I am regretfully archiving this cache since unfortunately there has been no action to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, Keego_and_Chil, requesting additional time.

An ample opportunity has been provided for the Cache Owner to respond, but since this opportunity has been ignored, I can only conclude that the cache has been abandoned.

Caches archived under these circumstances are unable to be Unarchived, and this location is now available for the placement of a new cache, by somebody else.

Out and about with Kyzabra on a maintenance run today picking a few smilies here and there in the process. On the way home now and we both hadn't found this one so pulled over for a look see.

After about twenty minutes and a couple fruitless PAF attempts we had leave with our tails between our legs.

Keego_and_Chil I couldn't find your cache, this was my 1st DNF for the day. I did have 22 finds today so all is not lost.

I had a good look with no luck. I did take two books for Sandyofthesea!

There was a rake in the shelter and the door was free of leaves. Maybe some CO intervention but I reckon they don’t cache anymore.

Worth a go!

Found it. TFTC Keego_and_Chil. Must have spent 50min here. Not sure what took longer, finding the cache or doing some reading. This used to be a great place for breakfast and rest stop when I was returning from the night shift run to Bunbury and Busselton with the truck.

Such a nice day that I thought that I would try and knock off some more of the SWH caches and a few others on the way. Most were found quite easily although a few took a little longer. It was so green down here with lots of fat cows and some beautiful wildflowers to look at. Only a couple of DNFs so a good day Tftc

Stopped of here on the way back to Perth. Searched for a few minutes the obvious spots but came up empty handed.
Had an idea and bingo! Didn't expect it to be there considering the terrain rating, would have thought it more like a T2.5 to be there.
Log signed and was on my way. TFTC

Day Eleven of our holiday in Western Oz.
Bettyboo3747 and I have spent the morning on the South West Highway between Jarrahdale and Pinjarra, and the afternoon trying to find a cache that still exists on the way back to Rockingham.

I think I looked at nearly every spot on the shelter, while BB only looked in a couple, but she found it!
Don't you hate that!
Thanks, Robmc.

#12690. Day 11 of our WA holiday and our 6th day based in Rockingham. Robmc and I decided to tackle the SWH Series between Jarrahdale and Pinjarra. We managed a nice run of 44 caches before lunch and then the wheels fell off somewhat as we made our way home via Mandurah. So many caches were not viable so we didn't feel like wasting time searching. It was hard to find some caches that were still in.

Well this was sneaky. Took a while before I finally got my paws on it. It is safely tucked away and all is good here.

Thanks Keego_and_Chil

05-Aug-17
Thank you! I decided to head down to Pinjarra for lunch and head home via the south west highway. This one took a bit of searching, but thanks to the great coordinates I eventually got my hands on it.

Hi there Keego_and_Chil.

We found your cache **"AP 089 - Keysbrook Case"** at 11:19:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14900.

Our plan for the day was to complete some of the SWH series, together with a few others that were also close to the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed our drive attempting caches to the left on our way north and picking up the ones we missed on the return trip. We found a variety of container types and sizes hidden along the way, and also managed to pick up a couple of trackables.

Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.

**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking. Wink
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge if the container was large enough.

Thanks for the hunt today,

Regards

Ian & Penny.

**this is a late log** I have recently made a major upgrade to my GSAK license and found this lovely feature that automatically tells me what caches I have marked found in GSAK but never logged on geocaching.com!! Yay, Clyde, you can have my money anytime! The caches I am logging in this batch were ones I found during WA Goes Big 2016. In an interest to get completely caught up, I am logging my past finds in bulk. I still have work to do after this, as I need to locate my notes from all of my earthcaches, but once those are in, I should be very close to current. I appreciate all the effort you go through to create and place your hides and do not for one second take it for granted, I just need to get caught up so I can return to my once pleasant logs. Cheers!

Found on a fun day caching with Micaparamedic and Ahomburg. We found almost all caches including a couple that had not been found for a while, and a couple of clever hides.

04-Jun-16
Catching up with some late logs, therefore this unfortunately is going to be one of 'those logs'. I apologize in advance for the generic log, A combination of limited time and too many to log dictates that a generic log is best. I have enjoyed the hunt and being outdoors in this great country of ours, partaking in a pastime that I thoroughly enjoy. I usually head out by myself, but I thank those that have had the misfortune of my company in some of these ventures.

Thanks Keego_and_Chil for placing this cache.

Found the black magnetic micro cache during WAGB 2016 event. The magnet of the micro cache got detached. I’ve attached the micro cache and the loose magnet where I found it. The next geocacher please bring along some strong glue (to hold metal and plastic) to attach the magnet back. TFTH Keego_and_Chil.

03-Apr-16
Took a drive out to do some more of the SWH series. It was a warm day, but perfect for car hopping along the highway. Last for the day as a headache had kicked in a bit worse. I absolutely loved this one and I think that was mainly due to my finding it within 30 seconds of arriving at ground zero. My gps is always out a bit, but this time it was spot on, even with all the metal around. A very clever hide. The log books need picking up by cache owner and placing a new one in there as there is not much room left. TFTC Keego and Chil:)

With a little hint from a previous finder, I returned today after work to turn my frown upside down. This time I looked where I was hesitant to look last time and came up with a quick and easy find. TFTC K&C

Was down sorting out my new multi plans nearby and thought I would grab this one while I was here however the cache had other plans. Didn't help the fact that after spotting a large red back spider my finger refused to go pleases the eyes couldn't see. I shall return I won't be defeated.

Had a few hours spare this morning so decided to hit the highway and grab a few SWH caches and a couple of Mundijong caches needed to qualify for a challenge cache. Lots of trucks on the road today so it was good that there were good pull offs for each cache.

Despite the number of DNFs, I decided to stop and take a look for this one. Did a bit of a search and then read through some of the logs which gave me an idea of where it might be. Another more detailed inspection identified a suspect shadow caused by the cache having dropped a bit. A quick retrieval had the cache in hand and the log soon signed. Cache replaced, but no longer visible from where I spotted it - apologies to the next cacher Twisted

Thanks for the cache Keego_and_Chil [^] - cache was good and dry.

This was cache # 6 of 10 Smile and 2 Sad today for a total cache count of 2886.

08-Nov-15
no find for us

04-Nov-15
On our way North again and a target for the day. At least 1 cache as our calendar is blanc for the day, but this did not turn out too easy today. Most of the SWH caches we can't do as we cannot really stop with our motorhome along the highway so we tried to find a few just off the road. We looked for a while but all we could find was spiderwebs but no luck finding the cache. Thanks anyway for the stop!

20-Sep-15
Possibly MIA. ....

Do you even realise what a struggle that was for two old ladies with dicky knees? Oh but what a glow of pride when we got it. Whoopee! Team work with Cybergran V. TFTC

24-Jul-15
Now that was a challenge. The coordinates were right, it was a struggle, together it was accomplished - neither of us would have acquired it on our own. I wonder how much amusement this cache affords to the people employed in the nearby building. With windows facing ground zero they would either have to know what is going on here, or think the world is full of crackpots.

27-Jun-15
we borrowed a friends car and set out early to attack some more of this series. had a good day retreating home with 48 finds for the day. so mikirst and myself were very happy with that outcome . tftc
