we were about to reach the GZ, that the friendly security from nearby count down approached us asking, are we all right. we replied all o.k, and was about to rush that he asked are we playing the 'treasure hunt' game. we said yes, and asked how did he came to know about this. he replied, he have seen many people coming here and doing the same. ha.. ha.. this one was a cool camo... tftc.
Found it with Team FIN [janahola, kapeka, laalaa & temyllyl]
We had fun with caching few weeks here in New Zealand. Lots of geocaches and many sort of them too. We saw awesome places, weather was pretty good all the time and people were friendly and polite. Caches were pretty similar like in our home country. Of course there were some exeptions. Nice and really scenary country!
Greetings from Finland

Thanks for the cache.
First day in New Zealand, and caching our way to motel. Logged using our group nickname FIN with janahola, laalaa and kapeka.
On a geoholiday road tripping to Christchurch MEGA and around beautiful New Zealand. Our four people group (temyllyl, laalaa, kapeka and myself) from Finland used group tag FIN to log the caches.
Welcome to MEGA Finland in 5-7 august 2016!
After the event we headed to Countdown to get some breakfast to next morning and before heading to motel we found this one. Security guard came to ask what we are doing but it looks like he already knew becouse he knew what geocaching is. Nice hide. TFTC!
Welcome to MEGA Finland in 5-7 august 2016!
My first cache in NZ was just a few metres from this one, and also well camouflaged. A good hide here, and relatively easy to get without too much attention. TFTC
Nice quick find as we knew what to look for. Nice day for a walk and interesting to see the development around Hobsonville. TFTC.

That was brilliant!! Picked it up, put it down, figured it out and looked again. Definitely a favourite
Found by kiwiscots friend who didn't realise she had cache in hand! 'Wow that's clever" was the utterance. Then it was off to climb more trees and play in the park, TFTC
This one has been on my hit list for a while now. Quick find but only because I have now learnt to never discount anything with a Glyn cache. A fav point from me
Great camo. Same as a previous log, looked at it, missed it, and after a bit of thought went back for a second look and BINGO!
Earns a favourite.

Loved the camo! I'm so impressed with the effort some of you guys make. Fabulous
Out enjoying a bike ride on a nice quiet morning. Not many muggles in sight on Christmas.
Despite the rain we decided to press on with our calendar improvements today. Took a moment to locate, aha, cool camo. SL. TFTC.
Out to find a few caches today in the West.
A quick find, notwithstanding another cunning Glynn hide!

Daughter number one joined us for caching today and found this one for us by making the suggestion but not really knowing quite why. And it was.
I'm not sure what the Needs Maintenance log is all about. Everything is present and correct and in good order. Cheers and TFTC
I loved this cache Glyn! It sooo matches in. Well done mate, a fav from me!
Came to watch my nephew play football. The game wasn't that much to watch, but at least there was a cache. Nice camo - fooled me the first time. Thanks.
Found originally as part of Rebel98 team, now created own account, re-logging as rustynz
We are in the area having an explore of Hobsonville and collecting some caches. This one we found fairly quickly, probably more luck, but the title said it all. Thanks again for the cache.

Out with the caching crew, sticking to dry surfaces if we can. Thermos and packed lunch loaded in the car, and the weather is perfect! Made our way to GZ not sure what to expect, but was relieved when our guess was the cache. Log retrieved and signed. We are exploring Hobsonville today, and looking for caches. Thanks for the hide and bringing us here.

As we journeyed to this cache we mulled over the meaning of the 'H' word.
What had the 'Master' in store for us this time!
Could the meaning be:
-- Hideous
-- Horrendous
-- Historical
-- Hysterical
-- Hazardous
-- Hair-raising
-- Humungous
or just hidden.
Despite our forebodings the cache was soon in hand
Thank you 'master' for another fine effort

I don't know about a lump in the park but I had a lump in my throat when I saw the GZ.
Cheers for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.
Parked up near GZ for a quick find. Missed it on the first pass but got it on the second. The lumb has the correct texture (cache is fine). Cheers for the cache placement!
This was to be our last cache for the afternoon before leaving for the dinner Event at Long Bay while here for the NZ MEGA. Having found a few glyn(the only one) geocaches in the last couple of days we were able to spot the likely spot fairly quickly on this one. Again, a very well constructed cache. Thanks Glyn. [^][^]
Another good cache found with TuisReturn while attending the MEGA.
A quality hide.
SL Thanks for the cache placement.

