I found this cache on a trip from Adelaide to the top end with Freddo for a few weeks. We needed some help with this one, but once at GZ the cache was a quickly retrieved and was in good condition. Thanks Lumpyjrb for the cache.
After a paf Freddo did the climbing thing and the cache was soon in hand.Freddo and e.gregory1 were heading up the middle of Australia following Stuart's well trodden route. We were travelling in air conditoned comfort and style. No stale food. No camels to carry water. We were leaving the cold winter for the northern season.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is the twentieth and ninth day of Julius Caesar's Month in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a cool cloudy and raining. No wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Travelling with richlink on a trip from Perth to Darwin and returning through the centre to SA and home again.
Thanks Lumpyjrb, we had just the right tool for the job here.

Travelling with iluvtrekking exploring northern coast of WA and the NT. Spending a few days in Katherine which is our first visit. Sneaky hide and a big stretch. Thanks for the hide.
Great mutlicache. This was our fist one. Had us stumped as I kept typing in the coordinates wrong but we eventually found both
On our trip north from Katherine to Darwin a few weeks ago, we made our way to WP1.
It took us far too long to find the well hidden piece of information that was needed in order for us to get to GZ.
We did the numbercrunching, and promised ourselves we would head back here on our return trip from Darwin, as time was short.
Back in Katherine again. Yesterday we took ourselves to what we thought was GZ, only to find as we pulled up in the car, that the area did not look quite right.
In fact we had one of the numbers wrong.
We redid the numbers, which gave us a far better option and today, in the middle of the day when the place was dead quiet, we made a very quick find.
Thanks Lumpyjrb. A lovely well themed multi.

Found at 12:02:00 PM(t) GAFF1 at a distance of 12 metres.
We struggled at WP1 and were literally about to leave declaring it gone, but then had a proper look [:o)] and found the nicely set up Sistema container!
Worked out the final co-ords in the car - it was really hot and we needed the air conditioner to cool our brains down - and then headed over to GZ which all made sense as we approached. GZ actually was in an odd "nowhere" spot, but we kept going to where we thought it should be and then after a bit of tour of the structure, p-pprass headed up a sort of ladder and found it in the first spot that he looked in [^] It's got to happen sooner or later.
Nice tribute to the bus drivers indeed.
Thanks Lumpyjrb.

After a great trip around half the country, up the west coast to Darwin via Kunnunura, Katherine, a amazing two weeks in Darwin, out to Jabiru and Litchfield. Down the middle to Alice Springs then on to Millicent for the Geoventure2020 (in 2021).
We then hit the road to cross the WA border before it closed due to a few cases in SA.
Now we are home with a few of the major repairs finished, it is nice to have an opportunity to catch up on logging some finds that need more information as part of the logging requirements.
So glad we found this one, sometimes when I crunch these numbers, and they are soooo far out, i really doubt myself, so very pleased to see I was spot on this time
A huge thank you to all the COs along our travels.

Nice one! First we thought it was in the power pole but then we saw it hidden somewhere else.
My husband and i are on a 8000km road trip from Brisbane to Uluru and we diverted to come up here to Katherine. This cache looked like fun. love multis and once at the first WP it was not long before i spotted the instructions. We took them home to figure out GZ while having lunch. After lunch we went for a swim at the hot springs and then feeling refreshed in 41 degree heat we headed to find this cache. We just used our geo senses to find this cache and we soon spotted this cache. Thank you for all the fun
Great to be able to find this geocache.
Finally a chance to catch up with putting a smiley here, not often do I get a chance on the computer

Day 2 in Katherine and after doing some shopping, aussie post and a visit to the covid vaccination hub, it was time for some caching.
This was the last for the day, picked up the info on the way to another cache, and stopped after refuelling the car and did the calculations, Not so right the first time, but after a little rework, off we went,. Arrived at GZ, VERY HOPEFULL... now to find the cache. Our GZ was approx 5mtr from the actual GZ, and after checking the terrain, was wasily spotted.

Got lost in bush after finding just a shell and using our answered co. We must done something wrong
Found WP1 easy enough and after stuffing up my maths and re reading the questions correctly, I made my way to GZ.
As it was school holidays I had the place to myself but food not come up with the cache.
Either my coord# are wrong or I’m just cache blind.
Thanks Lumpyjmb TFTC.

After my dnf I received some helpful advice from the CO and back I went. Is my face red now. WP1 is exactly where it should be - I just didnt look right, which is sad cos I looked hard. Anyway once equipped with the correct info GZ was a piece of cake - especially since it is school holidays. Thank you for a nice well themed multi Lumpyjmb - happy to award a fav point.
Could not find anything at WP1 so unable to progress to WP2. Have messaged CO separately as I can do maintenance if required.
Yippeee- took geodriver to see it - I had too much confidence in my points and was about to check maths. TFTC Love container
Still travelling NT after the Red Centre Experience but now moving towards Birdsville in QLD for the Big Red Bash.
Staying a few days in Katherine to attempt 'lots' of the local caches we hope.
Picking up a few urban caches today before we leave. Returning home for lunch Mr Felix headed out for 2 that were on the uhhh maybe not list today.
After collecting the waypoint info a few days ago, today we were in the area so attempted this one. Mr Felix jumped out as the terrain suggested Mrs Felix with dodgy knees after surgery had no hope! Well he looked and looked but no luck was on his side, eventually Mrs Felix jumped out and helped search. Tada what about this dude[?] Sadly the cache was found on the ground. Replaced in a more likely hidey hole.
Will send email to CO about where we 'hid' the cache.

