SL. It was a challenge to find the right parking lot but I was able to find this location and get the necessary information fairly quickly. TFTC. God Bless and Good Hunting!
Had a little time before getting a plane back to LA and ultimately home to Oz. Spent a very cold and sometime wet morning grabbing a few including a lot of virtuals.
An interesting history. TFTC.

Explored with KidWrangler. We were on our way to the Texas Challenge and needed not only those counties along the way but as many virtual caches as we could get. This would be our first cache after our car broke down and was left in Round Rock. Seems a rent-a-car would be our mode of transportation for the next few days. We parked across the street and were playing a game as to who this might be. We crossed the street and made GZ. Found the required info and thought I was having a much better day then this guy. So in a way this cache picked me up. TFTGC

(#3,882) Found on my way from Denton to the Texas Challenge in Port Aransas with my husband UggNugg... We were targeting mostly counties and Virtuals as we made our way south... Then our car broke down and we were delayed by waiting on a tow truck to take us to a shop and to rent a car to continue our journey... But the trip continued and we arrived here to find this interesting momument... I emailed our answer and then did as suggested and read up a little more on the history of "The Man" and found it to be a very interesting story. Thanks for sharing this with us... TFTC
never would have found this on my own! I love using geocaching to explore a new area. And Austin is a new area for us. Lots of history and lots of fun caches. Thanks for adding to our fun while we escape the winter cold up north!!
We were out caching after a few hours of good deed work. This story makes quite an impression.
