Found this virtual on a walk along the strip tonight. Wonderful place but the rest of the world must be out of neon.

GoodLook and I were in the USA from Australia with our primary purpose to attend the GPS Adventure Maze and GeoWoodstock XVII in Fort Worth Texas, but then our plans expanded....

Whilst in the US I attended the ASP Geobash Mega in NY State; visited family friends near Detroit; went on a long road trip where we checked out Death Valley in California, and unique sights in Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas to name just a few of the states.

The scenery, towns and adventures were both interesting and varied. It was great catching up with US and Canadian friends (new and old), and making plans for future trips.

We certainly targeted virtuals, earth caches, Adventure Labs, events and several trails. Your virtual being one on our 'must do list'.

I've been in Vegas for a conference, and there was a dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. We left early as it wasn't great, and decided to head up to the fountains. As you do. We only ended up watching one segment, but it _was_ impressive. TFTVC

Having spent all day with the wife at the shopping outlets tonight we walked the Strip to capture the sights and a few virtual caches too. We saw the O Show here last night and returned for the older cousin at the lake today! Cheers from Sydney, Australia.

We are visiting from Bendigo in Victoria Australia. We have arrived in San Francisco prior to leaving on a tour and while its not all about caching we are hoping to pick up a few along the way.

We spent a lot of time in this area for one reason or another. Loved it

We were over in the United States for 16 days on a surprise trip, to visit LA, San Fran and Vegas. We spending the last few nights in Las Vegas, and had to of course, see the Bellagio Fountain Spectacular



We took the obligatory photo, and stayed a little longer to watch the show. And WOW, what a spectacle it was

Found this on my US/Canada trip where I visited & found caches in 14 states in the USA and 1 Province in Canada.

Passed by many times over the week I was in Las Vegas but finally stopped off and grabbed the required pictures.

When we were on a visit here in the year 2000, we did not yet know Groundspeak (Geocaching). We really enjoyed Las Vegas. It is a great city with many attractions.

Great spot and waited a while for something to happen, but decided to keep moving.

Clan Gunnie and I loved this spot and have seen the spectacle at night and during the day. Today I nipped by to secure this cache.

I will email my response in the next couple of days hopefully, assuming my hotel room in San Fran allows outbound emails. Current hotel does not which I don't understand... [?]

Found with the 2-Hams. Or should that have been the 3-Hams? My name is Roger Hammond and 2-Hams is also Roger Hammond and although we've known each other since 1997 this trip is the first time we've actually met each other. so of course we went geocaching.

On holiday from Australia, storms and flooding through the day made it difficult to take a walk on the strip. So after seeing a show decided to take a stroll and collect a few whilst we were out in the evening.TFTC

What a beautiful show!

What an awesome virtual cache. We were planning on seeing this anyway, but it was fun to find the spot while we waited for the show to start. It was, of course, incredible. Thank you! Answer emailed.

Found while visiting from Australia and driving Route 66 from Chicago. We had a room that had a bit of a view of this feature. Went down during light rain to get a photo - one of our many visits to this spot during our short stay. (I will send through the photo once I am home as I have to get it from my camera). TFTC

This is my last day in Vegas and my last cache in USA for a while anyway and this my last official cache in Vegas before I fly out had jsut caught the end of the show as I was heading back to hotel to collect my bags before flying out to Canada for my next stage of my holiday.

Couple of days in Vegas then back to LA before flying home to Australia.

+IMLA. On our USA-tour we have come to Las Vegas from Utah. On our very nice tuesday caching tour on the Strip we found this one and a couple of others. TFTC from two Swedes. Cache found and required email sent

Nice fountain show! Also saw cirque du soleil "O" at the Belagio this night. Great show. TFTC!

Took a special trip on my last night to get this cache and sit and watch the fountain show. Saw the midnight show featuring the Star Spangled Banner and the Viva Las Vegas show before that.

Loved this so much that i came back on three different times over 2 days in Vaegas. I have great pictures and video as well. Inside is also another experience to boot.


PS - turns out this is cache 2300 I could not think of a better cache for a 23 x 100 milestone.

I had a bit of bad luck with this place, the daytime 12 noon show was blown out and we were running a bit late when we passed by in the evening. What I saw was fantastic. I suppose I should have traded sleep to see more stuff, but that is life. Thanks.
