Cleaning up of caches that need work.

For some reason, I seem to have got a FIND for this cache......might have been a little Brain Fade after a long frustrating day, and for some reason, system won't let me delete previous log...

Hi there, cache IS missing, I have doud this recently before and is gone! Please reace and the plank of wood it was under is also gone!

Found forget the new fence

We parked outside the house at the end but felt quite exposed as a couple of kids were playing there. Eventually they went indoors so we wandered over to the neighbours fence. Had a really quick look but after the previous log we agree its gone missing.

clearly in to plain view for me - out for a walk dictated by caches, rather and exposed spot so was grateful of the clue which sadly did not make any sense with that distance or location from the sea ward side... i also found an empty glad bag of the kind i would use in my caches at GZ - noting a new fence right around the corner and signs that a lot of stamping around has gone on there?

Enjoyed today a long and exiting caching day out in Hobsonville with KiwifruitsNZ and Vamber.

Took us some while covering the ground multiple times till the goods were located. TFTC

This cache formed part of a joint attack on the Hobsonville area by KiwifruitsNZ, Vamber and alpenmilch80.

This one proved more difficult than it should have been. Lucky one team member revisited a previously searched area and the cache was soon in hand.

This cache was part of our day full of caching of the Hobsonville area with KiwifruitsNZ and alpenmilch80.

Took a bit of discussion to determine which direction was the right approach, but we soon figured out and came up with the goods reasonably quickly.

This was easily found, as the property owner at the gz has been doing a bit of a clean up, and it was just lying there on the ground. So I re-hid it with some of the local camo, but I don't think that it will last much longer.

Found early December but forgot to log it!

May have been moved by tornado as I went the week before the tornado and went back the week after and wasn't there. Please check?

Took a bit of walking around in the crunchy leaves, making a lot of noise, to unearth this one.

Replaced leaking plastic bag containing log, but the log needs drying out.

Quick easy find - watch out for muggles though. Cache is a bit soggy from all the rain. TFTC.

Another quick and easy find with no muggles. Nice views but could not enjoy it as it raining raining as soon as the log was signed.

Visiting a friend just down the road, so I borrowed the dog, and went for a walk. Turned out Zoe (the dog) is not a bloodhound. despite this, the cache was soon in hand, and we spent some time admiring the mudflats and wildlife.

A number of years ago i did a stint at Number 5 Sqn up the road, so brought back a few memories for me the area, TFTC, nice natural cammo job

Tftc:) found with geokids:) thought it was a bit empty so we left a little yellow hippo.

Looked for a while, gave up and then came back for another try and found it straight away "D.

Forgot to log this find. Nice easy cache once the muggles had moved on.

Had to wait for the jetski watching muggles to leave, but nice quick find.

Quick find behind the digger ont he trailer - yep, good cover from the house across the road. TFTC!!!

Previously visited but couldn't look properly cos of nearby plane watchers. Returned this afternoon and conveniently a huge truck and trailer with digger on was parked, right where we wanted to look. Awesome cover to quickly find the cache. SL. TFTC.

3.45pm. A view with a difference so far as we were concerned. We had not been to this spot before. Not much trouble with locating the cache and while children were playing a couple of houses down the road they had a waterslide and were not at all interested in us.

Please note that the cache was waterlogged on my visit and the logbook needs replacing at it is very wet.

An easy find once we realised it wasn't quite as far away as we first thought. Cool spot, very quiet but can't imagine it's that way when the planes are flying overhead.

What are the odds in such a remote and quite location - a muggle parked near GZ reading the news paper.

No joy.

No luck for us today, GPSr put us in a very unlikely spot, so searched an ever increasing area, gave it away when another of those pesky showers arrived.
