###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED**###
----------
Even though the 'Needs Archive' log of 08/Oct/2022 is not appropriate for this situation, and '____beanonymous' has been advised of the appropriate Guidelines and protocols, from recent logs it would appear that some action by the CO is required in regard to this cache.
As the cache would appear to be in need of CO attention, I am Disabling the cache.
**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (more's the pity), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, or you have been in hospital, or the area is in flood, they can't tell what is going on with the cache.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for you cooperation,
Bunjil

On our way home from a wet wet wet weekned camping at Italian Flat. Great hide, love it. TfTC
Too late in the day for muggles - judging by the buzz over yonder I’d say it’s beer o’clock and mail has been collected. Taking a Circuitous route to Melbs via Dargo and an Event near Mt Erica so why not stop off here too since I have the TOTT needed. Also on a mission to bring that “CENTROID” further east so this ticks the box! TFTC and the fun
Last time I was here I couldn’t get near this one. Same again yesterday. But this morning there was a window so I nabbed it.
Trip to Dargo for a bit of a end of year debrief over a few beers & bundys at the Dargo Hotel. Decided with this little series in town that I should arrive early and try & finally crack the tonne. I don't cache much any more due to time constraints and it's eluded me during COVID even after a serious dip at it mid 2020.

YAY - I found Dargo 3862 today . I was catching up with friends at the Dargo Pub today and discovered that there were a few caches in town. So - they just had to be found. Loved the fun of this cache in the centre of town. It had me stumped for a minute or two until I got my geobrain into gear. MMMM - there it is - an easy find in the end BUT only after I'd had a bit of a search first . Thanks Brusue for setting up Dargo 3862.
PS: The Troll Dolls (TN6TR0) were with me on my caching adventures in Dargo today.

Came back with the right tools to find the cache. Milkshake and muffins are always a hit too!
Coolest cache ever! I firstly couldn’t find it, but after searching a few minutes the clues led up to the place. First time in Dargo and now I will have to come back. Thank you for the cache.
Awesome cache! A wet morning saw us take our time exploring Dargo. So great to be out again after such a dreary year stuck at home
Fortunately we are able to go for a drive even with the current restrictions and wanted to get out of the house but it has been raining quite a bit so decided not venture too far off the beaten track. Hadn't been Dargo way for some time and there was a few caches that we hadn't done so the destination was decided.
I am glad that because of the restrictions that there wasn't many muggles about as I could imagine that it would be hard to discover in normal times.
Mind you we were the only ones in town wearing a mask so we stood out like the preverble dogs balls or perhaps I should say roo balls as per the signs on the way to Dargo.
Anyway a great cache so a fav from us

Good little find. Found it with a group, will put a trinket in it when we have one
In Vic High Country on Holidays... after settling into our accommodation had a quick check and noted a cache only 43m away... it was right next door!!! After scouting it out went and retrieved the required tool (I even had the right kind!!!) And log was made..... left a trackable! TFTC
Found the location but didn’t have any appropriate tools so the shop owner helped out!
Always love these hides - bought a tool from the store then fumbled a bit but found tftc
Out for a drive a drive to Dargo with Greenlion09's mum and muggle Dave.
Found this one a couple of years ago, so just called in to check the mail! Cache still in good condition.

Well that was fun and a little bit different. I asked for it from the easy side but they made us do the other side. Nice. Favourite point from me for this one. TFTC
Day 3 of our annual caching blitz holiday and the last in this area. Today we decided to head up to dargo to avoid the heat as it turned out I don't think we were successful on that count. After a very filling lunch we waddled our way to this cache. Although it was very busy, there was surprisingly noone in the vicinity of GZ. Just needed to get over anxiety of potentially breaking the law. Reread cache description several times and decided it was clear what we needed to do. Once committed it was surprisingly easy and very happy to come away with smiley. This one is a definite favourite as we have never come across another cache like it. Well done. Tftc
Nice and sneaky. TFTC. First visit to Dargo. Staying out at Italian Flat. Great Camp area
Our Anniversary today, so lunch at the pub was in order. TNLN A fav from us.

