GPS led us spot on to the likely location and didn't find what I was expecting. CO might want to investigate this one.
Sorry not there any more, I was looking for the cash when I boy approached us and told us that his mother was the hider of the cash and told me it was gone sorry
Couldn't find it but has been some construction going on on the corner so worried it may not be around anymore?

#3714 We were in town for the Flash Mob Event and were touring around town grabbing a few caches before heading to the caravan park for a swim in the pool. We thought that given it was 2 days after Valentines Day that it was impeccable timing for this cache for we outoftowners. It was a beautiful area to drive around with some very impressive houses. We found the cache in good condition - our thanks to dick-tracy for the cache. Cheers [^]
Posting old logs i have. Found with Nick8586 and Tyron51. Thanks for a nice simple single.
Second time a round for this one Miss Mary had barely set up the GPS when I had to tell her not to bother as I had spied it, signed it and put it back with dick=tracy's help pretty funny actually. Thanks Dick and thanks for the hunt also.
Came out this way today to get the Learner Driver some extra hours. Very soon we will have 2 L platers so the sooner we get one to his P's the better! An assumption was made as we pulled up & it turned out to be incorrect. The Chief returned to the car to get his GPS & try again. A bit more success was had!
Nice quick find. TFTC. Some beautiful and grand buildings around this part of town.
Too many muggles about to search in comfort, not doing my confidence any good either.
Needed 2 GPS to find lol good hide but once work out which side of the road found it quick sticks . SquizzyT89
After an early start today we drove from Albury to Bendigo managed a few caches along the way and then once again when we got to Bendigo. We only meant to do a few in town but the caches were so invitingly close and town was so quiet today we just kept going. We have had a great start to our geocaching around here and this was one we enjoyed finding.
Nice work with the cache thanks to dick-tracy.

We're up here for our Anniversary weekend away - yey!! It was GMelb's turn to choose the location (we alternate so it's a surprise for the other half!) He chose Bendigo coz there is so many caches to find and we havent been up here since we got "into caching" Lucky we both like caching!! lol
After a lovely day of caching on the Saturday (and a snake encounter!) we were glad that it was a cooler day today so headed off around 9.30am with this being the 4th for the morning. Well we had to get this one didnt we seeing it was our Anniversary trip!! lol. The street was nice and quiet on a Sunday morning and the cache was a quick easy find.
We had started logging these caches whilst still up in Bendigo but the ancient laptop combined with average coverage for the phone wi-fi hotspot meant the internet kept crashing so logging at home now. We're not having much luck with technology this week!!!

A quick find, though due to a muggle landscaping nearby I had to make a return trip to sign the log. Nice house on the other corner! tftc
Found after a lovely wander around the Bendigo market. Log sheet a little damp. Thanks for the hide.
Tried to get it quickly but a lady who lives on the corner house thought i was stealing her flowers that she had planted on the corner.
We got scared off as there was even a police presence in the street....
Will have to get this one next time we are in town.

5536. [green]I have a tactical advantage with this type of hide which is just as well as there was a dog barking at me and it's early morning. Headed past, picked up the cache and keep going til I was out of sight of the dog. Signed and returned quickly and then back into the car and off for more Bendigo treasures.[/green]

Carefully parked and looked for the cache before I got out - luckily it is possible to spot it. Nipped out, grabbed, and back to the car to sign.
Interesting houses around the area.
Thanks, Robmc.

Tried to get this one last March, but too many people around. Nobody in sight this evening and made the quick find.
I didn't leave the car until I spotted the cache then it was a quick grab. Meanwhile featherdown enjoyed the view of the lovely old houses around here.

Second find of the morning before we headed back down towards Maldon. I have not seen this part of Bendigo before so it was nice looking at all the historical houses in these nearby streets.
