Think the earthworks in this area have disturbed the cache. Only the packaging appears to remain but the chain and log have disappeared. Have sent pictures to TiedyeSmileys to confirm
Afraid it looks like this cache has been uprooted. The lid and chain, which I imagine completes this 'endless' cache appears to have vanished
Well, it looks like the answer to when will it ever end is unfortunately now.
It was a good run while it lasted

Nice little find here.
Cache is all “chained up” and in good condition. All gazillion miles of it.

Darwin Day 3, Part 1:
The plan for the morning was to head up to East Point for the cluster of caches there. I have heard good things about the place, so it was worth checking out before the day got too hot. So, cycled up here after breakfast for a thoroughly enjoyable round of caching before getting back to the hotel for lunch.
The following is the specific log for this cache:
Took a little while to figure out where this one was hidden. Had stupidly zoomed in on the wrong location without consulting the hint. Once I read it, I found the right spot fairly quickly and the cache was pulled out from its hide. Good fun, and funny little cache TFTC!

This cache was found today and brings our overall cache find tally to 9768. We found this as part of our 2018 Round Australia trip.
Different cache design. I hadn't read the cache name but felt the pain...
Thanks TiedyeSmileys for the cache.

What a brilliant hide! Well done!
We were not at all sure what we were going to find, but what eventuated was certainly a good match with the name.

Groet team Geo Burgt.
*Now it's really close to the end of our visit to Darwin, despite 7 caches today. Some were clogged very well and Gejaaa03, who started this holiday with caches, gets an eye on the different clogging methods.*
*This cache was created with great care, and we are happy about it. Such caches make the search so fun so here we know a favo.*
*Quickly put the name on the log roll and put it back as found.*
*Thank you for placing and maintaining this cache.*

Detour around Australia - family of 6 travelling in a camper trailer for 6 months!!
Due to the lack of reception in the outback regions of Australia, we got seriously behind in logging caches. But a new year's resolution is good enough for me to get the trip of lifetime logged! Thankfully I did diligently write in my diary to record each days events!!
We decide to ignore the heat, and get some use out of the bicycles we had brought along. It was a wonderful and intersting day around the point. Thankyou for another fun cache today!

On a clockwise half lap of the East side of Australia. Travelling in Darwin decided to grab a few caches despite the afternoon heat. Thanks to all the CO'S for their valuable work and maintaining the cache's.

As we made our way through the outback finding caches and having a great time
we found a range of caches some day with Team Cracker, Felix II and firesafe on the way home.
Thanks to TiedyeSmileys for placing the cache for us to find.

Now visiting Darwin after the Red Centre Experience.
A day of exploring East Point by Mr Felix. Most of the caches he tackled by GeoBike but some in the GeoCruiser.
Enjoyed visiting the WWII sites again that we had previously visited as muggles.
Loved it. 2nd time seen a cache like this certainly brings a smile to the dial.

Darwin Day 5
After attending the Parap markets, we continued in the area to find a couple of caches.
Followed the road around the beautiful coastal area.
A good variety of caches found in various locations.
A great cache hide, certainly took some time before we got to the end.
Glad there is stil a few TiedyeSmileys Caches around Darwin. Favouriote point added.

#7140 - 11:25; Day 22 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune, albida33 and fitzy_1965, so signing logs as A.L.F.S. This is our last day in Darwin before we pack up camp and head for home again, after attending the Red Centre Experience event in Alice Springs. Today we planned to do some more caching in and around Darwin on a warm (read hot) sunny day combined with a bit of sightseeing. A pretty reasonable day to wrap up this part of the trip with 43 finds, but another 7 DNFs which seem to play a bigger part in the game here in the tropics, or perhaps the heat plays up with our cache blindness a bit more? All caches we located were in good order, including this well constructed cache. TFTC TiedyeSmilies
Alice trip 2017. Day 20. Today Sol de Lune, Luckyl10n, Fitzy_1965 and I spent our last day caching around Darwin near East point and the CBD taking advantage of a quiet Sunday. All in all it was a very successful day.
Thanks.

13600. Next find of Day 12 of the Red Centre Experience Roadtrip. In Darwin.
I flew into Alice Springs to meet up with my caching mates Sol de Lune, Albida33 and LuckyL10n (signing mostly as ALFS) to attend the Red Centre Experience and then venture up north to Darwin and then east into Qld before heading south for home - a three week caching trek.
Next stop for the day. I really like thee types of caches - lots of effort ! Quick find at GZ. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and it was off to the next cache.

Day 3 of our (fitzy_1965, LuckyL10n, albida33 and myself) stay in Darwin. A good day out and about with fewer DNF's than yesterday.
The ones we found were a mixture of micro's and small and a lot were in interesting places. The trip out to the old pub on the Cox Peninsula was a bit of fun, but just a pity to see the old pub has gone!!!
Thanks for all the caches owners and the fun in grabbing them.

Your title is exactly what I am thinking about the rain today.....shocking weather. Thanks for the hide.
This one turned out to be tricky. We did not get the hint right away. Fishi2 and I were searching on separate places to find the Cache faster. However, by the time I figured out the hint, Fishi2 found the hiding place and retrieved the cache.

I really enjoyed this one thank you and yes was wondering at the time when will it ever end you named it well
Didn't quite know what to expect when pulling over for this one, but was pleased to discover than in true Tiedyes fashion, this was something out of the ordinary...ironically, this was the 'end' of Mr O's caching adventures in Darwin this time. Great hide, TFTC Tiedyes.
Visiting the warmth of Darwin once again we made a find and sign on this great cache.
I remember finding one similar near Whyalla in SA.

