Couldn't make any sense of the co-ords at the lookout... and by the sound of it this csan only be solved by phoning a friend. Perhaps time for the CO to review this one...?
A multi done in not quite the right order, as a prior finder was in tow and backtracking from other caches was not allowed with sore feet (by this time). A good hide, as was expected from the COs.
Out on a caching day with Locus we decided to go for the numbers in pursuit of my 1000th cache.
We came up a little short and me a little sore but with only 1 DNF and a total of 73 for the day, we really can't complain.
A huge thanks to Locus for the company and the driving even though it was at times a little scary, I had a ball and I look forward to returning the favour when you are in Melbourne.

Out caching with the Travellin Bees having parked our car near the published co-ords thought we would grab this multi as well. We started walking towards the viewing platform when we spotted a HUGE Brown snake curled up sunning himself just off to the side of the path. Tried to grab a photo but much to our relief he quickly slithered off into the nearby bushes. Still weren't game to start searching for the clue just incase one off his friends was nearby.
We had pretty much accepted that we would be DNFing or more like DNA (did not attempt) this cache, fortunately we bumped into Locus Cache who helped us out with the information that we needed.

A sunny caching day with Purrfect Di, Sebastbat, and muggle Alex,
found us touring Kaurna park.
We followed the example of previous cachers and paf for assistance,
enjoyed the walk around the wetlands anyway,
near GZ we found a friendly frill neck lizard sunning itself!

We soon realised part of this multi was missing so we phoned a previous finder and got some help. Thanks McKee Clan for the hide!!
We were nearing the end of our walk & CP was keen to complete the nearby multi.
As pointed out the waypoint was missing, but we had the magic end point acquired by CP.
A quick find, thanks for bringing us here McKeen Clan

Found the first coordinates but could not find the others no matter how low we got.
Attempted this a couple of days ago, found the first coordinates not a problem but couldn't find the next ones no matter how hard we looked.... will give it a go again in the near future obviously there is something we are missing TFTC
Damage to the third bridge, was unable to find third clue, and as a result... The cache.
Other than that, was a great hunt.

With the caching bug biting, I thought that I would clean up some of the caches I had in the general Salisbury area. This was the first one of the day and it turned out to be a pleasant walk through some nice wetlands. I located all of the way points without to much trouble and the final was the most difficult but only because I have fat hands.
Number 1 of 13 for the day

Girlfriends house backs on to the wetlands here so I thought I'd take her to find her first multi cache. This was fun, bit of work involved in making which was nice.
Final is a bit damp but my pen worked ok. Walked these paths a bit in the past so it was nice to finally nab the cache here.

Our second multi... really liked the WP clues :c) the final cache has a bit of moisture in it and log was a little damp. TNLNSL. TFTC!!
It was our second attempt. We have done a part of this multi some time ago. After reading about a challenging stage, as reported by other cachers, we were over-thinking and looked in locations that were not the right ones. Wobbly GPS signal did not help either. Today it was nice and easy - beautiful day, good reception, easy find! The only negative is that the logbook is really wet. We think that the missing animal is a pelican. He is not there with the rest of the group, and they can be seen nearby, so...
Signed (wet) log, TN, left one-eyed pet alien, Thanks!

Out and about today with Ben7726 we found a few caches through a couple of areas, we enjoyed the walk around here today and after we collected the other cache in this area we thought we would take a short cut.....turned out to be the very long way as we were cut of by water every turn, the cache had a fair bit of water in it but i emptied that out, the logbook is slightly damp but will dry easy enough. TFTC
Over from WA to visit family in this area. Had a nice walk with son doing this cache, when we finally found it after a misunderstanding at WP3. TFTC
Great Little Multi Cache decided to do this one as I was Nearby doing another Job. TFTC
This was a fun multi! Loved the story, loved the effort and the walk was beautiful.
The little cachers had a great time and the end cache was awesome if a little damp

A lovely day for a stroll and the bumpy trail put geobub to sleep in her pram so geomum and geokid could concentrate on the search. We found the first 2 WPs with ease but the third was a lot trickier and we were close to giving up when geomum found the coords. The cache was soon in hand but was such a struggle to open that geomum got out her camera to take a photo as proof of find as we didn't think we'd be able to get to the log. Then geokid came up with a clever, and successful, idea of how to open the container and the log was soon signed and a swap made. Log book is quite wet, although the container is so tightly sealed I don't know how the water's getting in. TFTC .
A nice early morning multi and walk - love these winter mornings SL Thanks from PG
A fresh morning for a walk, and walk we did!
Thanks for bringing us here, with birds and nature.
Unfortunately some water in the cache, the log is only slightly moist though.

Could not find the last set of co-ords to the Cache location. I had 5 new people with me, they loved it to this point. Went back to the previous point to recheck the co-ords, yep correct, moved back, still no luck. Abandoned.

Tonight was just not our night! After a previous failed multi attempt nearby, we came unstuck at WP2, couldn't find it. Maybe we're not small enough!
Good multi ?? the cache was almost impossible to open but got there on the end lol no writing implement to accompany the new log book so scribbled names with my key tftc
Decided to stop off on the way home from work.Took a while to locate wp 1(found a munzie closeby to,so thats what they look like..).Knowing what to look for ,the other wp's were simpler.Contents damp..TFTC
Had to do a quick locus cache on my way home from work today. However, as I didn't leave work until 7.10pm, it was pitch black by the time I finished this one so I was glad of my torch.
Loved the story for this cache and I loved seeing how many spiders there were on the ground: their eyes glistening like diamonds in the torch light. I think all the creatures were getting ready for the expected rain!
Passed the structure and then found the missing animal: the FROG!
Had to smile as I passed the flashes of light that are the nearby night cache, too!
Log book is damp, as is inside of cache. Although how it gets wet inside the cache container is a mystery to me.

