Spent a long time looking for this one. About a half hour after declaring it wasn't going to beat us we got back in the car and drove off to find another. Returned later and still no luck. We'll look again after the next logged find. Thanks.
Found, while caching around Katherine.
While search around, geo-wife spotted something out of place.
As the log was full, we added a new one.

After quite a look about we finally found it. Definitely the thing that's out of place here. Log full.
Great Cache. Took a little hunting, but then something just didnt look right. Presto, cache was in hand.

Our last day in Katherine so just a couple to do & a couple of others to have another go at.
We have enjoyed our stay here & have enjoyed caching in your town & country side.
We have to give this a favourite point, we looked in the obvious place then wandered off but kept coming back to the same spot. A little keener hunt found this clever hide.

This was our 2nd cache find in the caching run & we found it at 10:32

It took me a while to find it. I am glad that I didn't give up. Thank you for hiding the cache.
On a Trip to the top end for the V8 Race weekend 14 days of driving and racing
we were lucky to spot this quickly and off again

After 5 days in Darwin for the V8's and a little sightseeing it was time to head south back to the cold. Of course we grabbed caches on the way. Spent today in the Katherine area before staying the night at the Mataranka Thermal Pool.

This cache was not quite what I was expecting at such a prominent GZ
After almost getting me head stuck inside the structure at GZ I decided that the cache was not there !! [:o]
As I stood there dazed and confused something in the scenery caught me eye again.
I had briefly noticed it on arrival, but for some reason, I didn't investigate closer.
Now I knew that it was actually the cache
It HAD to be because it looks wrong somehow !!
I gently poked at what I had found and gently lifted it.
Yep!! That's a very sneaky cache hide [^]

Searched for ages and we were about to give up before checking with fellow cacher via mobile for a bit of an idea then we found it straight away, we couldn't believe we missed it yet we have seen that type of hide before! A fav from us. Thanks Newscat
This one took us longer than it should have - sneaky little hide! Deserves a fav point from us Thanks Newscat 4TC 
We had a quick look in the rain for this (getting soaked in the long wet grass as well) but found zip. Took a breather and looked for another cache, then returned and zap, Mrs TiedyeSmileys quickly spotted the little sucker.

LOL Newscat you are an awesome hider - I moved it but the camouflage kept it hidden even longer - best present to Find on Christmas Day
