Geo miss 7 was eager to grab this one till mr huntsman climbed on to her hand. I've never seen a cache or spider fly that far before.
We were all up so early this morning & Geodad decided that we should go caching & down some tracks Geomum can't go down so we all jumped in the 4x4 & off we went. This was the forth on our list this morning, we had to get back into town for the Christmas Parade so we couldn't be out this way too long. But a great morning was had. 4x4 was perfect for this area. Geodad was enjoying it & Geokiddies enjoying the bumpity bumpity tracks. This was a cool idea for a cache. TFTC
Love this one!
Geohusband and I saw it at the same time but let the geokids hunt a little longer before giving them a clue.
Would be harder at night time

I only all caches hidden in the pines could be a quick as this one. Found signed and replaced in the blink of an eye.

Took a little bit to find but once found it was quite obvious. What a clever idea

Not eager to do this one at night just yet. With Geopartner still resting broken ribs from a caching accident at Easter we thought it would be better to do this one in the day light and come back at night once he has healed!
Great idea and can't wait to do this one again.

Pine tree plantations are on my list of most disliked areas to search, our GPS hates them, soon as we step into them the GPS pretty much starts spinning circles, as was the case here, but it was just the right kinda day to be walking around looking for something, we were not sure what we would find but once I spotted something unusual I felt a "see the light" moment. Great Cache, really really liked this one, a Favorite from us. Was going to leave a scented candle but thought otherwise and just signed the log. TFTC jgc3
I didn't do this at night but it was a very peaceful location by day and a unique container for the cache. TFTC
Spent today heading along the coast, doing some 4X4 driving and grabbing caches as we went.
Quick grab on the way - how high will this go as the tree grows. TFTC.

We think there should be a solar light in here! It would have helped guide the three of us with only 1 torch between us! Probably would have prevented a lot of (intentional) branch whips in the face! We love the funny looking baby pine tree sprouts that are only 1 tall stick sticking up! Hilarious! tftc
#3572 We continued on our journey around this lovely area which was all but deserted at this time of the evening - glorious!! Were we are from there are many pine plantations and we need to be wary of Aussie wildlife and deer - so we had our eyes peeled, we saw a couple of wallaby's but that was about it. We didn't realise after the fact that this was a night cache - we were here at 9.35pm to we struck it at the right time of day . With torches deployed we headed toward GZ and wondered what surprise would greet us here......well we were mighty impressed with the camo. Nicely done jgc3, no swaps but we're adding another favourite point [^]
Found easily in the daytime - not sure we would want to be up here at night. TFTC.
M found this one in the dark. Lucky we had the light to show us the way. TFTC.
Ummm.! we found it in the daylight.. BUT..! we were on a mission to get to 800...! loved the container... will have to come back and do it one night to get the real effect..? ....TFTC
A quick detour from the hwy for a quick find, loved the fact there are marks on the trees for anyone silly enough to do this one at night (read: us ;-p) Nice hide.
