This geocacher reported that the container is damaged.

07-Jul-23
nice and easy find, the first in this series, going to try and tick all of these off.
I could see the logsheet, but it was totally unsignable and unfortunately I didn't have a replacement. Cache is currently full of mud also after all the flooding this year.
Nice to tick off one not seen for over a year.
Watch out on the decking, slip central!

21-Apr-22
Had to bike right past #17 because of maintenance workers right near GZ, and almost biked past this one too before checking the hint and going a little bit back the way I came. Cache was a very quick find, true to the hint. It's holding up okay but could do with a maintenance visit at some point. Nice views from the lookout. Thanks for another Blue's Clues puzzle - no need to google anything for this one!

19-Apr-22
Quick find thanks to the clear hint, and a really good idea for a cache. Unfortunately the cache isn't in great condition, which is a real shame.

20-Jan-22
Travelled up to Auckland for the Mega this weekend and to visit our daughter. Stayed the night at Glen Tui and got up early for a bike ride and some caching. Good to combine two of my favourite pastimes. Solved these last night. Quick find. Log exposed so was pleased to find it was otherwise fine. Thanks for the smiley.

27-Mar-21
While walking past during our CITO, we stopped to grab this cache I have had solved for ages!

Thanks!

Onto the Blues Clues trail, snapped up all available options and numbers now over 100 finds of barkingmadnz caches

A day to myself today with a lunch meet up with some mates from back in the old country and some fellow Fantasy football fans, this was happening over near One Tree Hill at 1 PM so I was able to get out and about and find some caches prior, and post this meet up. I headed to Henderson area first for a walk around the Adventure Lab circuit followed by a few in Cornwall Park and then a couple of beers before home. T F T C to all COs.

15-Jul-20
Nice to solve this

14-Mar-20
Did the puzzle some time ago
so it was good to get the Final today
Nice easy find with EyespyBen

Nice easy find with ABCDF4.

08-Oct-19
Managed a find here after the last dnf on a nearby cache. log soggy but managed to mark the paper. should be checked by CO.

29-Sep-18
Last of the Blues Clues series for me today, log is starting to deteriorate, TFTC

24-Feb-18
I had solved the "Blues Clues" puzzle a couple of years ago but haven't picked them all up yet and I have noticed that some have since been archived so I came down here this morning with my bike to pick up a few more...and this was next. Nice quick find as per the clue but the log is saturated so I left another piece of paper (not waterproof tho.) TFTC

24-Feb-18
My kids were big Blues Clues fans. It was a great educational and interactive program. Again I knew the answer to this question straight away and was glad to make the find while in the area today. I was heading the wrong way for parking so had to turn around to find a legal place to park. TFTC Smile

13-Feb-18
Found last year but for some reason log has not processed properly from app. Out with granddaughter Supryia. 10/12/17 if memory is correct.
TFTC

10-Apr-17
After a number of DNF's in this series on a couple of previous trips to the area; today was a nice change as I managed to find all 5 caches along this track. This cache isn't in a very good condition and log is wet but still managed to sign. TFTC.

01-Apr-17
Walked past this a few times and thought it would be a good place for a log. Needs weather proofing add log was soaking wet

30-Jan-17
Geowife found this one and was excited and then disappointed...no she said, this can't be the cache, there's no log. There's no way in a million years this little thing is here for anything other than being a geocache so I reassured her that she had indeed found the cache and that we just needed to sort the log out.

Fortunately, we had the full geocaching backpack with us so we grabbed a piece of paper for a temp log and a ziplock bag, signed and reassembled the cache. Follow the hint and you can't go wrong - it's in good nick all things considered. Thanks for placing this series of caches.

12-Aug-16
An easy find, but the logpaper was mush, so took a photo of the cache as evidence.

16-Apr-16
My second stop for the night and an easy find, but there wasn't much paper to sign off on so I took the first scrap I could find. TFTC! #878

Out on a cold late evening walk... we had to find few caches tonight to tally our finds, so that we can achieve our milestones tomorrow. this one was already been found by ivss_xx, so had no much trouble in finding. tftc.

