Muggled & can't find a replacement container that looks the same as the last one
Well hidden but still relatively easy to find. Good directions. Had to make sure the local Muggles didn't see us.
Day 7 of the trip home to Christchurch, Martinborough to Blenheim. Haven't seen one of these containers for a while. Thanks for the hide.
After a drive to the Hutt, I had 3 energetic dogs that needed to use up some energy so we went for a looooong walk to tire em out and got some caches along the way. TFTC...ps. the dogs are soundly sleeping and I am knackered too - lol
Quick find. Found cover on ground but rock in hiding in its spot. Reunited the two.
Clever container. Thanks for the quick cache today. Did with The Wandering Dragons, Violet Butterfly and Mycro Man
Cache #568 - a nice little hide. Been meaning to come get this one for a while, so great to have off the lsit. Did with Crystal Fairy, Violet Butterfly and Mycroman. TFTC!
Second visit and found quickly. Last time there were too many muggles about for us to search.
SL TFTC. Pays to look up and see you is watching you

A quick search through the long grass while keeping an eye out for tigers. I saw none but soon had the cache in hand. TFTC
Found this cache with Kiwi Explorer on a most enjoyable and productive three day caching trip in Wellington and Wairarapa. Apologies in advance for the rather template state of this log. We found over 200 caches in our visit which has left me with rather vague and blurred memories of some of them. Anything that really stood out will get a special mention. Nice camo, I think we may have found another one of these later on in the day. TFTC, Biggles.
Found while touring the district with Biggles. I moved the cache without realizing. Y ou wouldn't think I would still fall for that old trick but I did. TFTC
FTF 2012 woohoo. 6/6 today. TFTC.

Was looking through the grass thinking its gonna take forever to find it, but noticed one particular rock
#2768. Quick find, Some league muggle (luggles?) came out of the building while we were signing the log; we did out best to look inconspicuous. TFTC.
I was still walking to GZ when StreetWalker found it (he got a head start as I had to lock the car, but it was such a quick find, and so close to the carpark, that maybe I didn't need to worry about security!)
TFTC.

Well I thought they were young people in the car but only caught a glimpse, wondering now if I muggled the taybees lol.
Puzzled why I didn't spot this last time because I have had an identical item in my hands! I think I was looking slightly off last time, this time I had a better GPS but surely I must have looked there too!
Some muggles in the distance but fortunately just out of sight of the cache and being such a sneaky hide but one I recognised immediately I was able to discreetly go in for a quick grab, and muggles were gone by the time I left (they were young in a vehicle, not sure what they were up to so if they caught a glimpse of me it is more likely I muggled them lol.)
Several trackables visited.

Visiting from South Australia, for rugby, caching, touring and visiting my family living in Upper Hutt. (I was raised in Nelson).
With rugby balls and tees, a short walk from my sister's home, kicks at goals, and then on to find the cache. Oops we didn't bring a pen. We called back the next day to sign the log.

Was in the area on other business but had only looked briefly at the map and not entered the coordinates for any of the local traditionals. Found a spot to sit for a few minutes to search the listings and found all I had to do for this one was wander a few metres to the other side! Only object I found resembling the hint item among the broken glass etc was the real deal not the cache.
Took us a while, thank goodness for the hint! GPS was wandering around a bit.
Very cool cache, I would change the hint though, leave it a bit more laterial thinking
Nice to finally make this one a smiley. It had been muggled prior to our last visit. TFTC
I won't forget this cache in a hurry.
Went out to Upper Hutt to pick up a coffee table purchased of trade me, and as this was nearby decided it was worth a grab.
Park the car up next to GZ with the beam on full. Cache took longer than I thought to locate but all going smoothly at this stage.
Hop in the car and turn the key.
NOTHING. NADA.
Flat battery. Thankfully the Upper Hutt Tiger's Management Committee was in session and one of them had a set of jumper-leads and soon back in business. Strangely, no-one asked why I was parked there randomly and ran out of juice. One of them asked if I was a photographer, which was a bit random but who am I to quibble.
So thanks to the Upper Hutt Tigers!

Cache find #500 and the 21st one on today's caching adventure. Nice little hide with no muggle issues this afternoon. Have thought about using a similar cache object for a hide of my own. Like it! TFTC
Find #432 - Our 12th find out of record 24 on a geobiking adventure which took us from Upper Hutt Railway Station back to Petone Station where we had parked the car. We arrived at GZ in the scorching sun, very hot and humid weather, and proceeded to search for the cache - no one was around which made the job instantly easier. We located the object after about 5 minutes of searching - we were prepared for this (after all, we had read the description), but this is our first cache which actually uses one of these as camo. Cheers SL TFTC.
Found while cache hunting with richargr and bkj97. Find 15 of 34 for the day for me. T4TCSL
Found as part of a speedy caching foray in the valley on a warm but very blustery Sunday afternoon.
A case of turning over rocks.
Cache found in order, log signed and cache returned safely, just as found.
TFTC found with team cacher Sweet P too
The Turtle strikes again!

I've struggled to find a suitable replacement location. Hopefully this one remains muggle free. Please use stealth when searching for this one.
I had a look where I thought the cache should be & couldn't find it.
The poor flaxes have had a hammering so I'll have to rethink this hide.
Any thoughts gratefully received
Happy geocaching!

We found this cache on a high muggle day, but were undetected at GZ. When we arrived we found the cache had been muggled, with the container and contents spread around the area. It had happened earlier today as the contents was still dry. We collected up what we could find - cache, log book, pencil sharpener, info sheet and a few swaps, but there is no longer a writing stick. We hid the cache a few meters from the co-ords just in case the offending muggles were still in the area. Was disappointing to see someone had treated a cache like this - obviously some very bad muggles.
After reading the logs today the Question is what are the new coordinates or Hint so we can find it ?
we will be Back to find it
we will be Back to find it
Thanks for rescuing this cache. I'll get along & fix it up this week. If you are wanting to find the cache, check the 2nd flax bush from the clubhouse. Happy Geocaching.
Find No 7 for day. Even pushed for time, I figured I had a sporting chance of success here - and my try was soon rewarded. No sign of any big cats, fortunately, as I had the geodog in tow.
nice easy find on a very wet day. Swapped a pet rock - a bee, for a fantail fridge magnet. TFTC
nice spot for a cache - brings back the memories of training and playing just a few metres away... thanks
EDIT - There were 2 'coins in this one, one seems to be untracked by geocaching.com(?).

Checked the cache & it's sitting there (a little exposed) at the base of the first flax bush. Recommend to approach from the creekside. Happy Geocaching!
Found it after looking for my geocache near by, which is gone , +two geocoins. One of which is not tracked on this database. TFTC
[254] Out and about on ANZAC Day and decided to grab this one since I was tootling past - Nice easy find, grounds completely free of muggles except a large flock of seagulls not fancying flying on this cool overcast afternoon T4TC!
