Gate was padlocked but easy to climb over- cache just on the other side (unsure if we are meant to go over it now or not).

An easy find Thankyou. I did have to find all of the contents of the tin again after the black spider ran over my finger. Don’t think he liked us disturbing his home….
On an Adventure North. We have hitched the caravan are are intending to find some sunshine and warm weather.
Travelling along Hwy 94 and Hwy 1, our destination is Broome, via Karijini NP, then the trip home is along the coast sampling the towns we have yet to visit.
Of course along the way we will be getting a cache of two ......... and lots more.
Quick visit and find

Found on our way from Broome to Perth. This was the first one TFTC and for showing us the place!
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Port Hedland to Broome.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'Chan 5456' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with '12 Mile' and the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .

From 23.09 until 24.11.2019 Stadibast and I spent our holidays in Australia.
During the first four weeks we drove with a camper van from Darwin to Perth along the West coast and its amazing national parks, in which we made several hiking tours.
After that we flew to the wonderful green Tasmania for a roundtrip lasting two weeks.
For the last three weeks we went back to the continent and followed the South-East-Coast from Melbourne to Sydney.
We had impressive nine weeks in Australia, in which we hiked through various national parks, visited interesting sights and met many friendly and helpful people.
Thanks to all owners for setting and maintaining their caches.

It truly is amazing what is right underneath your nose. I've driven past this site a couple of times and had no idea a whole community lived here!
Thankfully a cache was placed here so we have a great reason to stop.
Cache was found easily and placed back for the next modern day explorers!

We are lucky to be travelling all of 2018. Left Geelong in January and headed up the middle to Darwin then to WA. We have love everything in WA so far, the Kimberley’s were amazing, now to to discover what the Pilbara has. We don’t what muggles see but we are taken to great finds thanks to geocaching. Into port hedland to restock supplies and cache
Interesting area and a quick cache find. Found a 20c piece from 1981. Lots of beautiful galahs feeding here. TFTC
The Big Western Australia trip in 2018. Day 20. After Broome I continued South via Port Hedland to a riverside roadside stop at Yule River. Lots of Driving today.
On the east coast it seems mining is going on everywhere, over here the reality of things coming and going must be heartbreaking to those dependent on the activities. No problems with this cache.
Thanks.

Great little hide and a bit disappointing there's no trace of the place that did have some cultural and historical significance.