I found this one a while ago (11/2) but oh well! Found with Chl003 and it's very clever! TFTC

Just catching up on some late logging following (apologises) a trip to the Victorian High Country with the Rats and a group of muggles. Thanks for adding to the fun filled week we had as part of our school holidays. Spent the night in town. Dad did the hard work here
Thanks
Thanks
Outside of caching the Rats love to go 4WDriving. With this in mind we combined our 2 favourite passions to spend a week exploring the Victorian High Country with some close friends. In a convoy of 7 vehicles we left the black-top at Tom Groggin (NSW) and we didn't see civilisation again for another 7 days when we finally popped out of the bush at Mansfield.
Our adventure saw us traversing the Billy Goats Bluff, The Blue Rag and soaring to the dizzy heights of Mt Stirling, Mt Pinnibar and The Pinnacles with the highlights being the amazing scenery and challenging tracks.
While we didn't stop at every cache, we chose to find this one as it held some significance for us. Stayed in town for a night so had a good walk around town exploring the local treasures. This was my favourite one and some much fun that I brought the kids back the next day.
Meeting the CO's was a pleasant surprise as we chatted about all things caching.
Thanks

Found it had use use quick maths but met two of the nicest people. Awesome Cache
This one was difficult. Open a box and saw someone so quickly closed it agin! Needed a bit of help with this one!
In town to meet up with firends before travelling back up to Horseyard Flat with them. As previous finders they suggested we take a look at this one after lunch and were instrumental inhelping us make the find (albeit with the fog of time clouding their recollection of which one)

Now that’s a first. A great place for a cach in a beautiful town. Now off for a frothy at the pub. SL
Found with Beaker on a week-long 4wd trip through the high country. Highlights included walking to the summit of Mt Kosciuszko, sunset from the top of Mt Pinnibar, seeing an Eastern Water Dragon in the Crooked River and having the living daylights scared out of us by a deer at Wonnangatta! Along the way we rescued a bushwalker from a 7km limp with a sprained ankle, climbed mountains, crossed rivers, saw many huts and beautiful scenery, did some excellent 4wd tracks and some great caches. Thanks
Found with FerociousFlea while on our 8 day 4WD sojourn through the the High Country. We were collecting caches that we liked the look of as we went along.

As Beck was at the mega this weekend, I (MontsII) was our caching on my own. I am very impressed with this cache. It took me some time to work out, but what a beauty! A favourite point for sure! TFTC Brusue
Riding through town and stopped at the hotel for the night.... and found a cache and dropped a TB. TFTC.
Found on a beautiful sunny day in Dargo.
A very novel idea for a cache.
I've only ever found one of these types of cache hides before.
Took the TB to further it's travels.
A Favourite Point given.

The last time I was in Dargo was about 1993 when they where filming scenes for the Deliverance movie. I don't think they could find anywhere that was more backward until Trump came along. First place to stop was the pub for a parma. Some hermit sitting at the door, said hey I remember you from 1993. We have had 7 out of towners through here since then.
Ordered my parma and was eyeing off the waitress. I realised she had 6 fingers on each hand, but there was another guy there, who was eyeing her off. They looked very similar. Since the pub has only been in 4 families since 1883, I am guessing that was her brother. They say its a close knit community. I weren't going to try and compete. By introducing some new genes into the community, might ensure its survival and seriously nobody would want that. Plus for a dreadlocked hippy, this is one scary place.
I was expecting to come out and be greeted by a mob with flaming pitch forks. Instead there was 2 old guys duelling with their banjos. Across the road was a medical emergency as someone had swallowed their bit of straw. Apparently dirty dave has been chewing from the same bale for 13 years now.
I decided to find a cache and when I brought my phone out. Suddenly all these people waddled up like they had shovels stuck in their bottoms and where running their fingers through my dreads mumbling "my precious" or maybe they where just grunting. Then someone saw a shilling on the ground and they where after that with more of a mad rush then when you throw fried chicken into a chicken coupe.
In all the commotion I almost got hit by a horse and cart.
Eventually made it across the road and as I had read the hint, I knew what I had to do, after getting distracted by the sound of a shot muscut being loaded but I was getting more accepting of the rustling of curtains being closed every direction I looked. Gee this place is scary.
Did you realise most of the boxes added up to 17. But soon made the find and loved the idea and will give it a favourite. TFTC tnln

