We had an overnight stop at Nelson so headed out to find as many of the BLE as possible. This gave us a small tiki our of the town.
Thanks for placing this cache jgc3

Second find on this loop, in a place we might never have seen without your cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Encountered the local wildlife again on my way to this one, this time a gorgeous blue tongue that did not wish to move from its sunny spot on the ground. Quietly walked around it and continued on to the cache. Another quick find, TFTC.
# 6860. The first full day caching in the area with Robmc and The Morris and we head towards Nelson intending to boat up the Glenelg River to Princess Margaret Rose caves and return.
The likely hiding place was spotted as we walked towards GZ. It turned out our hunch ws correct and the log was soon signed and we were on our way.
Thanks jgc3

Found on our long weekend in th ePortland area. Today we took the boat down to travel up the Glenelg river and we managed to get a couple of caches along the way.
We found this on our circuit of Livingstone Island. Unplanned, no water and no hats. A very nice walk

Off on a short three hour cruise with The Morris and BettyBoo3747. Drove down to Nelson and went for a short walk around Livingston Island, then a cruise up the Glenelg River into SA, then back to Vic, did a quick earth cache, then back to SA, then back to Vic - boy, do we get around or what? [:-}
We found the rock, could have been some paperback, but no scissors could be found! We did find a cache though, so that was good.
We continued on our walk.
Thanks, Robmc.

Geoson is getting a bit grumpy so we are going to turn around and head back to the car, will definitely come back and finish the walk sometime soon
We were smiling at this GZ, having just watched an echidna out on a forage, a little way back down the path! Happiness at the cache too, with everything all good at this location. TN, LN, SL. T4TC. Happy Easter!
Visiting Mogni so it was a quick drive around for 9 early morning caches before breakfast. Now it was time to drop a car off at Casterton, so of course just had to stop and get 4 more caches on the way. After lunch at Casterton it was time to do some Vic caches. Another dozen caches found us in the Nelson Pub for dinner. Time to walk off that snitty.
Isn't it funny how in BC times (before caching) there was just nature. Trees, rocks, shrubs. Then in AD times (after discovering 100 hides) a rock becomes a big neon sign pulsing out "look here for a cache". I did. I found a cache. Thanks jgc3

Was a shame frog 2 was not wearing his paper, rock, scissors t-shirt. TFTC
On the great vic bike ride. Got into camp early then set off to find some of the caches and explore the area with our bikes. Found some beautiful locations, and also some deep sand that we couldn't ride through, but had lots of fun. The walk in this area is truly lovely. TFTC
Cache found on the Joy of SECS tour with four-fun, Freddo, thewhitedoggang and Team Waldron. There were a stack of boxes to find so we pushed on. We even had a quick round of Mountopoly and a couple of Powertrails to add to the fun. The weather was cool and sometimes icy so wet boots were the order of the day.
Thanks to jgc3 and clear skies from TeamAstro.

A 3 day caching expedition with Freddo, Astro, WhiteDogGang an Four Fun.
Apologies for the generic log but we did a few trails and some of the Mountopoly series. We also did most of the BLE series.
The mozzies were full on at times and it rained most of the first day.

The pedometer says we have done quite a few thousand steps today, and still counting. Thanks for the walk and the cache.
Beautiful morning for a walk... sun not blazing down on us. Found straight away - no fuss. On to the next one, thanks for the cache.
Out with Aussie M & M grabbing some more of the caches put out for the BLE. I was lucky enought to attend but sadly did not have enough time or energy to get many of the caches that weekend.
A big day out, with much success.
Thanks

Made a nice straight forward find... Enjoyed the walk & chatting to other cachers who had the same idea...
Took: Nothing Left: Nothing Signed Log

Monday at BLE and after packing up, Dennisc52 and I left the campsite and parked his car. Well, mine was already dusty and dirty and his was still clean
Dennisc52 and I managed to achieve locus cache 25 times before we parted company and took separate routes back to Adelaide.
However I hung around Nelson for a bit longer and so, by the time that I stopped at Millicent for the night, I had gathered up another 19 locus cache smileys (with 1 DNF ), making this a 45 cache day [^]
Anyway Dennisc52 and I had a nice time here wandering around and finding caches while enjoying the lovely views and wildlife

Hmm, which fork to take? Obviously chose the wrong one as the next number after #1 was #7! No matter I still found the hide. Cache #1,476.
Continuing on this walk in the hot sun while the family were at the beach. Signed quickly and went on. Thanks.
Once again what a better way to spend a Sunday. Being out in the nature enjoying the scenery. TFTC
Well this is cache number 701 for me. Thanks for the great walk through a lovely area.
Well our big adventure is up and running with lolfrog, pedal pushers jeffeddy on wards we go
Meeting other cachers and other cars on the road now. Really enjoying the different cache hides and the interesting locations we are visiting as I travel with J+J.au caching the area. SL..TFTC
Found on our BIG Little Event trip. As we were heading to GZ, we saw J+J.au signing the log. So we then did the same, and joined them on the adventure. Nice area. TNLN. TFTC!

Quick find for us on Day 2 of the BLE! Thanks jgc3! You must have been very busy setting all these caches up before the event!
Found at 4:24 PM GAFF1 in the company of ruralslicker. We went rock! This walk is very enjoyable indeed.
Thanks jgc3,
Thanks jgc3,
Found on our trip to the Little Big Event with Firesafe nice views on a short walk
Walking on your own has drawback, not enough noise made to waken sleeping wallabies. When they suddenly wake and make a mad dash through the bush it is enough to give you a heart attack. TFTC
Who'll take the high road and who'll take the low road,
and who'll be a cache finder before me ?
I just know that there's those,
who cross country chose,
To get to this cache by the hard way
I could see the trails leading into the shrubberies from the low road [:o]
That must have been a scratchy journey to GZ
Nobody seems to be owning up to doing this one the hard way though !!
Maybe it was just kangaroo trails through the scrub ?
Yeah!!

Back in Nelson, while waiting for some fellow cachers to return from the Mount, decided to duck out before dinner and go for this walk. A great spot, with plenty of wildlife to see, and views back to Nelson to enjoy.

#3486 We weren't sure how we were originally going to access this cache but thankfully the track meandered back to where we needed to be. A gorgeous area for a stroll however we must have been heavy footed as there were not much fauna to be found today so we had to be content with the flora instead. Our thanks to jgc3 for the cache in a great area. TNLN
Found while attending the Big Little Event. After collecting the caches on the island, we got back to the car and realised we' d forgotten this one. Not wanting to leave this one undone , Geodad and GeoMum went back to find it TFTC jgc3

It's very simple. Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and—as it always has—rock crushes scissors ;-p
