Though I wanted to bring this one back I've decided to archive it. I hope to put a new one in the same area, but it's really not the same cache - replacing the same cache again is just asking for it to get wet and gross. Time to archive my first cache :/

I plan on replacing this cache though will have to move it about 20m to do so as this location has had major water problems even with a camping store assured waterproof container. I intend on doing so within the 30 days you mentioned. I am not quite decided on whether or not to archive it and create a new listing.

Grrrr if you remove the cache please temp disable it! I found the GZ but no cache…

Augh! Wet again >.< so much for the water resistant paper and more waterproof container. I'll look into scuba diving paper. Or replacement. Or something.

Found this cache while on a caching trip to Adelaide. Found some great caches while there including a 5 difficulty traditional (I'm a Bastard 2), a 4 terrain traditional (Tapleys Bird) and many great hides in great locations through out Adelaide. Thank you Adelaide cachers for planting so many good caches. My wife did ask me to pick a favourite, and I think Besser Block Mail Box would have to be it, by Tamam Shud, Zen and the Art of Geocache Maintenance and the two above would be up there as well.

I did manage to find 250+ caches in the 5 days I had caching in Adelaide, and would like to thank Astro and Freddo for taking me on a night cache on the first day and Astro for giving me a couple of hints on some that I was stuck with.

Let me apologies for the generic log, especially if I have found more than one of your caches.

Cache was wet through. I replaced the log with a new one, but some maintenance is required.

Easy find even at night. Cache and log very soggy, needs extra waterproofing !!

Been meaning to get this for some time! Dropped in tonight and was a quick find (thanks to the hint - just a matter of feeling around). Still damp in there. Double bagged the log and left a pathtag. TFTC

SXP and I found it and wrote on the paper with ease, just shake it out and give a wipe. The water proof paper won't stop it getting wet but will dry off quite quickly.TFTC, TMJ

First time I have been here for 20 years or so.
Too early for tennis today at 0645.
Been meaning to stop since I saw this cache, as it is at a place named after a forebear of mine!
Unfortunately the cache has a common mis-spelling of the name, not sure if this is deliberate or not?
Log is very wet inside the baggy, although there is no water in the cache container, and was only just able to sign the logsheet.

Nice easy find. There was no trackable in side but is listed to have one. Was pretty wet inside container but every thing was still ok. Tftc

Found today in the company of muggle friends. Fairly quick find, but didn't attempt to open the container. It kind of resembled a specimen jar with all the water in it. Took photo as evidence. TFTC.

We went for this one in the afternoon, not a hope of getting anywhere with it, not people on the courts but the locals and their children all standing at GZ chatting. Back in the dead of night with the right tool and the cache was in hand, without which this would have been a no show for us. T 1 x TB LN TFTC

Cache replaced, nobody at the courts on a damp afternoon - new container should be more waterproof. Although I managed to save the old log (at least, most of it) I decided to replace it with one made of waterproof paper.

Muggled by tennis players
I waited around for a while but with 15km to cycle home I had to give up. I left the cache with my parents who live nearby. If they are unable to place it tomorrow I'll have another go on sunday.

I've had the replacement cache ready for a while now so hope to get down next weekend to fix it... ^.^;;

I'll be putting an emergency waterproof log in with the original just in case.

Came through this morning to be the last finder of this cache in its current state.
Quite a challenge for me to retrieve and good to see it off for a maintenance check.

I went through tonight as I was nearby - I've removed the cache and hope to replace it on the weekend. For whatever reason the seal on the cache has failed and the zip lock has disappeared. I'll replace it with what should be a more waterproof container.

Found the cache easily, but as it was soooo wet (probably should have read the logs), was unable to sign. Can give details if required...

I'll make another maintenance attempt when I'm in the area tomorrow - depends on the muggle factor. Repeatedly muggle-blocked while trying to fix my own cache x.x

Certainly a great place for a hit, and for a cache, but unfortunately the log book was beyond signing due to being completely saturated. Due to the location of the cache, the next container will need to have a very good seal to stop the moisture building up from it's surroundings.

