Heading home after the event in Alice and grabbed this along the way while staying in this nice area. An ea sy enough find with many kangaroos about.

Found with Liz and Bruce on a good day for caching. My pen tried to get away here, but fortunately Liz was able to stop it in its tracks.

We ventured to Nelson this morning with Alansee to do some of the caches which we knew we would enjoy in this scenic location and we were not disappointed. We encountered emus and kangaroos on the forest tracks but luckily not too close up We found a variety of hides and thanks to jgc3 for placement of this cache and adding to our enjoyment of the area.

Geo-hubby called it "the easiest find ever had" a quick park and grab cache.
Gee it is so peaceful out here! What a perfect way to spend our 13th Wedding Anniversary

This was a fun cache to find, right near a campsite. With a few kangaroos to see if you go at the right time. And a beautiful nature scene.

Cache found on the Joy of SECS tour with four-fun, Freddo, thewhitedoggang and Team Waldron. There were a stack of boxes to find so we pushed on. We even had a quick round of Mountopoly and a couple of Powertrails to add to the fun. The weather was cool and sometimes icy so wet boots were the order of the day.

Apologies for the generic log but we did a few trails and some of the Mountopoly series. We also did most of the BLE series.

The mozzies were full on at times and it rained most of the first day.

This cache was found on the Joy of SECS Tour 2013. Thanks for the cache. Our group had a lot of fun this weekend. We were in a rush today and there was more caches to find. Woot.

This cache was found using a Garmin Montana 650t. Waypoints and paperless geocaching downloaded via GSAK 8.

Found when on 'The Joy of SECS' tour/assault along with Freddo, Astro, Team Waldron & White Dog Gang. Much fun was had, very wet boots were experienced and many caches were found including this one!

I had the dirt bike out for a ride and dropped into Nelson for lunch and a refuel before heading back towards home. As today was one of the 142 calendar days I didn't have a find for naturally I had to stop for just one cache. I did a couple of laps of the scrub before I managed to get less than 10 metres on the GPS but eventually had 3 or 4 metres and the cache was quickly found and logged before heading off to catch the rest of the group at the servo.

I loved the sign at the nearby Cemetery: 'Nelson Cemetery, This is a cemetery'. You don't say! Quick find at the back of the caravan park, amazing how many people stay in Nelson over easter. Thanks for the cache.

After a very large dinner at the pub nobody wanted to get out of the car. Mr M drew the short straw. Luckily the cache was quickly located. TFTC jqc3.

Found in the days following my attendance at the BIG Little Event at Nelson Vic. Sorry for brevity. Logged from my Garmin GPS phone. TFTC. SL.TNLN.

Monday at BLE and after packing up, Dennisc52 and I left the campsite and parked his car. Well, mine was already dusty and dirty and his was still clean

Dennisc52 and I managed to achieve locus cache 25 times before we parted company and took separate routes back to Adelaide.

However I hung around Nelson for a bit longer and so, by the time that I stopped at Millicent for the night, I had gathered up another 19 locus cache smileys (with 1 DNF ), making this a 45 cache day [^]

I love dirt roads..... have I said that yet[?] I love caching and when the two are combined.. I love having fun even when I am just up the road

This one was only 297 metres from my tent, so as I drove out of the Kywong CP today I made this my first destination and ended up at the rear of the CP on a gravel road, which then led straight to BLE Central! Surprised a roo on the sandy track in, which was a nice start. Cache #1,459.

Found this neat cache during BIG little EVENT. Our thanks go out to all involved in the event and to all who have placed caches for the event.
Our apologize for the late logs, and the boilplate plate logs.
Due to events happening in our lives just after the event, the logging had to be put on hold until now.
We had a fantastic time, met some new caches and even bumped into a few old ones from afar.