01-Mar-16
Wet as container thats doing nothing. If someone has a spare container - bring it along!

30-Jan-16
Logbook wet, cachebox partly broken. Thanks and greetings from Latvia!

30-Dec-15
#10586. Good hint and an easy find. TFTC.

30-Dec-15
We loaded the bikes onto the car and headed west, the Blues Clues series being our main focus but picking up the odd other cache on the way. The weather forecast was for rain later, but apart from a few spots, it held off, fortunately. My first visit to Henderson and I enjoyed my introduction to the area via the great bike trails in the area.
Either my final was calculated incorrectly or the co-ordinates were out, but with the help of the hint we got there. We couldn't find a logbook in the container so added a scrap bit of paper. TFTC.

Can't really see much from the 'lookout'.
Cache in bad condition, container needs to be changed as well as the logsheet.

Thanks for the cache!

Nice find on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Tftc. Found the cache but there was no log in it...just bugs... so left a piece of paper but if next cacher could bring a log or plastic bag that would be good... interesting decor around here...

Tftc never seen this before and driven past so many times, like the hanging ornaments lol.

25-Jul-15
Took a short while to discover this was not where it should be but rather lying on the ground well disguised amongst the fallen leaves. After completing the log we found where it was meant to be and reattached it.

11-Jul-15
Out to finish off a few more in this series, have walked up and down this road so many times, lived further up but I have never noticed this structure, pretty part of the stream nice and clean.

03-Jul-15
On a family holiday in the area visiting family. This trip is a holiday with caches, not a caching holiday.
Today was a day that wasn't as planned and I got three hours to play with. I decided to head to Henderson for a looksee and walk. I mopped up 23 caches, it rained, it shined, nice caches, nice locations. My first visit to the area too. Mopped up a bunch of Blues Clues puzzles and a few trads. I made it back to bade camp in 3 hours and 10 mins. Glad all finds were nice and quick.

Thanks for the cache.

Found as part of a group caching on this day and have found I missed logging these a while back.
Watched Blues Clues when I was younger - fun caches to do.

Signed as June Bikers to save log book space

TFTC.

21-Jun-15
Found with my Mum, NewlynFam. Have now created my own account so am logging all finds I was present at and helped with.
The adults did the solving, we just came along for the bike ride and the cache finding!

21-Jun-15
Found whilst out with a big group including mum keylev and brother cragger.

Thanks for the cache.

21-Jun-15
Found as part of June Bikers group.

21-Jun-15
A plan was hatched at 11:30pm the previous night at a get together that we should all attempt this puzzle series today.

Keylev, UncleSamNZ, Hemaludy, and NewlynFam were immediate starters. Stick-a-crane and Eirot were unlikely starters at 11:30 pm however an early morning roll call was quickly answered by EVERYONE!

Thank goodness as Mr NZT arrived at the start of the biking trail to find himself with a flat tyre which was quickly repaired by a puncture repair kit that Stik-a-crane had in his back pack! Thanks Stik-a-crane for that!!!

This was the first cache of a most enjoyable day!!!!

We found all the caches that we attempted in this series today including a,µ couple that we had to recalculate on the trail.

Thanks for placing this series!

21-Jun-15
A large group of us descended upon the area today to bike this twin stream trail.

Log signed as June Bikers. Thanks for the cache.

21-Jun-15
Set out on bikes this morning with Keylev, cragger, laval, UncleSamNZ, NZTravellers, Hemaludy, Stick-a-crane and Eirot to find some of this series.

This one was found by one cacher, who also found that it had a guard of a creepy crawly or two.... so another member of our group was dispatched to open the cache and sign the log!

An enjoyable day, and a lovely spot for a trail of caches! Thanks for placing this series.
Log signed as June bikers.

