Cache is still in a construction site, decided to play by the rules and come back another time.
GPS was pointing to somewhere within the construction area so will leave until next time. Thanx
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I had an enjoyable Mother's Day breakfast with my parents, which turned out quite timely to coincide with the morning rain showers. After that downpour, the weather turned out great, with the sun out and blue skies, quite unexpectedly actually. The plan was to head south for a few small hikes/walks, and in the end, we did a few coastal walks, starting with the Marino Coastal Walking Trail, and then some walks inland in Lonsdale, and back to the coastal walking trail, which included seeing the new desalination plant from the outside. A final bakery visit, food shopping and Bunnings Warehouse visit concluded our day, with a quick stop at Reynella on the way back home.
We managed to walk along the trail, and needed to feel where the cache was, as it was out of visual range. Great views from here indeed. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Lava12 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
On our return, we saw the path fenced off and behind construction signage. We weren't too sure what exactly the issue was, as the path still looked in ok shape, and no one else was around. If this construction turns into a few months, then this cache may need to be disabled?

Sneaky hide! A lovely day out despite the morning showers exploring the area with [@Davidwazza](http://coord.info/PR61VZX) ! TFTC!
Sixth of twelve of my favourite cache type, traditional, found while wandering down the coast from Marino to Hallett Cove.
Thanks Lava12 for the cache
Thanks Lava12 for the cache
Thanks again Lava12 for another coastal hide. After eliminating other locations this had to be it. Fingers felt it. Yay
This area of the coastal walk has been temporarily closed by Council for repairs - I'll have to come back in a few months....
Trying to complete our Mystery at the Museum, and this was the last cache in the second step for us. Thanks Lava12. Always enjoy your caches.
Another Wednesday Wander for some members of the Puzzled Puzzlers group in search of solved puzzles and any other caches we might wander by. Today it was just myself Blackadders and suSHilOrD who is complaining I can't get the upper and lower case in his name right! [^] Time for us to go and explore the Hallett Cove Conservation Park and surrounds.
The walk and views are fantastic. [^] The cache was in one of the first places we looked.

After a Doctors appointment left the Adder late for the rendezvous point he had to catch up to the others of the Puzzled Puzzlers troupe consisting of the Starfish and Fish lord.
A nice cache location along a great coast walk. Somewhere that we would never have been without this hobby. TFTC

Made the walk down the stairs and was hoping I didn’t have to keep going down as I would have to come back up. Had a quick read whilst a muggle past by. Nice and easy find.
A morning trip down to some of the southern suburbs on the coast line (seaview, maarino and Hallet cove). A different spot I had never been before but some lovely views over the coast line and the coastal walk had some amazing views. A lot of muggles out and about as it was not too hot, great to see the weather take a turn after the past week. Some great hides with a total of 19 finds and 1 Did not find.
Thnks for the cache.

Dodging the plethora of Muggles along this popular trail ain't easy but I found a pair of moments... one for the find the other for the all important re-hide
The view along this trail is unreal! [^] I can only imagine what a fiery sunset would look like over still waters
A quick find and sign at 09:08 on the perfect Saturday the 16th of February 2019

DNF'd this in late 2016, so it was good to walk along here and turn blue into yellow. Great views south along the rocky coastline. Signed log. TFTC Lava!
Found magnetic tin and were the 1st to sign the new log with BrodieMac88. Also found the old soggy log book and removed as it didnt even resemble paper anymore. TFTC
After a few days of intense work commitments, I finally had some free time to go caching today before I had to head to the airport and home. I headed off in fairly random directions to see what I could find and had a great day out there. Hmm - what I found here was the log that GeoNoeg mentioned - it was mush and I couldn't sign it. I didn't have the CO's maintenance log in my PQ so didn't search any further - I hope it's still OK to log this find... TFTC, Biggles.
Found the sogging wet logbook in a small passiv nach lying behind the bench. No magnetic keyholder in sight. Definitely needs maintainance. I didn't sign the log for fast of destroying the logbook. Will send a foto to the owner. Hid the log under a disc of wood and put it beneath the railing.