My caching partner "rescued" the travel bug, but left nothing. (it's his first travel bug, go him!)

After reading the previous logs, I thought our luck was in when it appeared no-one was about this morning. However, after retrieving the container, a gentleman dressed for tennis emerged from the nearby building to enquire what it was that I'd lost. Given we weren't going to be able to replace the cache without being closely observed, I opted for openness and provided an explanation on geocaching. He didn't seemed too bothered and went along with the game. Hopefully the cache is safe. Thanks confusedcious for the cache.

Found as part of an afternoon caching with my BF sneekypeak.
Had to wait for muggles to disperse and nosey neighbour muggles to leave.
Thank goodness for sneekypeak's stool in the car, as we wouldn't have been able to reach cache otherwise.

Caching on a wonderful sunday arvy with me BF Snoopy_Lou. This was an easy find but we sat around for a while while we waited for muggle neighbours across the court and mugglers just walking the area, to be gone. Book was wet but still able to sign log. Great little hidey spot, Lucky i had a stool in the car to help me get up there! TFTC

Yay. This was going to be our first cache find for the night until we were muggled out by tennis players. Who plays tennis at 10PM? Anyway we went to find another cache and sure enough by the time we got to the Cachemobile the tennis players were gone and we were able to grab the cache. Cache you later. TFTC

No-one having a hit today, despite the clear skies - nearly convinced ourselves it must have gone missing with the recent tree-felling, but happily proved ourselves wrong.

Thankfully there were no muggles around this afternoon, and Cal and I made a quick retrieval (good teamwork made it easy). I guess on Tennis days this cache would become impossible.
The contents were quite wet so we emptied out the water and managed to find a dry spot for our log.

Found yesterday & even ran into David of the Tardus trio who had some great caching tales. Introduced a mate who found his 1st cache....still fairly damp & dried it out. TFTC

Arrived to see two muggles nearby. After a while, realised they were looking at a GPS, so introduced myself. Good to meet timber06 and his muggle friend while otu caching. I either encouraged them or put them off completley only time will tell

Sorry for the late logging of this cache, we were slack and took a year off caching, only grabbing caches with the McKee Clan between jobs. Only now just thinking about logging them as we remember, TFTC

On our adventure we passed by and grabbed this one in between jobs today. Tftcsl a bit wet we drained mr piggy and put the logbook out of bag to dryout.

This probably isn't the best place for a cache as tree hollows typically get full of water as many logs have suggested and the cache is suffering for it. If you really want this to stay here, consider investing in some waterproof paper with a no swaps cache.

Lucky I am tall because I reached in and fished out the cache from the lake it was swimming in, removed the piggy toy because it would just keep the log damp. Was able to sign log even though it was wet. TFTC

Had actually been here before but decided that i'd need a tool so had left it to another day. Brought a tool today which made for an easy find, although i did think i was about to be muggled when someone pulled off down the street and wound down the window - luckily she was just after the rugby club! TFTC log is damp, although could have been worse considering the amount of water in its spot!

Needed some assistance to get there but did.
The logs are completely soaked, nee replacement.

A great hiding location for a cache but obviously systema containers arent that waterproof. We were able to sort of sign the very damp log. Thanks confusedcious for the hide!!

Thanks for the various heads up about the cache. If it gets worse I'll see to it right away, otherwise I'll go tend to it when it doesn't look like it'll rain again straight away.

It appears the cache location is the perfect water collector as it was brimming this evening & unfortunately the cache isn't waterproof!
Emptied the full container out and thankfully found that the plastic bag had done its job fairly well & I was able to sign the log.

A quick trip out to find confusedcious' two caches, not far from Olga's place. I was surprised nobody was using the courts, but it did make it easier to retrieve the cache.

My mother's sister lived around the corner in Bideford. I played here many times with my cousins in the 60's and 70's. The local streets still do my head in.
