Found by chance whilst stopping for the church micro near by. Container is starting to fall apart however log was still in pretty good condition for now. Couldn't get the church micro as muggles around
Cache in plain sight here and hasn’t been found for 3 years, cache is in great condition
Today With the weather more promising on the yorke peninsula than in Adelaide, Davidwazza and I decided to head over and clean out as much as we could as well as doing quite a bit of beach 4wdriving.
In total 87 finds within 1 DNF for the day.
Thanks for the Cache

Today, the weather was forecast to be dismal with thunderstorms and a rain drenching! Consequently, gridge98 and I retreated to the more dry vicinity of Upper Yorke Peninsula. Other than a few drizzles, we had good weather. We visited Paskeville, Kadina, Moonta, Balgowan, Point Pearce, Maitland, and Arthurton, with highlights of the mining relics, 4WD-ing along the west coast beach, and finally dinner and heading around Maitland. A long day out and about, arriving home just after midnight.
We were stopping off at this used 2b church anyway, and so we decided to see if this three year archived cache had any chance still here. It only had gridge98 to walk around the corner and then call my name, as the cache was bleedingly obvious! The cache container and logbook were all actually in good shape, so a shame for it to have gotten archived. We tried to hide back a little better, and gathered the required clue in this series. Thanks Gum-Phyl for the cache placement.

Tice (Team Ice: laalaa, J&T., Hiltsu and kapeka) in Australia. Sun was shining and we had fun. Today we drove to South.
Thanks for the cache.

Found it with TICE [Hiltsu, J&T, kapeka & laalaa]
We had fun with caching few weeks here in Australia ( South Australia and Northern Territory ). Lots of geocaches and many sort of them too. We saw awesome places, weather was good all the time and people were friendly and polite. Caches were pretty similar like in our home country. Of course there were some exeptions. Nice and huge country!

Team ICE on a two week geocaching trip in Australia. Our main target was the Red Centre Experience at Alice Springs but of course we did some caching in other places too. We drove from Adelaide to Alice Springs and then back. We saw lots of interesting and beutiful places like opal mines at Coober Pedy, Ayers Rock and Kata Tjuta. Our rental travelled almost 6500km on gravel and tarmac roads. The weather was great, only on last day we got some rain.
All the caches logged as Team Ice, T-ice or Tice with kapeka, laalaa and Hiltsu. We had a great trip!
Today our trip continued from Port Augusta to Port Vincent. On a way we visited beautiful Weeroona Island, spend some time at Port Pirie, visited Moonta's himalayas and found many caches on the way.
Thanks for the cache and greetings from Finland!

Caches deteriorate over time. Life gets busy. Would prefer that Geocacher's don't have too many
below average experiences.
It's time to disable until we can revamp.
Happy for people to check, find and register a smilie if they are inclined

Staying at Wallaroo CP. Went to visit Moonta and surrounds and found 3 caches. The pine tree has recently been lopped but someone has kindly placed the cache nearby - not sure where it is supposed to be but replaced as I found it. TFTC
Although a tree had been removed recently, accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Gum-Ako for the cache.
Heading off to Maitland/Yorktown/Edithburgh/Coobowie today so had limited time for caching but found this one on the way. Cache was out in the open so put it back where the hint said and covered it a little better. TFTC
On this occassion, I am doing a generic log. I have travelled from Queensland to meet up with Muff1 for a Geocaching extravaganza on the beautiful Yorke Peninsular.
Our goal to Cache, Cache and Cache. Each day our "finds" have been growing in number, some days more productive then others. Repairs and replacement of broken containers, new log books and adding a new plastic bag here and there have all been part of the fun we have been having.
We have also been careful to take time to appreciate the natural wonder of the areas we have visited. The variety of caches was interesting, some very clever, some the quick grab they were designed to be.
My sincere thanks to Muff1 for providing me with the opportunity to join them on this geocaching holiday.
A big thank you to all of the dedicated Cache placers who have made this possible.

We are starting to smell strongly of the pepperina trees, I just love the smell but Speedmistress does not, I got into trouble when I bought a piece back into the car.
First we must appologise for the generic logs.
We came to Yorke Peninsular with Speedmistress who hails from Queensland to cache our little hearts out and this we are doing.
We solved loads of puzzles prior to coming and with all the earth, multi, trads and puzzles there are here we were never lacking in variety.
When we found caches that needed repair we have done our best to do what was possible, unfortunately we have now rum out of spare containers, so no more repairs can be done. We have enjoyed the scenery, the walks, the animal life and the challenges that was encountered while traveling the Peninsular. Not all the caches have been attempted due to time restraints but those have been earmarked for future visits.
We also would like to thank Speedmistress for supplying our geocaching chariot.
A huge thanks to all the cache owners for placing these caches for us to enjoy.

