didn't take long to track down the cache as dusk was falling tonight.

Maintaining one close by so stopped to get this one.

But the apparently permanent smokers who basically sit on top of the cache thwarted another attempt. Ain't gonna take up smoking, so we'll flag this one.

Actually found another container to attach to the same place..
Choosing the right time to grab certainly applies here.
Perfect cover would be standing around with a fag in your hand..would blend right in.

I think i will look into another spot for this one as it appears to be too muggly..stay tuned

Green tick a while back. But the cache is very close to one of the smokers' spots on the outskirts of the hospital so we found it hard to get a time when things were clear. They were today but it looks like, to us at least, that the cache is missing.

Decided this one was the most appropriate for the first since my heart-attack. Muggle Alley right enough. TFTC

Busy here on a Sunday afternoon. An interesting piece of history, TFTC.

#120 Found it on a rainy afternoon. Had to come back 4 times as different people seemed to have decided to brave the weather and follow a cigarette break roster. TFTC

Struck the same problem as rosmar. Redid calcs and back to GZ this morning. Had to wait about 20 min to make a grab and complete log, as the area is used as the smokers area, and as one finished and left, another arrived! TFTC

Arrived at GZ and no sign of a cache but evidence of recent gardening. We re read the cache page and realised our cacluclations of May were now out of date so we did the maths again and then made an easy find at the new location. T4TC.

Thanks for getting the cache up and running again. Called in today but a lady was waiting at GZ and she didn't look like she was in any hurry so will be back another day to try again.

Lost forever..have placed new cache in nearby location.
I am reworking puzzle to suit new coordinates.

It's not looking good. The whole garden has been cleared of greenery. Didn't have the spoiler photo with us but looking at it now I think we were hunting about the right place.
Might be worth a check when you get the chance.

Have had this one on the solved radar for a while having been chased on once by a security guard and otherwise never being muggle free! Thought that the cover of rain today might yeild better results but the surrounding area appears to be completely cleared. Definate signs of cachers fossicking at GZ but no luck for us! Will wait until confirmation to brave it again!

Drove past just after 11am, to see a large number of human chimneys parked at GZ....
went off to do another task, and returned before the noon break.... all clear!
Grabbed the cache after first grabbing some dried up holly leaf! OUCH! Marks stayed in palm of hand for quite some time.

Interesting puzzle, seems to be dedicated to a local cacher, right down to the cache container!

Even early on Good Friday, there were too many around to have more than a cursory search with the eyes. Will be back.

"Solved" this a while ago and completed the mission this morning.
Nice to get a result after a brief attack on Whatawhata, before rapidly withdrawing to recover!!!

4096 Had to back track to this one, managed to get a convenient parking spot second time round. Easy find, no problems with the smokers. TFTC

Another late night caching trip with Geckoh. Had fun trying to look inconspicuous with all the other late night visitors. TFTC

This area is between work and home and today there were no cars about so managed to get it

We solved this one within minutes of publishing. Picked up the find this evening - the last cache find of our day in the Waikato. We started the day with a cashkids puzzle FTF and finished the day with this cashkids puzzle, which just happened to be our 220th puzzle find . Thanks for all the puzzling fun you are giving us cashkids.

Had to shift someone's bum off the cache, seems to be a popular Smoko place, had to make several visits before we could get near enough, and both times the traffic dragons came past waving their purple chalk and vandalizing peoples car tyres!! Seems to us that its saner inside that Centre than it is outside! TFTC.

Yes a lot of the hospital staff come here to smoke !!

Do they do any work? It was the same people outside smoking each time we passed. And they're long smoko breaks too!

Im afraid the " Lunar Effect" has proved to be Pseudoscience and does not stack up scientifically.
Although empirically it feels like it sometimes !!

Just to add to the Detail of the cache description.: The Waikato DHB Mental Health Serrvices probably covers the biggest geographical area in the country. From the Bombays in the north , Mangakino in the south, National Park, Kawhia Raglan in the west to Te Aroha and Coromandel, As far as Waihi Beach on the east coast.