Out with drt just before going to the event tonight and thought we would try to grab a cache. Wow what a great cache. Loved it TFTC
Cache #1 for today,
Over in New Zealand for the AUCKLAND MEGA from Australia for 6 days during which I hope to met a few new faces and get to 500.
Was in the area with Mr Roo hanging out before heading off to the Fish & Chips Event. This was the only find we where able to make in the area and the cache was a nice clever little cache.
TFTC
This one gets a fav. point from me... Very Clever.

Another great camo job by glyn thank you for the effort you put into your caches.
Up here today with Nova Lightning to see if we can clean up a few caches to try to meet our own challenge that we set ourselves to achieve by the time the MEGA rolls around.
A quick stop and soon had located, often remember running along here between Hobbie and Whenuapai and we were off once again for the next cache

Had planned a 'big day' with Cats&Dragons and we were trying to collect 50+ caches today.
It was an early start to the day (5.00am) or for steve just a normal start to the day. We headed up to Auckland and started clearing out the area.
This was a nice easy find before heading off to the next one.

well this lump was easier to pick up now with the wisdom of a few hundred under the belt all though i had turn away from the wall while signing so that a couple of inquisitive road worker types didn't think i was having a piss... but then they where far enough away to not figure out exactly what it was i was doing with my hands but they stopped paying attention at that stage any way.. clearly its now what they thought...
Another hole needed to be filled today. Had to wait due to a few muggles sitting in cars enjoying the weather (??).....Spotted GZ quickly but had to bide time!! Great camo and it wasn't until logging find, we realised that it was a "G-2" masterpiece.. TFTC
Wow this was soooooo cool ! Thanks for replacing it Glyn ! Can't have been easy to make a new one !
Love the lump! Nice quick find, but so nicely done it has to be a favourite. TFTC
Venturing out to the West side today. Stopped in to get this cache. Spotted a likely suspect but discarded that idea (don't know quite why), then pottered around only to come up empty. AV2 then says, here it is... oh yeah, so that's where it was! TFTC Gets a favourite.
Number 1 son was on the ball today. Presto, 30 seconds out of the car and he has it.
Took the long way home via the West this evening in an attempt to find this cache. It was dark so the park was deserted. It initially took a little longer to find and we almost overlooked the well camoed cache. TFTC.
Some children and an adult playing on the nearby playground, so cache very well placed as I was unnoticed by them.
The first thing I looked at turned out to be the goods so great cammo!

Scratched my head for a while, then I realized it was a "Glyn" cache and I was on to the camo pretty quickly. Thanks.
The likely candidate was right where I parked, but it took a second look to actually find it. Well done Glyn it's up to your usual high standard.
Was realy feeling tired today, hard to get up any energy (even for caching) so glad of a nice easy cache, that I could do and then make it back across the bridge, and home, before the traffic built up. TFTC
Out and about for some night time caching with Pagenz and as I was telling her that this might be a bit tricky as it was one of Glyn's she called out "Found it". Pretty good going for a very dark night and excellent camo. TFTC
Out and about with TeamWelsh in the dark...when we came bump against a lump. Great camo. t4tc
Headed out for a few quick finds before a netball game with evilno9 and since this was just round the corner from home, figured it was a good place to start. Didn't take long to spot something suspicious at GZ and although initially passing it by, it just didn't quite look rite, and after a closer look, found what we were looking for. Nice camo! TFTC
Had some time to kill before indoor netball so gathered up lemski and went off in search of a few caches. Knew to expect something worthy of a Glyn cache without quite knowing what to expect and even though I initially disregarded the cache to look for something else, lemski persevered and made the find. Nicely done as usual, TFTC
My first instincts were correct here, but it wasnt until the second, more detailed pass that I got it. Well done Glyn! Thanks.
I remember finding another cache in this park a while back quite close to GZ. This one was spotted soon after parking the GeoRav. Awesome camo and a most unusual hide. TFTC.
Found orginally as part of phasevisitor team, now created own account, re-logging as yorkshirekiwi83.
We made a brief detour while heading home this evening and spotted the likely candidate as soon as we parked the car - sure enough it contained the cache! Great camo job, thanks for the cache!

Thought this might be a mission but had cache in hand qwikly-another great hide-tftc
One of us had just got home from Waitakere Hospital after having a small lump removed when we got notification of this cache. Loaded the GPS and headed out the door. Saw FMZ approaching GZ as we parked and jumped out - just in time for a share of the FTF. A nice hide Glyn, and this lump is a lot bigger than Mark's one .
This new cache was published just as I was about to leave work anyway, so perfect opportunity to get my cache find for the day (glad this isn't going to go on for much longer) on the way home from work. I thought my phone was playing tricks on me that there was no cache description but I still found the cache in the very first place I looked when I arrived at GZ. Pulled the log out just as kiwicouple arrived, just in time for a joint FTF. FTF #1351 TFTC!!!
