My brother and I have had a few looks for this one but have had no luck. Today being christmas day we thought it will be a no muggle opportunity. Because of this we would have spent about 20 mins having a thourogh look, ecven using bthe frontfacing camera on our phones to record what was hidden underneth without luck. I feel this one may need checking as it hasnt been found since april 2018.
After having breakfast at the Dickens we could search for the cache without muggles. TFTC
Up here with themexikiwi and a wellingtonian non cacher to collect a puppy from just outside of town and found ourselves on the Quality Street for lunch. Whipped the phone out and saw that this one was within sight of where we were and so it needed doing. Wasn't long before we got a helpful hand from a nearby shop owner and the cache was in hand. Nice little freebie for the day - TFTC
After an adventurous day we all had a nice meal along this fantastic little street. Tinytree was sent to find the cache as the most appropriate member in this busy location. Cache was signed back at the table and then returned. TFTC.

Stealth... haha totally helps to have kids. Even on a public holiday, niggles everywhere. TFTC
Had a good feel around the bottom step but too many people around and didn’t want to be too obvious. Will come back another time.
Out doing some night caching. Luck would have the gates were open as we went past tonight. Guy packing up but knew what we were doing and just smiles. Easy find. Tftc
#9808. Enjoyed walking around Whangarei after lunch. This is an interesting street. People were in the nearby café, but fortunately none was looking this way. Quick find. The cache was in excellent condition, all nice and dry inside. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.

Found after a delightful lunch at one of the nearby cafes. Took a little feeling around to find, but was indeed there. Tftc
After arriving on the campsite in Whangarei we went for a visit of the town and find some caches on the way. The part with the bars and along the waterfront we liked the most, so our cachetreail of today followed us there. We had a nice walk and came back in time for a nice beer.
The lady of the nailshop saw us but had only a smile for us, so she probably knows of the cache.

decided to go for this despite temp disable listing. found between muggles. replaced with new log all ready to go.TFTC
Strolling down Quality Street after a nice meal when tikitour dared me to grab this nearby cache. With Lots of muggles sitting behind the nearby windows, she never expected me to even try. I tend to be muggle shy, and she knows it!
I couldn't pass up a dare so I sat and very quickly had the cache. We laughed when we realized the cache wasn't even showing up on the map!! But soon discovered the temp disabled status but logging the find as I did find a tiny spot to mark my "tt".
Thanks.

Hier war zum Glück nicht viel los. Nur aus dem nahen Nagelstudio hat man uns kurz beobachtet.
Aber dann konnten wir auch diesen Fund loggen.
Das Logbuch ist komplett nass und voll!

Quick easy find early in the morning while waiting for the shops to open. Sat on the step to sign the log and checked out the nearby shops. Log is full and needs replacing.
Had a good look for this one. pretty sure we were in the right place but there was nothing there
Stopped in Whangarei on the way back to Auckland after spending the weekend in the Bay of Islands. Found this cache without any difficulty, and sat down on the steps to grab it from it's hiding spot. Unable to sign the log as it was full.
Whangarei has a lot to see. This is a nice area Thany you for the good hint!! Logbook full !!!

Very high muggle traffic zone through this spot. We had a "rest" on the bottom step and soon had the cache in hand. The log needs replacing as it is full. TFTC.
Great little find after an amazing dinner, didn't sign as didn't have a pen handy
After dinner at a nearby indian restaurant (delicious) we felt the need to walk off our biryani so came down here on the off chance it was open to visitors and yep, all good here. What, another indian restaurant? Looks good too, if only I could eat multiple dinners in one sitting. Anyway, pulled the full shoe tie routine and came up with the cache, even fooling geowife. On a busy day this place must be crazy, we had the ideal time to do it. Great spot, like these busy geocaches. Log needs changing, that'll be an adventure in itself. Thanks for the placement, interesting spot.
Very funny place for a cache !
Quite challenging in this street full of fancy eateries right on dinner time ....
But I think I carried it off !!!!

Out for my evening exercise jaunt. Not expecting too many muggles on a Sunday evening, but a few eating establishment patrons were close by, so had to be quite surreptitious. TFTC
Easy fun accessible Geocache to find, a few muggles about, but wasnt a problem.
Found with [Bärchen] a while ago. I did not have my own account then, so i can only log my find, now.