Very clever and now I understand the name of the cache a little better! Reminds me of the song, "take a long line" T4TC
Loved this cache. Really well done!! Enjoyed reading about the salt works on the board across the road. Fav point added.
Hi there TiedyeSmileys.
We found your cache **"When will it ever end?"** at 11:22:00 AM today. This cache makes our find count 14238.
Today's cache run was a quick dash to log a few before it got too hot. (We think this may be a regular occurrence for a while). We thoroughly enjoyed our tour today, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places.
We awarded this cache a favourite point for the novelty value.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around two metres from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
**Dropped Trackable:** "Piercing Coin #2".
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

In Darwin for the V8's and grabbing caches while we are here when I can. TFTC.

Clever and fun - thank you! We came to East Point to watch the model aircraft fly - what a great day out that was. Geohubby said can we pick up a cache while we are here? Too hot says I. Just have a look he says. In the end he sat in the airconditioned car while I made the find - when will it ever end??
Quite the desolate spot! Found on a Sunday arvo walk at east point. Innovative cache, thanks
Back in town for work so dropped off a QLD TB in this secure hide for the local cachers or travelers to grab.
Found on the way to the office on my last day in Darwin. Certainly a novel idea and I didn't think that it would ever end. This cache has plenty of favourite points and it just got another one from me! Many thanks TiedyeSmileys
Very nice hide, was nearly muggled by some Natives as they came out of the bush nearby, but did get log done at carpark and replaced sneakily A favourite for this one
Today we explored Darwin and surrounds using geocaching as a guide. Well what a great chained cache, thought I was pulling the anchor up on my boat!!! Love the theme left TBs. Also took and left pathtags. Adding to our favourites.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Went for a quick solo mission during a picnic at the lake, could have almost used some help with the hauling. TFTC.
Found on another lovely day here in Darwin. It really is the most wonderful place for a summer holiday
Landlockedsailors and I had made a little route to find some of the caches that LLS hadn't found yet. We stuck with that - and then a few extra for me as we came by anyway [;]
This was almost (with good will) on the route LLS stayed in the car, while I quickly ran out to find the cache. What a fun surprise that was waiting for me there . I'll have to give a point for the idea [^]
Thanks a lot for the cache

HAhahaha!
Needed some where to drop a travel bug en route to the airport.
This cache cracked up everyone who witnessed it.
Took nothing, left a travel bug and a few paths tags.
Tiedye never disappoint.

Found with tassie expat. Wow, you're yanking my chain aren't you? Thanks for this one haha.
Having been out this way for a couple of other caches we headed over. We parked close and soon spotted the camo and then the meaning of the cache kicked in. Very appropriate. We completed the signing duties and dropped in a travel bug after completing the signing duties. TFTC
My last find of the day at 11.37AM. Also my last find in Darwin for the foreseeable future. This one was a bit out of the way; but something told me I should attempt it. I'm glad I did. Initially, I could see where it could be and kept walking round in circles just hoping no lizard jumped out at me. Then, while I was looking for a telephone (?), I nearly tripped over the cache. Boy! did I have to do some work to get the log out. After this, my tanks ran empty and I decided to stop geocaching and head to the airport and relax in a nice air conditioned environment before my flight. TFTC.

We headed out after work to grab a cache to fill a zero on our stats page and to keep our streak alive.
When we chose this cache we wondered where it's name came from, once we found it though all became clear!
Another great cache from you guys so another favourite point from us.
Number 97 in our current streak.

Out night caching with feather checker and we collected this great cache. A wonderful, fun cache. Kids loved the endlessness!! Took 2 TBs to move along. TFTC.
I don't know why it has taken me so long to collect this one. I think I had a fear of getting my feet muddy. But there was no need to fear as it was almost a drive by. Another clever TDS cache. Left a TB. TFTC
Up in Darwin for work. Spent a few hours on Sunday afternoon caching. Really enjoyed this cache. I didn't think it was ever going to end. Dropped TB, a favourite for me. Thanks TiedyeSmileys
In darwin for a month so trying to grab as many as possible. Now I understand the name, cache in good condition. TFTC TiedyeSmileys

Arriving near GZ I could see where lots of people had been walking and camping. Looking at my partial clue I moved on and soon saw an interesting spot to check. This one certainly made me laugh as the name once again made sense. The log was soon retrieved and after signing all was returned as found.
Another good themed cache with a twist and a laugh, well done.

Went down to East Point for dinner, some sea breeze and sunset.
And for dessert ..... a TiedyeSmileys geocache!
Although, watch out for the ginger ants!! Not an ideal nightcap!

You can't give up the opportunity for a TDS FTF I ventured out after dinner tonight as I noticed this one hadn't been snapped up yet. I drove along and the street lights started getting less and less. I began to wonder if I should continue but the allure of a FTF was too much!
Parked the car and started looking about how to venture in. There were alot of puddles and weird animal noises so I started getting hesitant again...but that FTF.....
Finally ventured in, and almost discounted the cache....but went hey it's TDS so I better check it out. HO\owever there was one of the biggest hermit crabs guarding the opening! Once he moved on, made for what I thought a quick find...but took a bit LONGER than I thought.
Eventually signed the log at 2042h tonight for a rare FTF.
Thanks TDS for such a great cache.
