Due to the floods at the end of 2022 into 2023, this cache for the 2nd time was washed away. I will be replacing the cache in May 2023 once the road has been repai
Interesting story with this one. We go on the trails on our bikes and we find it. Yay! Had to hide from some muggles on the other side of the water. Then it starts to rain when a second ago it was sunny the weather out here is actually bipolar. Anyways we make a beeline to the cemetery and hide under a tree with our bikes and try to find the toilets while the rain stops. It didn’t. So we go out in the pouring rain again and speed down the road to our holiday house thingy and here we are logging this cache. The end
Found it! Bring spare clothes and shoes if you have an adventurous preschooler
An interesting detour down the muddy tracks to this one, a quick find once at GZ
A trip to Victoria with Freddo for 3 days to complete the paddle steamer and find a few caches in Mildura and along the way to and from, all the caches were signed respective of the day FG23, FG24, FG25 or our own caching names.

The cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

A nice quick find today while out for a drive along the river and we swung past the gz and managed a quick find. Thanks russncar for the cache.
A plan was made for a group of us, (mogni, sir_spectre, allister w, BratKat and myself) to head over to Mildura for the long weekend as the borders are now open and we wouldn't have to quarantine on the way back. [^]
Two of us spent a long time solving all the puzzles in the Turtle and Paddle Steamer series along with the other puzzles around Mildura, but they were put away waiting for the time when we could get over to find the caches.
We had a very busy weekend and managed to find all of the Turtle and Paddle Steamer caches along with some of the high favourited caches, an Adventure Lab, one night cache, quite a few gadget caches and a couple of water caches...and then we ran out of time.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great time finding lots of different caches and we will have to make a return trip to find those that we didn't get around to.
All caches stamped "Mystery Randoms" [^]
After completing the Turtle Series and the PS Series today was a day to get some of the cool caches that we had heard about including a couple of water caches.
Stopped off here after finding a couple of water caches. This was a quick find.
Thanks for the cache russncar.

after coming over from SA and doing the turtle series on day 1 of the long weekend, the paddle steamer on day 2, it's now day 3. It's time to target the quality caches around mildura and the nearby D5/T5 underwater field puzzle. quick find here. Noted clue.
A group of South Australians jumped to border in to Victoria for the long weekend. The group was Allister W, JJ52, Mogni, Sir_spectre, and BratKat. All logs stamped as " Mystery Random's ". We left Adelaide and headed over to Mildura. The target for the puzzlers was to clear the highway caches then complete the " Turtle series " and the " Paddle Steamer series " since they had solved all the puzzles before coming over. My target was the D5/T5 underwater field puzzle and also hoping to get up to 13000 finds this trip ( that was achieved ). Once those goals where filled we mainly targeted caches with high favourite points and started on the many multi's that are in Mildura. I highly enjoyed the field puzzles and themed caches from the locals and sorry to say that we only did 1 of the night caches. On the 2nd night after doing 356 caches during the day it bucketed down that night and we had a beer/wine or two instead. We will be back, maybe not this year, but it will be the sooner, not later.

A long weekend with a big plan. A group attack on the powertrails near Mildura. Two of us solved all the puzzles and then covid hit so they got put into the get around to it one day basket... Covid back under control so a plan was hatched to go interstate for the first time in over a year and be allowed to return without having to isolate for 2 weeks. Joined up with sir_spectre, JJ52, Allister W and Bratkat. We cached as the mystery randoms which suited us while well. Both powertrails were found and we managed to grab a few others while travelling around. I am usually a regular visitor Mildura but it had been a couple of years between trips. I am sure we will all be back to complete the many great caches we researched but din't have time to find. Thanks for a great weekend.
Thanks to russncar from mogni

Nice quick find. Lovely little spot. Never been down this part in the 20 years I've lived here exploring. Tftc
Nice day for a bush walk, easy find for miss 7 to find. Forgot a pen so couldn’t sign the log this time.
Bring on 2020! GeoCaching - Great way to start 2020! Despite the dry summer vista I love the river, weathered stumps and trees. Mission today is to pick up an assortment of caches except I’m doing it in a most inefficient way as I’ve only the phone so it has meant not much pre planning with a bit of zig zagging on the bike before it gets really hot again. Either way, learning some puzzle solving skills and exploring Mildura is a plus. Here with a buddy who was brought up here so visiting the locations is accompanied by stories and memories. PLENTY of distractions too from the novel I brought with me TFTC
Ok, thanks to the downpour earlier Kings Billabong is out of bounds for our 2wd.
We parked and walked a slippy slidey trail to GZ.
House boat doods settling in for the night looked at home among the gum trees.

Travelling around Australia, camped on the mighty Murray today we headed out to see where Geocaching would take us. We rushed around trying to beat the rain but it did catch up with us before the day was over. "Fun" drive back to the caravan.

Found at 12:40 PM GAFF1 in the company of Doheng.
While we were trying to find an access to the island we came across this cache that gave us a good view of the oddly green water of the river.
Thanks russncar
Feedback: Why did Lochkenz post that photo 30 times

Gorgeous spot. And an awesome find had us stumped for a min (pun intended) TFTC
Day 2 of the trek to Barcaldine Qld for the Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster, spending a day caching around Mildura with honeysucker (well when he knocked off from work). TFTC.
Great place, we spotted it after a few minutes but it was a good little hunt for the kids
Drive into Mexico and even north of the "wall" (Murray) today,
with Purrfect Di, Sebastbat, Jack, and junior muggle Alex trailing along!
Nice to get a few different caches at a distance from home beyond the daily cache find
Another nice place to drive in to the riverbank.
Thank you russncar for putting out and maintaining the cache

JSando and I headed to Mildura with TheirMum tagging along for the long weekend to host a Geocaching Victoria event to promote The Parkville Event in November. Whilst at the event, we met up with Jaktembo and decided to cache together for the rest of the weekend with this being our first. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in and around Mildura, visiting many different locations that we'd never see otherwise. Thank you so much for bringing us here. TFTC
Parked neer by soon had cache in hand.
Found with carkisser and JAKTEMBO on our awesome weekend in mildura.

Wound our way into this one for a quick find with clare007!! Thanks russncar for the hide!!
An interesting spot, it took us a while to find the right location.
We heard the jet ski come through so quickly that it sounded a lot closer.
Thanks for the hide russncar
