Found during a tour of the northeastern suburbs. No-one around today so it was a quick find.... probably wouldn't be on a Saturday. Thanks for the cache Adrian_Mc!
Owl's first attempt at this cache was thwarted by muggles setting up for a football match. (On a 40 degree day? These people are crazier than cachers!) Today football practice was just winding up and Owl was able to make a careful find. TFTC!

Every year my brother (slarps) and I spend a few hours caching and catching up, (as I(Chippyroo) live in NSW.
This year our Mum and my brothers children came along for the ride through the Tea Tree Gully/One Tree Hill areas. We found a variety of caches, and the kids enjoyed the bigger containers along the way as they were able to do some swaps.
Sorry for the Generic logs, all caches were in good order with no issues to report.

Wow !!
Amazing bit of history attached to this cache
Who new ??
I do now, thanks to a geocache
No moo-cows sighted on the field of green this morning, but the local maintenance muggles were parked close to GZ [:o]
After some mucking about I discovered that I could get to GZ with the pushbike without them paying me any attention
An easy find under the muggles noses !! [^]
TFTC and a good story !!

Hmm sports day here today so Mrs SASR had to keep the lady on the gate distraced and occupied whilst I found this easy drive by. SL TFTC
Found inbetween cars going past and workman in the grounds. A sad story but like many back then when families went to war.
We need a cache for the day and this was the one for the day. A quick drive by on dusk. TFTC
After visiting friends in the north eastern suburbs we stopped for this cache on the way home.
There are a couple of branches laying at the base of the tree after last nights very strong wind. They were covering the cache.
We retrieved it, signed the log and moved it further round the base of the tree and covered with the natural camouflage away from the fallen branches as we thought it was very likely to be muggled if/and or when the local council remove the debris.
Many thanks for the hide Adrian Mc [^]

Between 'TB Launch' events, managed to get chauffered by Honeysucker grabbing caches as we went.
Quick find and sign. TFTC.

On a caching afternoon with Mr and Mrs Honeysucker and Mr Firesafe.
On the way to this one I'm looking at my GPSr, and Mr Firesafe is looking at his GPSr counting down the distance to GZ ... and it is different by up to 50m, so I figure were are tracking different caches. I question Mr Honeysucker if this is the the cache and he says sure is. I look at my GPSr and it says 4m, DO'H Turns out my GPSr is just updates at a different speed and was taking its time to give proper distance.

Found whilst out and about and looking to get 1000 finds in another state.
Found after initially looking in the wrong place, because I hadn't read the description. The pencil was broken and the log bag has a hole in it. I sharpened the pencil with a crap multi-tool but don't have any replacement baggies.
Thanks for the cache Macca. See you soon!

A quick find for this one but it took a few minutes to grab and then replace because of all the muggle vehicle driving past in a steady stream. Some into the fields, some just passing by. But under cover of geovehicle, Mr Jedi signed and then quickly returned. Thanks Adrian Mc.
On a night caching adventure with the family and this one popped up on the Tom Tom so we pull into the field and jumped out of the car with the geo daughter and soon had the cache in our hands.
We signed the log and put it back where we found it and were off to the next cache on our adventure.
Thank you Adrian Mc

Ahhh the time I spent in the field on a hot day in my past. It gives me sore feet thinking about it these days. Cheers. MODU.
I was close so a short detour was in order. A quick find and sigh.

Today was freezing cold, with gale force winds and driving rain!
I had to babysitthe grandkids after work and so could not get a cache then.
So at 10.30pm here I am gettting this one as the SIL knew how easy it was to locus cache and being a driveby on a night like this helped too!
I often wonder how many people ever actually read historical plaques etc and spare a moment to remember the people commemorated by them. Thanks for the history lesson here

Thanks for the bit of local history Adrian Mc. Picking up stories like this one is one of the many joys of geocaching! An easy find. Thanks Adrian Mc.
Tidying up the caches near home today once the rain stopped. Drove up to GZ and seconds later the cache was in hand. TFTC
First for the night with the greenwithscoutroop

No one around this morning. No one around to hear me scream when I stabbed myself with the spiral on the notebook. I'm pretty sure I didn't leave any blood in my log though... a quick replacement and back to the car for some betadine and a bandaid. "Ah, caching injuries" I muttered to myself. Didn't realised it would be a day for caching injuries!
Lots of crickets chirping tonight
Sounded like a orchestra lol
Left lots of goodies
Cache was empty
Left TB Justin and Heidi

Alas not sign of Map Monkey's Gift GeoCoin
Reading the logs it appears it may have been muggled at some stage.

What do they say about the grand plans of mice and men. Had grand plans of a good day caching on the leap day. Sadly its wet and miserable so only a couple of caches on the list now. This was the first for 29/2/12. TFTC Took TB
Found quickly and easily on our Australia Day drive around to rack up a few more finds. TFTC
Found after hiding some leapfrogs in the Barossa. Left a leapfrog - beware, it's a movable GCA cache, not regular swag.
Once the muggle council worker nicked off we had ourselves an easy find. Thanks.
Stopped here on the way and found this quickly after being muggled off by the cricketers yesterday. L TB T GC TFTC and the interesting history lesson.
Quick find here at this impressive parkland/ovals.
Thanks Adrian Mc for bringing me here

A nice quick park and grab at the start of a long day of caching that got me over 40 finds.

Interesting History.
Interesting History.
Nice quick one for a Saturday evening after people had left from the football. Thanks for the cache and the history lesson Adrian.
Those who're encouraging you to sidestep potentially upsetting issues mean well, however the individuals in question are far more timid by nature than you are, so are anxious about tackling the rather tricky issues involved.
Found on the way home from school with the Elf. Naturally he found it while I used the phone as a GPS as muggles drove in.
Normally fly past here, so hadn't noticed the pull in point and it took a couple of false stops to find the right place with all the traffic [B)].
Took imitation game. Left spinning top. SL.
Thanks for the history (probably not commonly known) [^] and the cache Adrian Mc.

Thanks for the history behind the name Adrian. Its always interesting where place names originated.
Great to read the reasons for the naming of this sports area, quick find thanks for the history and the cache Adrian Mc
#720 First cache we've found without having a GPS with us - not such a big deal really as Google Maps is extremely helpful. Visiting from Melbourne for the weekend so didn't envisage having time to do any caching but, as it turned out, our grandson was playing footy there that night and we had a bit of time before the game began. TNLNSL Thanks Adrian Mc.
Found while out caching today with Crystaldragon79, didnt have much luck with some of the caches around Golden Grove today but was happy to pick this one up. TFTC
Having anxiously waited many moons for this cache, we could barely contain ourselves when it was published. Unfortunately, with both of us out of town, we had to bear the torment until today to find this highly-anticipated sequel to the hugely popular and successful original Tilley Recreation Park cache . But, like the second Star Wars trilogy, the sequel's NEVER as good as the original. No exceptions . TFTC Adrian.
I don't know how excited Daddy was when this was published, but going by his mood when we pulled up today, he must've been climbing the walls! I stayed in the car while Mummy did all the hard work. Daddy decided his name was Jack and he stayed in the driver's seat . TFTC Mr Mc.
