With 11 DNF's since 28.08.2011 and only one find saying they had found it the previous year the owner appears to be uninterested in maintaining this cache even though they are still active cachers.
Looked in the obvious place - hollow of a tree but nothing was there. I suspect as the last few attempts were also DNFs that this one may be no longer.
Found this last year while camping near by but never logged it ( we had just started caching).
It was a clever hide but it's definitely gone. So it needs to be replaced or archived.
Hope you replace it coz it was a good one. Thanx

As this is a one by one cache and considering the number of DNF's perhaps this one should be checked on to see if it is still there
19/01/2012 17:02 On holiday in Encounter Bay from Melbourne. Out on a drive with Eagle Eye to get his 'L' plate driving hours up. I guess this is just a me-too cache log as I looked in all the likely locations, but no cigar.
Just noticed previous logs. no luck for me either. GPS put me next to some tree's and I searched all over the place. No Luck.
The owner might have to go and check this out.

Coords put us in the middle of the 'road' in and a search to 20m out didn't reveal anything except hundreds of corellas.
No games being played today so no one about and 8 Set's of eyes searching high and low for at least 20mts, I think two conclusions can be drawn from this.
First: The cow family has lost its caching Mojo.
Second: The cache has gone walk about.

Another DNF for this cache I'm afraid. 4 of us had a good long look but no luck. No game in action this morning so we were able to have a good search.TFTC[^]
ANother one we gave a good ole crack at but no joy. Our afternoon was proving to have just as many DNF's as Finds
Our 1st find for today, & got here before the footy started for today. SL TNLN TFTC
Grabbed this one as we ventured back from Victor Harbor. No midweek footy to be concerned about. Had to wait for a couple of minutes while a muggle and his mutt vacated the scene. So many trees, so many options. TFTC misterdrewkittytoo.
It was getting dark but I was eager to find it. Mission accomplished!!
Great hide no footy on today so pretty straightforward !!
TNLN Didn't sign log (didn't have a pen!!) TFTC

First find for the Hindmarsh Island and Goolwa day of caching. Snuck out while the breakfast was cooking in the local cafe. TFTC.
Geokid found this one having banned geomum from looking unless she needed help ( geomum had too many finds!) Had to wait a couple of days as there were people camping on the oval over Easter. Was a quick find. TFTC
Camping literally 10 meters from the cache. Instant find before the tent was even up TFTC
Camping on the oval with Judizzle, Like Fruitcake and others from Blackwood. Log book was soggy. Easy find. TFTC
Came camping with the crew from Blackwood. Our tent was directly opposite the site!
Thanks for the hospitality once again Goolwa!

#481 4th of 8 in a run from Mt Barker to Victor Harbour. Carn the Pies (ANY Pies will do!). No muggles at all so the deed was soon done. Thanks misterdrewkittytoo.
After waiting for some Grey Nomads to move their caravan away from oval we were quickly able to locate this one

Second time here and second time muggled out.
Despite the high forecast temperature the cricket was still on and the away team parked right next to gz.
I tried to outwait them but no luck.

Easy find, just realized what the pies are. None around today except at the many bakerys in this town. Theres no shortage of food. We ate out for breaky and enjoyed the walk to each cache. Impressed with the Lions park with fountain and rotunda. Wouldn't have seen it if it weren't for our caching hobby.
Easy find at night, disturbed some pigeons which flew out at M and gave him a bit of a fright! TFTC
Ahh yes a very familiar place. I've enjoyed many a good game here, on what would have to be one of the nicest ovals to run on in the state outside of league grounds.
All was quiet tonight though, and the find was nice and quick once A started looking.

The train whizzed past and we cached the cache. A couple of choices and was found in spot 2. Clear skies from TeamAstro.
I remember camping on the oval for a folk festival back in the 80's. We had a great time.
Initially approached this one from the wrong direction, but once we sorted things out, we made a quick find with no muggles in sight. TNLN. Thanks misterdrewkittytoo.
Headed down to Port Elliot for the Seaside Three Event and of course grab some caches on the way down and the way home
Quick grab and sign. TFTC.

Just our luck there was footy training on the oval and what side did they decide to warm down on,well of course you guessed.tftc
I am staying in Goolwa this week, as I do regularly. Today I decided to include the oval in my early-morning walk with my brother's little mutt.
Thank you for the cache. I am very familiar with the area having grown up here, but tend to just drive around the edges when I'm here now. A cache is just the thing to entice me to re-connect to particular places.

Found relatively easily once we figured out which item the GPS was pointing to. TFTC
In Goolwa today from Adelaide while my cousin's husband had to do a little job in town. Took the car and went for some caching in the meantime, it took a while to get nearby as I started off on the wrong side of the choochoo-track. After that it went smooth, found the cache and logged at 10.30am. Sports ground was quiet. TFTC from a travelling Dutchman!
Went into Goolwa to get some bread and find a travelling gnome at one of my own caches and saw there was not a muggle in sight at the oval. Drove in and around to the right side of the location. Not a muggle anywhere, not even kids kicking their new Xmas footys. Found easily.
Signed the log book.

Quick and easy find once we were on the right side of the fence. Group effort with ramp100, and ajax101. A few muggles around for Christmas. Thanks for the cache.
The coords were right-on and this made it an easy find at 12:45

Easy find on a day down south caching with Vulturistic. TNLNSL Thanks misterdrewkittytoo for the cache and hunt
FTF Find with Schatzsuche on Saturday arvo before the weather turned lousy. Came down to catch up with friends and scope out some ideas for the Seaside Event in January. Quick find, but had to wait and be steatthy while the cricket was on. Stayed a few overs, cracked a stubby and sat on the bonnet as a spectator then used the action on the ground as a decoy to grab the cache [:p]