Pulled in at the Dargo pub for tea but was a bit early so checked to see what caches were nearby. This one sounded interesting so we headed across the road to the business that had only just closed and after some debating about our mathematics founds the solution and used the tool Mr Beetle had grabbed out of the van to access this one.
An original hide that you could probably only get away with in a fascinating place like this.
Quite a detour out of the way for us but picked up some caches on the way out. Our son had visited here a few years ago and had told us about this place so we are glad we squeezed it in to our last few days on the big island.
Thanks, and a favourite point from us.

Found this one today on a caching day in the east with scarletlake14. What a spectacular day it was, and this cache was super cool! We read the description and other logs, I had some keys from work that I tried but they were all too big. We deliberated and decided that we needed to go and ask someone for the right tool so spoke to the very friendly cache owner who was only too happy to help. It also gave scarletlake an opportunity to grab a coffee so he was set. I absolutely loved this cache, thanks for the sneaky hide! Dropped one travel bug in and took another, also left a favourite point
Heading off on a weeks holiday in the High Country and an overnight stop in Dargo planned. We stopped and collected some caches along the road as we head through the area.

We were heading up into them thar hills for our annual Christmas camping trip, and as it was quite warm we decided to duck into town for an ice cream to cool down the troops.
Well, it was like sunday at the tip in Dargo today, everyone was there...
So we parked waaaayyy back up the street and hiked back to the shop, and it being muggle central there, we had to slip into ninja mode and act like we were locals going to collect the mail.
We took every "special equipment" we had with us and out of all that we managed to open the "cache" and retrieve the log book and sign our lives away.
And then when we went inside for some ice creamy goodness, it was then that we noticed that you can see the cache as plain as day and all that retrieve it.....ha.
Thanks Brusue for the cool cache.

Interesting! I couldnt get to it as on our way up camping there were heaps of people gathered at the store. On our way back only a few so went to get it.
That was fun! Realised that we could have looked from the rear when we went in to purchase lunch. Took marble, left bat. TFTC
great cache, up here for a 4x4 trip over Easter and first cache find for the weekend. dropped geo coin off. spent some time looking and then read hint and knew we needed an instrument to help open the cache, thankfully people in store were helpful and had said item, cache signed and on our way.
With no description on hand we got spotted by the owner staring into the bushes! After some suggestive head movements and the offering of a metal key the cache was ours! Always something good to be found and the Dargo store! TFTC
Great cache, swapped out a few things. Took the magnet to let Dargo travel further into the high country
What a great Cache, our last one for the day after 10hrs of driving & caching we were ready for a steak at The Dargo Pub, you were closed so Derpyliznerd couldnt come in to say thanks after we all remembered how to do math & worked out the cache he did a few swaps with items found throughout his swapping in the high country caches. Loved the magnet & he has plans to move it throughout the high country. TFTC
Added up to 17, but it felt so wrong. shall we try it? ok why not! damn! nothing there????? Asked inside, and indeed we were in the right spot, but the cache wasn't. Quick sign of the log and we were on our way. Cheers. MODU.

My first morning in Dargo the others in our group hadn't risen after a big night so I went for a walk to enjoy the little sun we would get for the weekend and scope out this cache. Reading the description I had my suspicions o the type of hide this would be and arriving here I found i was correct. however I needed to return a little later with eighthknox and the correct tool. I logged this as a didn't find but it was hard to look for this one being 3pm on a Sunday afternoon on long weekend. This one is very intriguing..... I will be back but maybe very early in the morning!
After a big day out on the tracks we stopped here for supplies whilst I grabbed this cache. Loved this hide, a brilliant idea that gets a fave from me!

I have one just like this at the Alexandra Post office. It was sub zero temperatures by the time we dived out of the car to find this one and we were all very keen for a quick find. A quick find it was but extracting the cache took a couple of minutes as the right item was back in the car. Thanks for a fun cache and I look forward to coming back to do all the other ones. This is a great area I have never been to.
