Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache is still ok. Todays bush fire burnt everything around it but bush/tree and cache survived. SL TFTC
Found in the company of my fanatical counsin MtnLioness. My first trip geochaching. One of several in this same park.
Found in the company of my Muggle cus turned cacher. Nice walk, gorgeous views. Too many grass seeds! Lots of ants too!
Our last find on a big birthday day out cacheing. Here we saw the light and called it a day and headed back home for cake.

Did the other 2 caches nearby before arriving at this one. Light rain had stopped falling but got a few drops on me while having a look for this one. Spotted it after about a minute. Signed the last spot in the log so a new logbook is needed. TFTC thisisepic
A day's caching with muggle friend who's joined us before. Clever hide, but we spotted it. TFTC
Nie find in the end by dog...... capone too... 3 foe 3 here... god end to a night of cacheing
Took a little while but was rewarded in the end. Left a klem bear and signed log. TFTC
Very unattractive looking lighthouse nearby felt like painting polka dots or black and white squares all over it to give it a lift. nice clever hide.
Guiding light eh, give me a bloodhound, give me a chainsaw, oops it's a conservation park, just give me some agent orange, sorry I take it all back as I eventually found the cache, very sneaky hide! left a little something behind to keep an eye on things.TFTC
Out for a morning walk along the coast to grab some caches on my challenge to reach 5000 finds by 20th May.
Had me looking for a while but found it in the end. TFTC.

Experience made this a simple find.
If one has not had the experience previously can be more awkward

My Daddy pushed me up the hill to this one. He had to lift me first. That was fun! I was asleep by the time Daddy got to the lighthouse so I didn't get to hear him cursing while he searched. Thanks for the cache!
First in the area after lifting then pushing the pram-bound Sir Maxy up the hill. Took a while to locate, found it the third time we looked in the same spot! Dropped in a GC. TFTC.
A lovely area to go caching in and we did this in conjunction with another two. Thanks thisisepic
GPS was pointing right where the hint suggested, but couldn't find it. Really wanted the hat trick in this park .
While in the area with a mate I spotted two people with hand held navigators walking around looking lost.
I realised there's probably something here and so with my newly acquired phone and Geocache Navigator application I searched with my mate as they were walking away.
We saw their tracks in the newly grown green scrub and after a while finally found what we were looking for. Looking at the log we noticed those two others had not logged a find.
So to whoever you are, its still there. Perhaps you are too ashamed to show your efforts that day?

This is a fabulous spot and will simply revisit anytime just for the views. FITNLN. Great Cache. Thanks from KayEd Twitchers
Cold windy day standing on a hill on the coast. Who's idea was this??
Relatively quick find! Thanks thisisepic!! SL

Enjoyed walked the loops included 3 caches in this area plus beauty view as well. SL. Thanks thisisepic
It took two visits to find this cache, not because it was difficult, but because I misread the clues and am a little blind. A beautiful walk led to a nicely camouflaged cache. TFTC, it was fun.
Shall i take a coat or unbrella to do this one as the sun was rising..... nahhhhhh ... wont rain ... but of course by the time i got to the GZ the skies had opened up!!! Just wish those trees were a bit bigger to offer some shelter!! Thanks for the cache... great views.
Found this easily enough. Walked from Seacliff surf life saving club to here and whilst catching our breath thought we should find a cache. TFTC.
DJAJ found on a cold Saturday afternoon in Adelaide. Had to think about this one and eventaully found it, just as a storm hit. TFTC
I wan't well prepared for caching today having left home early and without a torch. I also hadn't looked at any information for this cache. Was I being over confident?
Arriving at GZ in the half light of dawn the GPS'r was giving me the choice of several options which were thoroughly checked without success. I reverted to looking at the abreviated hint on the GPSr and it initially hindered rather than helped. Then the penny dropped and I was back at one of the original options where the cache was eventually spied.
This cache took me a lot longer than it should have.
Thanks thisisepic.

Easy find on a pleasant morning’s caching with Team Waldron.
We've been here before for a multi (that we didn't find ), wonder what happened to that?

The co-ords were a long way out for me, 12m, but once I resorted to the hint I had it in no time.

Light drizzle made the walk up the hill most pleasant. A quick look at my old logs for GC40DF saw that I'd been here before with AstroTom and AstroEm in November 2003. That was in the day - this time the light was indeed bright.
A bit of a search as the light was shining the wrong way! The hint was resorted to - it does work..... and yes we had looked there.
Clear skies!
A lovely stroll on a windy wet night. The light was going round and round but the disco effect was not as good as Cape Banks after dark. Cache was found in the last place we looked. Deja vu.
Haven't been here for a couple of years. All very peaceful early in the morning. tftc
Went for a walk this morning, after dropping Geokid#1 at school.
Was last here 4 1/2 years ago, in our early days of caching.

Nice views after steady climb to the lighthouse. Had previously been in the area for another cache. Thanks thisisepic for the cache and hunt. TNLNSL
Found during a great day's geocaching with SA_Parrothead. He remembered the previous cache up here but we were scratching our heads a bit at the clue and should have just trusted the GPSR's we paid all the money for!! TFTC. Nice walk and view from up here. Parrot commented about the sign that is missing that used to tell you all about the lighthouse.
A revisit to this pleasant spot. We were certernly going in circles looking for this one. The clue didnt help us at all. Then Someuser came up a winner in a spot I had looked at.
Last cache before stopping for lunch.
Last cache before stopping for lunch.
Not too far off where the old cache used to be, so for some it will be another climb up the hill to enjoy the views!