21-Jun-15
Out with about 4 other families for a day of biking and caching. There must have been at least 15 of us. All logs done under “June Bikers”
Great day to get out and explore

21-Jun-15
Gathered with EIR-0T and a group of cachers to hunt down this series today... was sunny when we left home, but upon arriving to start the ride had to fix a puncture under an umbrella, which soon passed to reveal a great day.
Headed off and soon had a little competition between the kids and the adults to find each cache, which I will say ended up in a tie... to save arguments... we were even privy to being aducated in the local sport of Frisbee Golf....

Log signed as 'June Bikers' to save space.

Thanks for placing the series and keeping it maintained.

After a gathering of a few geocachers for dinner last night, a plan was hatched to collect the Blues Clues trail. Biking today with Darthcacher1, Purply, Stik-a-crane, eir-ot, NZtravellers, Unclesam, Keylev, cragger, laval, newlynfam. The logs were signed with "June Bikers" to save space as there were so many of us. Very lucky with the weather today, only a short shower at the beginning of the trail.

21-Jun-15
Found as part of the June Bikers group. Nice easy finds today.

02-Jun-15
Initially I thought I'd got my co-ords wrong but after looking at previous logs I back tracked a wee bit and found what I was looking for.

24-May-15
We've had two days of rain now but I've still got to walk the dogs (and geocache Twisted) Log nice and dry still thanks lokky1.tftc

20-Mar-15
out with 10centnz clearing up a few puzzles, cords approx. 5 mtrs away but clue indicated the correct spot v quick find here but cache was wet thru and log was a unwrightable mush so put a new log in a new bag in there may it stay DRY, Tftc

19-Mar-15
Quick find by Lokky1 today. I was about 5-10 metres away.

02-Nov-14
Needed this type of cache to assist in finishing a challenge. Nice to be able to complete a mystery without needing three degrees in maths. Cache nice and dry despite all the recent bad weather. SLtnln TFTC

31-Aug-14
Coordinates calculated took me about 5m away from the true lookout. Logbook still saturated and unuseable so placed another piece of paper in it but this will soon get drenched as the ripped plastic bag hasnt been replaced by owner. Cache makes a wonderful home for lots of slaters though!

29-Jun-14
Super-dee-dooper wet log!

Found it by using GPS on laptop and then heading to location and following clue. Curse C:geo's lack of 'add co-ordinate' function!

But - Yay - I just did a Blues Clue!

Log really wet, Couldn't write on it, tried but it was fragile and I didn't want to wreck it. The plasticbag had ripped and the inside was very wet.

Thanks for the cache, and now that I can get within the right general area with an online GPS programme I can try a few others.

Cheers!

21-May-14
I had a quick peek around and spotted the cache. TFTC.

Never knew this look out was here. TFTC.

04-Apr-14
Can't believe it ...I used to live in Sunnyvale and often walked along Millbrook rd ...pre geocaching ...and of course never knew there were 3 caches here !

26-Mar-14
I don't usually like copy / paste / template logs but will make the odd exception for 'power' trails. I solved all these puzzles quite some ago and have found a few of the caches in the past. Today I was in the area with time to spare to find some more. I walked straight past the hint feature without seeing it at first. Had a bit of a look where my GPS was pointing and then broadened my search and noticed the hint object and then the cache. Coordinates seem to be about 15m out for me on this one. TFTC, Biggles.

12-Mar-14
Nice quick find on my last leg of the Blues Clue puzzle trail.

10-Mar-14
Nice quick find on a sunny morning after work. Very 'Dinky' Cache...cheers V.

17-Dec-13
Found originally as part of rebel98 team, now created own account, re-logging as rustynz

Loved making the finds, proved calculations where correct. Thanks again for the series.

11-Dec-13
I have had a lot of fun doing Blues clues! another hidden suprise, I had forgotten this was here.

28-Oct-13
TuisReturn were looking forward to this series of caches.

However quite a few caches are missing or in poor shape.
We replaced some and added a few new log sheets but still quite a hit and miss day of finds / DNF's for us

Good find here!

This is Day 2 of our trip to the Land of the Long White Cloud for the 2013 NZ MEGA event in Auckland. I joined Gunnie69 and Kaisho53 for a fun packed 5 days of geocaching adventures.