A beautiful sunny day for a walk along he coastline. And many muggles decided they’d do the same. After sitting for what felt like an eternity, I was finally able to add another Lava12 smiley to my map.
Thanks for the cache Lava12. Found on 30 Dec 2017 at 3:28 pm. Find #5640.

Found while competing in the nearby rogaining event. Stairs! So many stairs. Thanks for providing an excuse to stop moving for a bit. TFTC
A fortunate find while rogaining with a couple of other cachers. Stopped for a break, looked over, checked and voila! a cache!
Signed, returned and kept on walkin'

Good find on our walk along the Marion Coastal Trail. Beautiful morning for a walk even with all the steps TFTC
A nice place to sit and sign a cache Had to wait for a lady and her golden retriever to walk past before replacing it. TFTC
Had to wait for a young cosy couple (they were not looking at the view) to move on. Then took a seat for a nice easy find with Wal & Ol. TFTC!
By hook or by crook, I was the first to sign the new log book.
Walking south Brighton to Hallett Cove after doing the north trek this morning.
I spotted this as we went past but was in a group of muggles so didn't log it then.

Found while out climbing stairs nearby with my muggle friend preparing for the Great Wall of China ! Beautiful pre spring day and loads of people doing the same thing. Thanks for the cache.
after the 150 000 kms from home event me and BONES took a stroll down to this cache
Walking along the Hallett Cove Boardwalk on a winters day, perusing the hunt for caches. I came along this one, great little hide, Really creative!
Thanks Lava12

I am in training at the moment as I am going to be walking the Great Wall of China in May 2016 in aid of raising money for Breast Cancer Research. Today with my husband and 10 year old son, we walked 10km on a return trip on this lovely Seacliff/Hallett Cove boardwalk. This trail was perfect training for me, with stairs going up and down, some steep, some big steps and some small steps. It was a lovely afternoon out, however I must confess by the time I eventually got back to my car - which was about 3 hours after we started, I did feel very weary and looked forward to soak in the tub for when I got home TFTC.
The seat was very welcome after a longer than planned stroll along the coastal walk from the caravan park.
It was great watching a pod of dolphins with some babies just below.
Thanks again Lava12

Saturday 20 February 2016 - a glorious Summer's day in the mid twenties (26) without a cloud in the sky and a cool breeze all the way. Started walking at 7.45am from Halet's Cove thru to Flinder's Hospital in Bedford Park arriving 5.5 hrs later having walked 14.5kms. Found 8 caches with 5 not found. Quick and easy find. TFTC.
A nice quick find... after a couple sitting on the bench moved off.
Great view of some beautiful blue water today.

This was pleasant spot on a perfect morning - warm with a cool sea breeze and a seat with the best view as the flat sea tide moved out .
Just needed a cool drink and a large umbrella for us to move in for a few lazy hours [^].
TNLNSL.
Thanks again Lava12. Well done [^].

Having carried out bikes for most of the boardwalk so far we decided to take to the roads and Croce around to this cache. We were also very fortunate to find a water fountain as we would have probably died without it. Anyway, simple cache but a nice hide. Absolutely loved the location! Ideal weather for staring at the sea... Just not for caching.

After climbing several flights of stairs carrying bikes loaded with a days worth of supplies we were rather unhappy to realise that the cache was by the road. Great.
Still, there was a water fountain nearby, which we enjoyed rather too much. The cache itself, combined with the views, made the trip worthwhile.

[Cache M] I have memories of a Meetup hike on a slightly too warm day right along this walk - and back! *giggle* and I'm so glad to have found this cache with Ratbag 1 in the moonlight - a whole different perspective, and a beautiful one! Thank you Lava 12
Mr Tardis hasn't been to this spot before. A beautiful place to sit and relax.... and find a cache
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache Lava12.