Out visiting family over waster weekend. A beautiful day, and s short stroll to this cache. No muggles do a quick find. TFTC
I'm starting the series with 5 golden rings. Much easier to cart around than a partridge in a pear tree. TFTC
Traveling from Yorketown to Kadina today, only 130km by the shortest route, but that's not how geocachers travel it took me all day! Lots of detours and dirt tracks explored, great scenery, and a lot of fun finding caches along the way.
Another good find here, many thanks for placing a cache for others to find [^]

Spent the day out doing some beach driving with the High Range 4WD Club from Moonta Bay to Wallaroo, grabbing caches along the way.
Cache was in good condition. TFTC.

We hunted around the shed, the tree, the building, all to no avail. A better clue might be helpful for us desperados.
Day fourteen of the short holiday with Bettyboo3747.
A day for breathing in the history of Moonta.
Lots of old mines, stone buildings, and rusting engineering stuff.
Our last cache today. Grabbed as the light was starting to fade.
Thanks for this Days of Christmas series we have been doing today, the been interesting.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 9474. Sadly, I only have one entire day in Moonta and there is so much to do and see. I love this historic area and definitely need to and will come back here. Tomorrow we head to Broken Hill for more adventures.
Cute church - it looks like a mirror image twin church. Nice little bell too. We had absolutely no idea about the hint but Rob wandered further afield and soon found the cache. Now we must get home before those stormy skies open up.
Thanks Gum-Ako

Found @11:17
While on a cache run around South Australia this was one of many caches found with icefoxy.
Did the pyramid serirs today on the drive down to Marion Bay awesome fun and series.
This was one of a few extra trads we stopped for the crazy zig zag driving across the region today. Took a few moments to locate, don't get the hint.

Found this on the way to Marion Bay after staying in Port Wakefield. We decided to take a detour on our way down to the Yorke Penninsula to tackle the Pyramid series and picked up several additional caches along the way. Took a little while to find this one so after almost giving up we were relieved to eventually find it

This was supposed to be a quick find, but while AndyColombia was replacing the cache and Owl was lurking around the front door a muggle turned up. He was there for a meeting and Owl offered the 'interested in old churches' line. He offered to show them inside and how could they refuse? Fortunately Owl really is interested in old churches and was able to talk intelligently as a tour guide to Miss Andy. All suspicions allayed, they exited stage left.
Found by Mary & David at 1245. What an interesting building. Never saw the sparkling gold rings, but still managed to find the cache ok. Our thanks to Gum-Ako.
Found with group of cachers up here for the weekend, easy find. Thanks Gum-Ako
On the way up to Wallaroo we decided to grab this one as we had driven past numerous times. A quick find. Thanks for the cache Gum-Ako.
A wonderful weekend away with Gemini7, JustMeNow, JJ52 & Madham02 around Yorke Penninsular. This is our 1 / 44 caches found over the weekend for the weekend.

A good spot for a bit of a poke around
Nobody in church or at home next door.
I don't think anyone has been home next door for a few years !! [:o]
A lap of the church and I couldn't find a cache
Then I noticed one of the five !!
Tada !! A cache

After a quick check to make sure we weren't in someone's backyard (from the angle we came at it, I wasn't 100% sure), went in to make the grab.

I walked the long way around to this one and it was found in the 4th place I looked! Should have just used google earth to begin with

On a caching assault of the Yorke Peninsular with alansee and Team Crackers over the last six days. We have found many caches which have proven enjoyable and sometimes challenging Alansee had worked diligently in planning routes we would take to minimize wasted kilometres driven to find the numbers we have been able to do. Most logs have been signed as MAC (micaparamedic, alansee and crackers)
Many thanks Gum-Ako for placing this cache .
Many thanks Gum-Ako for placing this cache .
I found and signed the log but it wasn't until I was recording my find that I saw that I should have looked for the number on the door and rang the bell. TFTC
Found as a part of TheKellyGang, writing this as a genaric log as I was a part of TheKellyGang and am now out on my own.
If you do not agree with this you are more than welcome to delete the log.

Today we are heading to the copper triangle to do some caches, we managed around 120 caches over the 2 days we spent here and we saw some fantastic scenery along the way, being the geowifes early childhood stomping grounds i was treated to a lot of history about quite a few of the areas and how much things have changed over time, this was a nice easy find. TFTC
Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
Today was set aside for touring Moonta and Wallaroo. Well we had a long list and after a sleep in and problems loading the GPSr had us not even starting till 0900hrs.
We had a great day and saw lots of historic places and learnt lots about the area. The list was only just started and we never left Moonta till after dark so Wallaroo will have to be tomorrow.

We are visiting friends in Kadina for a few days before heading off to Murray Bridge to attend the "Oz Mega 2014 Murray Bridge" over Easter.
Today we decided that our primary goal was to attempt the 12 days of Christmas, and also do an assortment of other caches as we were journeying around the area collecting the clues.
Thesmell of peppercorn really pervades the whole area.
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: Container and log book are in good shape.
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks Gum-Ako for the hunt today.