25-Oct-13
Kaisho53 located this one quickly after arrival with Ghostgums and Myself. Some consolation after a DNF at the last, we just need to keep the good luck coming on this series. A nice spot along here and perfect for a run of caches, thanks for bringing us down this way.

Cheers barkingmadnz.

25-Oct-13
Spent some time caching in this area while in Auckland for the weekend Mega Event. Took a stroll along the bike trail this afternoon. SL TFTC

25-Oct-13
Found during the Mega weekend. The weather turned out to be much better than expected, and we enjoyed exploring all the walkways, nooks and crannies. Many thanks to all the owners of the great caches we found.
TFTC barkingmadnz

We wondered if this was still here, seeing as it hasn't been found for nearly eight months, unusual for this popular series. However it was here and in good condition. Love the camo. Nice spot just a couple of steps away from such a busy road.

09-Feb-13
Counting down on the series, a lovely warm and sunny day to be exploring the walkways/cycleways of Henderson. A lovely area to visit, and quite surprised at the artwork along some of the paths and the decorative touches.

Many thanks for the series, most enjoyable.

26-Dec-12
Perfect day for caching, wet enough to keep all but the hardy indoors, but warm enough to be comfy. Coordinates out, but spotted thanks to the hint. Thanks for the hide

16-Nov-12
Now, where were we...Oh, that is right. Spotted the platform as we drove past earlier in the day, so didn't bother with the GPSr for this cache. Super quick find. On returning the cache it slipped it's mooring. Nothing for it, but to climb down and get it. Cheers for all the effort involved in maintaining a series like this!

12-Nov-12
This was my last of five Blue's Clues finds today. I reached GZ (according to my calculation) but couldn't spot a platform at all. I decided to walk a little further and surprise, surprise the platform came into sight. With the use of the hint, the cache was quickly located. My GPSr coords were about 17m off and I'll need to recheck my calculation or replace the batteries, but happy to log this as a find anyway.

07-Oct-12
Parked the campervan down the road at Parrs Park. Took the bikes and the doggies for a nice bike ride
Hmm was thinking who is planting a platform here...What is here to see??? I can tell you: Nothing haha. It took a moment of stop and think before retrieving this neat cache

12-Sep-12
Not so much a lookout but a platform that over looks a pipe. Great hide. TFTC

26-Aug-12
Was in Auckland for work and decided that I would come up to Auckland early and spend a couple of days in the area and pick up a few caches around the area. This was the eighteenth cache that I solved in this series in of the The Blue's Clues Puzzle Bike Trail, after managing to find a carpark not too far from the entrance to this lovely walkway it didn't take too long to make my way to the final GZ it also pays to check out all the locations on Google maps to ensure that you have the correct answers and also if you plan it well then it makes it so much easier to find parks along the way, was a bit of a pity that I didn't have room in the car otherwise this would have being the perfect opportunity to go for a bike ride around this area.

After finding GC3D9CV - The Blue's Clues Puzzle Bike Trail #17 (Auckland) it was time to move on to the next cache along this trail chasing Blue from cache to cache, working out where the next cache was it was another short walk to this cache, arriving near GZ it was a short and easy walk to this cache and as I got near GZ I decided to check around GZ to ensure it was muggle free and then after a short search I was able to find the cache quickly without any issues, another great little spot for a cache, thanks for placing it here and for bringing me to this very interesting area that I havent being to before, now it time to go after the next one on my list, TFTC TNLNSL (4662)

21-Aug-12
Joined forces with Tufty to go sign this cache off.

21-Aug-12
After spending a good percentage of yesterday in solving this series it was time to sign them off today. Another one that my GPS told me I was 14m away. Must have done the calcs wrong, maybe.

Cheers for the cache.

Nicely and conveniently hidden from sight to make finding it less conspicuous from the driving muggles!!

After talking with Cats&Dragons we decided to plan a trip up to Auckland and make a day of it. One the cards was this great Trail. Leaving Hamilton at 5.30 we made our way north. Cache was great fun collecting. Thanks for this Bike Trail.

