Logs
Catching up with some late logs, therefore this unfortunately is going to be one of 'those logs'. I apologize in advance for the generic log, A combination of limited time and too many to log dictates that a generic log is best. I have enjoyed the hunt and being outdoors in this great country of ours, partaking in a pastime that I thoroughly enjoy. I usually head out by myself, but I thank those that have had the misfortune of my company in some of these ventures.
Thanks Jaydreams for placing this cache.

With four of us looking you would not expect this one to take long. It didn't, but a couple of us missed it at first. A nice bit of work.

Day seven of my across the Nullarbor, then to Perth via Denmark trip began with a convoy of Victorians, (Alansee, Mica Paramedic and Maccamob) all heading for Albany. The weather wasn't fantastic, but it wasnt raining either, so that was a plus.
Another in the halls series ticked off the list.
**Thanks to Jaydreams for the cache. TNLN**

Found by Mary & David, in convoy with micaparamedic, Alansee and ahomburg (sometimes logged as M.A.A.M. or A.M.M.A.), at 1450. So interested to learn of the Matthew Flinders connection. Our thanks to Jaydreams.
Quick easy find finally on way to stay at Albany overnight to head on our way with special friend BONES on board TFTC
Third time lucky with this cache. Both times the hall was being used so we were pleased to arrive to find it very quiet. Quick find and back on the road. TFTH!
Nice hide had to look twice been here a few times but no reception so had to come back after saving to offline list. TFTC

Excellent. With thanks for the cache from Angus the great GeoWestie and his Carer wo are grey (and white) nomads currently travelling in, and enjoying, WA.
Tricky one. TFTC. Tor and Betsy, the travelling Westies roaming WA at present. We are from Oxenford near the Gold Coast in Queensland and thoroughly enjoying the West.
4931 Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 0930. A very simple hide with lots of class, took us a little while to realise that that was it. SL Tnx Jaydreams
Heading South and stopped for a quick grab. Places like these would have been such a hive of activity. Loved the stonework on the barbecue. Thanks for hiding this ingenious cache. Simple yet gets a favourite from me.
Found at 11:57 AM GAFF1.
Ahh - there seems to be a bit of a theme going on with the type of hides in this series This time I was able to drive right up to GZ and the cache was found straight away with excellent co-ords
Yes - Manypeaks! I think Flinders just ran out of dignitaries names to give to landmarks
Thanks Jaydreams.

# 7909. Robmc and I had a 7.00am start from Bremer Bay heading to Albany today. We are going to attend the CITO event out near the whaling station. Grabbed a few caches on our way to town and after the event found a few more thanks to checking the iPhone on the way out, as we headed off to set up camp at Denmark.
The second of the Halls done this morning - like the name of Manypeaks and we had good views of it on our way here today. Liked the nice hide here. We stopped near the primary school to admire the silhouettes of metal on their fence. Very nice.
Thanks Jaydreams

Day twenty five of the WA road trip with BettyBoo3747.
Left Bremer Bay in the drizzle early this morning and travelled down to Albany for the CITO event. Grabbed a few Rural Towns on the way (and a home made pie!). Left the event early to set up our tent, but found a few new caches on the way.
With the drizzle, we could only just make out the mountain. Nice mosaics in the path leading to the school.
Very cute cache placement.
Thanks, Robmc.

At the moment I'm on a work and travel backpacking year through the world. Most of the time I'll spend in Australia and I'm trying to solve my 365 days of caching challenge during this trip. The chance of having a moving home zone should be taken, as it will make the challenge so much easier.
My current part of the journey is the second day of a roadtrip from Margaret River to Nimbin and I'll definitely try to collect a lot of boxes on my way.
Pretty easy find.
TFTC and greetings from Germany

Another beautiful day down in the Great Southern. Today we headed eastwards, again chasing down more WA Explorers. Another quick find here, thanks to spot on coordinates. Clever hide too. Thanks Jaydreams
Some days you're hot, and some days you're not!
Well today Mrs SKI was hot and walked up and got this one straight away. Another day it may have taken a long time.
A well disguised cache. We appreciate them!
Leaving Albany and heading for Esperance today taking the chance to pick up a few caches on the way. A very quiet morning so far.

Headed south for a relaxing road trip with the Western Patrol Club and a mate. We stayed at Cheynes Beach before heading across to West Cape Howe and then into the Stirling Ranges for our last few nights. Beautiful coast line, awesome hills, great fishing, and some good 4wding. Gotta love this state of ours.
Nice hide. We drove past this many times during our stay at Cheynes Beach. TFTC

After leaving Bettys Beach we turned east heading to Esperance, we didn't have to drive far before it was time to stop and admire another of the Dancin' halls.
It took a while to locate this one as the GPS was undecided but eventually Ian came up with the rather cleaver cache.
thanks for another great caching experience.

I found this one with my Mum & Dad (jasenjanine), while on our Christmas holidays ... TFTC Jaydreams
Day 7 of our holidays & we are moving onto Hopetoun after a fantastic week in Albany & of course we have to stop and find a few caches along the way Jase spotted this one before I could even get out of the car... TFTC Jaydreams Cache was in good condition & dry.
Found on our way out of the Albany area, no muggles around today. Didn't take us long to locate the sneaky cache hide. The flies here were insane! Had to do the fly dance before getting back in the car so they would not follow us. Good to see this hall is still put to use.
Thanks Jaydreams for the cache!

By travelling to the Fitzgerald river national park, we made a short stop at this hall. We found the cache exact at the coordinates it should be. TFTC and greetings from Switzerland. (P.S. Wale-watching at Points Ann is amazing).
When we read the logs and saw it was "tricky", we were on to it straight away. Very well done TFTC
Found on the way to Bremer bay. Took us a little while to find this one. Clever hide. TFTC
Another great entry in the Dancing Round the Halls series. This one had us stumped for a while, and our chances of making the find seemed to plummet when another vehicle pulled up into the parking lot after 5 minutes of unsuccessful searching. Muggles? Geocachers? Actually it turned out to be some friends of ours who lived 400km away, and with whom we had talked about geocaching before, but who had not had any firsthand experience. This chance meeting turned out to be an ideal opportunity to show them how much fun can be hand, and when one of our junior team members finally made the find, we all oohed and aahed at the cleverness of the hide. Very well done Jaydreams, and thanks for the entertainment!
