A nice quick find this evening while muggle partner was waiting on pizza. It always amazes me how late country shops stay open compared to Adelaide.

haven't managed to get a cache here in the mount yet on this trip and we are on our way home now so very happy to have one at least! Thanks for the hunt this evening Smile

#9 Found on a lil caching adventure while on my random unplanned weekend getaway to the Mount.
This isn't a horrible boring cache at all. I found the facilities before I found the nano and used them, handy as can be. Plus I need to go get some supplies- right there! Perfect location for a Geocache! Aha.
First cache of this exact kind I have found, found similar and SEEN these ones for sale but yeah. I was pretty happy with how quickly I spotted it. Just after avoiding stepping in a big dog poo! Watch near GZ near future finders!!!
Time- 4pm.
Took & left nothing.
Cheers & T.F.T.C =]
Hoppy caching!

while staying at Mt Gambier for a few days.
Another drive around for a few more of the Mountopoly series and others.
Not many muggles around and a reasonably quick find on most of them.
I added a piece of log sheet to this one as it was very full.

Cache found on the Joy of SECS tour with four-fun, Freddo, thewhitedoggang and Team Waldron. There were a stack of boxes to find so we pushed on. We even had a quick round of Mountopoly and a couple of Powertrails to add to the fun. The weather was cool and sometimes icy so wet boots were the order of the day.

Thanks to GoShaz and clear skies from TeamAstro.

Somewhere out the back of Wooly Wurters I rolled up on my pushbike to fill my geocaching shopping basket Smile
A nano you say!
Well that won't fill the basket [:o]

But like anything else you want in a supermarket there was the business of wandering around for a while wondering where the item you want is located.
Fortunately at GZ there were not that many aisles, but the search still took a few minutes Smile
Just like in the supermarket I walked straight past the item I sought the first time !!

Found at 10:57 AM GAFF1 in the company of Phetlern. The cache description gave the completely wrong idea of what we were to look for and looking at the hint it only confirms what is in the cache description - so it is not really a hint at all.
However as we approached GZ the hide immediately sprung out at us - that didn't happen a few years ago let me tell you Red Face
Thanks GoShaz

07-Jan-13
Well I forgot to log this one and can't believe I did as I nearly swore after finding it!!!! Being new to caching I hadn't seen a hide like this and it wasn't until walking and searching all around the GZ to have my caching buddy (who had found this previously) spend most of the time in hysterical laughter that the penny dropped. TFTC. we really did have fun!!!

Didn't know what to expect with this one but luckily I approached from the best possible direction and saw it before I got close. That was the easy part, had to put it in my pocket and quickly walk back to car as a fellow in a high viz vest was doing circuits of the area.
The return took a little while, first a very feeble old timer stopped near by for a breather. I thought I could sneak in from another direction to return it but Hi Viz came around the corner and I had to continue on the line I was on which meant a quick visit to the gents. Came out and except for a woman in a car nearby the area was as clear as it was going to get, don't think I was spotted unless the woman happened to look in the side rear view mirror as I replaced cache.