14-Jul-12
Made an Auckland Expidition with Nova Lightining to collect the cycle trail and over at Kauri Point, 20th of 60 for the day, Left home at 5.50am, finally made it back home at 7pm, what a great day.
Thanks for the cycle trail, TFTC

04-Jul-12
Parked nearby number 19 to make the attempt at another leg of the trail early this morning, pre-8am.
Had the bag packed with all the necceccities, and some snacks too, and just pulled he bike out of the car, and put it together to grab these caches!

Most were nice and easy, thanks to the hints, and due to the fact that I was getting caught in and out of pissing down rain, I ended up being pretty much the only one on the trails...

And wow the water level has risen since a few days ago!!
Was good fun, and was soaked to a thread by the time I got home, but wow it was fun! Haha. But I definitely enjoyed that hot shower upon returning...

TFTC!! Smile
And for the trail!

27-Jun-12
Solved the puzzles last weekend while the weather was lousy and we were stuck inside - in Auckland for a few days so able to complete the paperwork tonight. TFTC and series.

Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.

We solved all of the puzzles on the night of publication then headed out on Friday after work to start on locating the caches, only having time to locate numbers 1 to 8. Resumed the series in the heavy fog early on Saturday morning, completing numbers 9 to 22 before heading out to the airport to pick up family delayed by the fog. TFTC and the series!

26-May-12
Decided that this was a good excuse to dust off the bikes in the garage and give them some use, so recruited evilno9 in the process and made a plan to solve all the puzzles before the weekend. Luckily the weather turned out nice so made for enjoyable ride.

Driven past here millions of times, but never seen this platform! Nice to discover it. TFTC

26-May-12
Decided to grab a bike and hit the trail with mel_ramsay and see how we got on today. Had solved all the puzzles during the week so assuming we were smart enough to figure out the clues we were looking forward to a nice little ride about our local area.

Cool little spot here and a nice hide for good measure. TFTC

Out and about with Team Welsh, Trout Fly and Josie (the geocaching dog). Great series, brilliant weather, lots of caches. tftc

25-May-12
Had arranged to meet Pagenz, Troutfly and Josie to knock these caches off. Great to have 3 GPS's to use and caches were soon in hand. Great walk between caches, trouble is we all get carried away catching up on news we had to remember to stop and look for the caches. Thanks for series and as this programme was a favourite for the kids of the team when they were smaller we could answer some of them without any research.

25-May-12
Josie and I got the call from Team Welsh and PageNZ to join them for a bit of a walk around the cycleways. We had all solved the puzzles and in some cases had different answers(?) but a bit logic at GZ had all the caches quickly in hand. Thanks for the series.

22-May-12
We were working from home when the new notification came through. We were not familiar with Blue's Clues prior to this series so there was a need to research each and every question. Luckily we had worked out all the answers so were able to join Yugeo4 on a night hunt so these would qualify for a selective on a challenge we are attempting. We ensured we had the necessary night equipment to last the distance and off we went.
Don't know how many times we have driven past this spot and never noticed this structure before. Tricky little hide to find in the dark. Almost time to head home with the temporature sitting around 5-6 deg. Brrrr. TFTC.

22-May-12
Saw these caches being published in the morning, so took a quick look and decided to give them a go. Quickly had the puzzles sorted, well all but a couple for which the maths didn't seem to work for me in a hurry (later realised one was my fault and the other was because of conflicting information on wikipedia). At first there were just 10, but while out looking for those, another 10, and then another 10 were published. Had a look at one or two on the phone, but figured it would be sensible to go home and go throught hem there, which I think turned out to be the quickest method. After that, headed back out to complete the series (as published - there have since been another couple added). Unfortunately later in the day when I got home, I could not log them as our internet connection was down.

Having found all the unfound caches in the series, now just on a mission to find the rest. Quick find here.

9283... Out and about collecting a few Clues left by Blue… Had arranged to meet up with rosmar for a bout of night caching, in order for us to complete some requirements for an elective of a certain challenge cache down South.

No time to go spiralling out of control now, coming to the end of our night run... bow wow! TFTC.