Collecting some of Whangarei urban caches today as I head back down the line tomorrow. Quickly worked out where the cache would be and employed the stealthy move of tying my shoelace. Spotted it and managed to retrieve, sign and return without attracting unwanted attention. Giving it a FP. TFTC
Hitchhiking from Opua to Whangarei for the day today, I came across this nice cache. Quite busy at lunch time but still manageable. TFTC
After living in akl for many months it is time to discover this beautiful country.
This was my first stop and my first cache of the trip.
Thanx for bringing me to this cute street

Up here this weekend and visited the Ruapekapeka Pa site - very interesting as it relates to my ancestry. Cannot possibly go home without grabbing a couple more whilst here. Last find as we head out of town and off home . . . . . maybe next time we will get better weather on our second day in town. A quick find here today TFTC
This one was a quick and easy find. Due to public holidays the place was pretty clear when we went there tonight. Tftc
Afther an indian meal just beside of this cache lwe looked at this one as a dessert.
Not so easy becauce everbody looks at you while you looking for the cache.

Out and about completed caches with a quiet night due to most shops being closed. Love the history of this street, and the character it holds, funny listening to drunks while sitting on the step
PHEW! got a break!.... need to watch for those behind the glass!.... tiny but very easy with clue!... lunch breaks go fast finding a cach!
After my event nearby, I headed down to this cache with tikitour, who both acted as shields for me as I retrieved and replaced the cache! TFTC!

#11021. Our fourth visit (we didn't get out of the car on visit 3) and this time GZ was pretty quiet, and we finally clapped eyes on the little blighter. Phew. TFTC.
Another glorious day in Northland and today's destination is Marsden Cove and surrounding areas with lots of caches finds both going to and coming from the area.
We arrived by 8.30am and thought that the early hour on a Sunday morning would mean the muggle factor would be non existent, so we were a bit dismayed to see a waitron from the local cafe setting up the outside tables. Damn. But we decided that we didn't want to come back yet again, so went for it. The waitron noticed us searching and asked if we were looking for something, thinking maybe we'd been there the night before and had lost something. We told him about geocaching which he seemed interested in (well, he didn't recoil in horror!) and left us to it. After more groping and peering, StreetWalker located the little booger. At last! We did the paperwork then showed the friendly waitron the cache. Thanks for the tricky wee hide, the first of many Riser5 caches today.

We had attempted this one last visit to Whangarei and were muggled out. Not much better this time but did get to have a quick surreptitious grope this time. Will have to return at a quieter time.
Muggles enjoying ales and talking right at the gz. Will try again tomorrow or tonight
I was walking past at lunch time and realised no-one was around except a few people at the Fat Camel. Nice quick grab. Thanks
Thought it was missing but then braille finally prevailed. Replaced log TFTC
[green]Found it after being at the cinema. What a lovely little street! Thanks for showing. [8)]

What a lovely flight of stairs. And it was found close to the newel. I just love this word as I learnt it from another Geo cache in Wellington, and this seemed like an good occassion to be able to use it.
Pretty quiet. In the area while I was there. So it wasn't difficult to search and retrieve, sign and replace. Thank you for this cache and another smiley face.

Just happened to be passing and knew of this one from previous visits when it was too busy to look properly. Very quiet this morning and a quick sweep of the hand dislodged it. Couldn't sign as pen malfunctioned. TFTC.
Stopping for a lace tie definitely the way to go.still managed to snaffle with muggles about using a bit of discretion. Thanks for placing
Came here on a Sunday, hardly a soul anywhere and hence it was a quick find. Most of the places here were all closed for Anzac Weekend, that was why I was caching in the city today, knowing there would be few people around. Cheers Riser5
Nice dinner with my daughter at Wildside with my daughter this is my 100th yay found with honeykz
An easy find on our evening stroll after dinner. Not to many muggles around at night
Enjoyed this one, as it bought me to an area I would have never have come to. Would like to return and have dinner in this Street another time.
A Waitangi weekend road trip to collect a few puzzle series of caches that we have solved over the last month or so - plus any other caches that we can find on the way!
The hint was spot on - a quick find!

Early Saturday morning, not to many muggles around. First find for master 9.
We had to be stealthy here but hint didn't appear
to be straight forward. after expanding our
search a little we found it. Got busted by the
nearby shop owner. TFTC ;D

Used this mall as a shortcut many times over the years. Had to laugh here: we saw 2 guys loitering around the GZ. One even stopped to do his shoe lace up on the bottom step. That was going to be our trick lol. As it turned out they weren't even cachers. Had a bit of a hunt. The lady from the photo shop told us it's in there. She said lots of people stop here. She wasn't a cacher so when we finally found it I showed it to her and she seemed quite interested. Thanks for this cache
Ha ha. Muggles galore here. Waited for a moment when no-one appeared to be looking. Quickly got on my hands and knees when out of nowhere a nice young man came up behind me and offered to help me find what I was looking for. I quickly said not to worry it was only a small coin I'd dropped! tftc
Inspektor Higgins and I came here on our way to Tutukaka! We had a hotel in the city and during a nice stroll through the city we found this cache! Thanks for showing!
A quick find as this area was nearly deserted. But it was a bit more difficult to return the cache into position. TFTC