Multis are not our forte, as our stats will show. So much so that even after two caching trips through NT we have yet to find one - or even attempt to. An imbalance that is not good for the soul, nor for claiming those "find x types in each state" type challenges. So on our way south this "easy one" was specially selected to fill the niche. Part one was sorted quite quickly, part two quite slowly! In fact, although it was only just after lunch, panic over the delays in finding was starting to seep in. Could it have been "muggletted" perhaps? Finally (FINALLY!) the "got it" call came & we could depart happy little cacheamites. Phew!
Finally found this one after much searching, scratching of heads and help from cache owner. Another great cache. TFTC
Found after some help from the CO. We should have just checked were we thought rather than using the GPS. TFTC.
Checked both stages of this multi and all buses are parked and ready to take geocachers on a journey around town. Happy trails.
Alas, we were unable to find this one today. I went to the first WP and did the maths. Turned up to the second location. Ummm, this can't be right. Went back to the first location. Did the maths a different way. Yes this looks like a very plausible location but where is the cache? I assume we are in the correct vicinity but the co-ords are a little off?
Today we explored Katherine and surrounds using geocaching as a guide. This was our second go at this one as we had more time to complete this multi. All good at GZ and cache in good condition.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Sistema tub cache and two clear locations for caches whereabouts at GZ, we thought we had this one in the bag, but it wasn't to be.
Hope we were having an off day and it hasn't been muggled!

Decrypted the co-ordinates but didn't get around to do part 2. As Arnie says "I'll be back!"
Part 1 of this cache was completed a couple of months ago and part 2 was finally completed today. Cache still looking good. TFTC Lumpy.
Finally we found this one. With a little help from CO and muggle hubby, today was the day. Love the container-don't know how we missed sighting this before. Thanks Lumpyjrb.

A trip out to Katherine Gorge on a mission to find my 10,000th cache !
Hardly any muggles around and some good quick finds.
I had to re-do the calcs and found an obvious place eventually.
Then my GZ was still 10+m from where I found it safely hiding.
Thanks for the cache Lumpyjrb,

Checked our town caches today and finished just before the heavens opened and poured with rain. All is well with this cache. Happy hunting.
Ok found first part, worked out puzzle for second part, went to second place! Need better GPS for this one I think!
Sorry, new at this, thought I had to do "found" on both sections! Be out hunting again tomorrow with new spot!!
Sorry aussiesarny but we had to delete your "found" entry as although you found stage one you didn't find the cache. Goodluck with solving the puzzle and finding the cache. It is still there.
Finally!!!! Just happened to catch Lumpy at the scene and am thankful I'm not going crazy! The cache needed replacing because it wasn't there when we last tried to find it! Or the two or three times we looked before that! Cache found - tick! TFTC Lumpy! OFH.
Sigh. Now we can actually sleep again at night and don't have to find unfindable caches
And I'm sure everyone in the area is happy to get rid of swearing people that kept coming back every night (for a bit more swearing).
We could almost claim a FTF now - as the log is brand new, surely that counts for something
Thanks Lumpy for replacing the cache - right in time for us to find
It was great to finally get to meet you - I'm sure we'll get to see you again around the traps sometime soon ... probably somewhere near a train

Alright, first the coordinates were wrong (when we tried to go for a FTF).
Then we showed off with our lack of maths skills and required Lumpy's help to calculate the coords right (seriously, WTF is wrong with us?!)
And then - we simply turned into geo-nufties!
To quote OFH: "This cache sucks arse, it's official!"
Argh! Nighttime and bare feet didn't help, but geez, can someone please hold our hands here (and put the cache in it)?!?
Doh!

Another fail today. There is something not right here and we keep ending up in the scrub! Are we interpreting the puzzle incorrectly? There is a desperate cry for help coming via email to you Lumpy.
Checked the first waypoint just to make sure it was still there and all is well.

We have tried twice now to find this multi cache but can't find the first clue. Will try again another day!!
A great morning caching out and about with 2lost souls corunnaroad and DiMorgan .... Worth a fav point Thanks lu,pyjrb 4TC:)
After the breakfast Meet & great Darwinites we headed out to do a few caches together, this was one we found together. A great start & was pleased to find the clever cache container at the end.

We failed to find this one yesterday...we met the owners for a cuppa this morning and a little nudge from them then later today we went back and found it, a cute little cache! A fav from us. Thanks Lumpyjrb.
A nice quick drive around town for this. These days the bus drivers are more likely to be hailed upon with old fruit.
Talk about LOTS of ants at GZ, we pity any poor mini muggles who want to stand around there.
Nice little fun hide.

Have had to disable this cache as my attention has been drawn to a mistake in the way point note which then leads you to the wrong GZ! Sorry folks, should be fixed tomorrow afternoon.