Allowing myself only a 15 minute window on the way home from work to park and dash around to find waypoints, I had to visit this marvellous park 3 times to gather all the locations and find the cache. I think it was worth it to come here more than just once.
Thanks for the cache, McKee Clan.

A great multi-cache, especially for introducing 2 newbies to geo-C. Took 2 plastic rings and left shamrock & scarecrow.
Nicely constructed, and nice theme, had fun and a nice walk. My prediction as to where this would end turned out to be incorrect. Log was damp, seems as good as the container is the thread might leak a bit. Was also a bit hard to open, only one of our party of 4 could open it. Thanks for the cache though, we had fun.
We enjoyed the walk & this multi. It was a coincident that we have a Makayla in our family caching & spelt the same way too. (Rare)
It was ironic that she found 2 out of 3 of the required numbers for the multi. Took the RastaMan T/bug for a walk as well.
SL Took US geocoin to move on TFTC

When I stopped here last week it was too dark to try this cache but I attempted the other multi and got all the way to the alien but couldn't read the final coords so I came back today with the intent of getting two quick multi's under my belt.
This cache was a pleasant walk in the park, and a nice story too boot.
Thanks Mckees.

Number 150 for Pink Mafia
Lovely stroll through the wetlands... Took me ages to find the clue at WP 1- had to dodge the council muggle on the tractor that parked next to the lookout to talk on his phone - he then appeared just as i was about to make the find at GZ!
Great cache McKees!

All points okay and a little damp. found the cache has a rightway up to keep it waterproof. will return when dry and open it up for couple hours.
Another nice cache by the McKee Clan, never been here before ,right in my own back yard,(getting a bit damp, don`t know how nice secure container)TFTC and the history lesson.
Good to get this one off the list as it was my second attempt. An enjoyable walk towards the cache. Took the pathtag.

Realised today that I brought home a part of the cache theme with the shiny dried glue on it's bottom, must have come loose. Been washed & dried, will try return to the cache this week.
Out for a night hike with Trailblazer Venturer Scouts (more are getting their own GC accounts), Ishtar was our top clue finder and her sister Athena finding the well-secured Final. Unfortunately some of the huge amounts of water that passed GZ have got into the container and it was quite wet inside Dried the inside of container, removed the soggy furry mouldy animals. Logbook was damp also, let it air dry a bit and dried the inside of it's bag.
Thanks for great night-time hunt.

On a lazy new years day we were getting a little stir crazy so we headed out for this one. It was a very pleasantly warm afternoon and there was still quite a bit of water around from recent rains. I managed to copy down the numbers of WP4 wrong so we ended up wondering why the cache was locate in the middle of some private property! A quick back track to realize we were even on the wrong side of the water all together also and things were all sorted out. There was a very persistent little black & white bird near GZ that was not happy we were there, flying loops around us repeatedly! Cache still a little soggy too. Thanks for a fun walk.
Thought we would check out a few this afternoon whilst the rain was off. The WP's were very cleverly placed and took ages to work out what we were looking for. !/2 of the team wanted to give up but the other was not going to be defeated. Why is it so easy when you know? found Cache a little wet inside so poured out the water and dried as best we could. Had a tag encolsed no. 3713788. Said something about reporting it? Anyhow took nothing but left a good quality Golf Ball.

It pays to have the owner amongst your group when looking for their cache.... After getting some info along the way the cache wasn't too long before it was found...
Thanks McKee clan for the cache... And I think it was the Wombat although everyone finished up safe...

Did this one at night time in the presence of the cache owner, what a great multi and a great story put together by the McKee Kids. TFTC TSLS
Had already covered alot of the wetlands and had the owner who had to do some "maintenance" on the cache so we set out to find the cache. TFTC
Logged this one while completing the night cache.
Always helps if the owner is nearby.
I think the missing animal is a bunyip.

Bonus cache to find on the night walk with group of people. Even happier when we returned to the car to find Mrs Scoboster had hot coffee's and hot chocolate waiting for us at the end of the walk
With others after a night of caching 101 we followed the animal trail. We think we heard some lost corellas in the trees. Hope wombat was found safe and sound. Thanks for showing us this interesting area.

Found this one at night with a group of cachers on a night caching event. It does help when the cache owner is in that group, however he did let the group do most of the hunting. Thanks for putting in a lot of effort into an interesting multi.
Found as a bonus cache during the Night Caching 101 Event. Very nice to have a guided tour of the wetlands by the cache owner. Thanks McKee Clan!
Thanks for a great story and a great place to go hunting.. we cheated a little in the dark, with a little help from our insider friend We found the paths and the sculptures and finally firesafe went cache hunting before throwing it at me .. oh there's a Koala! No lost creatures but a big clan of Bunyip's out at night!
Took us quite awhile to find WP1 , which was 4 metres out on our GPS on this overcast morning.
The error was similar for the other waypoints, but we got used to them and found the neat little hide .
An enjoyable walk, enhanced by the amount of water around now [^].
TN. Left koala. SL.

Lovely to walk around this park. With water! With sunlight!! Still took a while to find WP1. We just were not thinking like brolgas. The rest were easy once we got started.

A second visit and success. Peaceful walk though it would have been faster if we could have borrowed a couple of those peewee motor bikes that were buzzing around. Never saw any brolgas. Clear skies!
The kind of cache we enjoy, a pleasant walk through the park while hot on the trail of those animals. Finally found Blake (who made a bolt for it when the cache was tipped).
Boy is there a lot of water around there at the moment making the wetlands even more stunning than usual.
