The property owner most definitely does not want people on this area. There is a sign at the beach 30m from the cache, saying no entry, no trespassers, not even pedestrians
Out exploring. Having a great day.

A nice walk along the beach on a windy day. Like previous cachers we found only the broken remains of the original cache so we replaced it and added a new log sheet.
Many thanks for the cache Burton's

I think. Searched for this for absolutely ages. Broaden search and found this likely but damaged container. Didn’t have anything suitable to replace it.
Found with gridge98 on a weekend away to the yorke peninsula.
Thanks for the cache

After already deflating the tyres north of this beach for some other caches we came to this beach. A nice drive along finding the caches, the beaches for really soft towards the last 2km but got through okay. All the caches are in good condition and had to replace 1.
A big trip away to the yorke peninsula planned for the weekend travelling around touristing and have a look at sights I’ve seen before, plus camping over the 4 days wherever we needed up at the end of the day. Plus why not find 116 caches along the way for the trip. Despite the wind on the first evening the rest of the trip we were delighted by the beautiful weather.
Thanks for the cache

Was caching with Mr Honeysucker on the Yorke last year!!!
Still enjoying playing in the sand on this sunny drive.
Most of these seem to have been replaced with mint tins. which may rust and are smaller than small,
but the views and drive on the beach more than made up for this!!!
thanks for the smiley from another great cache hide Burton's
Found on a daytrip birthday caching with Purrfect Di , Sebastbat , and Jack.
What do you do when you can't have a few days off caching... cram it into one!!!
Only found a handful, but they were awesome views, fun drives, refreshing walks,
redeeming some dnfs and generally have a great day enjoying the sunshine and caching
---
it's not over yet!
- - cache at a social distance wherever you can - -
Stay away from bugs ( except travel bugs of course )
- avoid people as much as you can [:o)]
- get out and pop some caches in our regional areas !

I started 2020 with some improbable caching goals that only lasted until mid February.
Then came Covid-19 and caching began to take a back seat.
But with restrictions easing and socially responsible caching again possible it is time to start filling the calendars again.
Still on YP the weather was much better today and there were some caches I really wanted to get to clear the area around Hardwicke Bay.
The tide was out and I considered making these drive bys but Sal wanted to go for a walk and look for shells. [^] So we went for a pleasant 5 km round trip beach comb.
The last one on our outward journey the cache was quickly located exactly where I expected it to be. It was the CPwanderer replacement cache from a few years ago.
Having only found two of the five on the way out I wondered about the other three. The ones I did find were exactly where the GPSr and caching mojo said they should be. I decided I would did for the others on the way back to the car. [:o)]
***Thanks Burton's for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

I've been meaning to tackle the 'Mad May Birthdays & 50's strip' series for a long time now, but until recently haven't had the chance to get over to the western side of the peninsula. Starting at the northern Hardwicke Bay end we travelled south along the beach searching for caches along the way. The trip turned into an impromptu maintenance run as it's been many months between some of the finds and several caches were either badly damaged or missing. Ended up replacing the caches dedicated to TWDG, Lee is a puppy, firesafe and Liz. Really enjoyed the drive along the beach, and exited at the southern end near Point Turton. Thanks for the cache and series Burton's!
Over from the Barossa for our annual Australia Day geocaching weekend. After a nice trip around Innes today with jalinrenos, we grabbed this on the way back..TFTC
Found the cache in terrible condition. The lid to the preform was gone and the container was full of water and bird poo!! just happened to have a screw cap cammoed replacement with me that fitted into the existing zip tie. An enjoyable walk to the five caches in this group with Bindi the geo pooch!! Thanks Burtons for the hide!!
Camped at Point Turton, and this morning we headed down to the National Park, with Konie.
With a bit of time after lunch, we decided to check out the local 4wd track.
After a few walks into the sand dunes, we soon found a number of caches.
Added our names to names to the log, and it was off to the next one.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Burton's, for us and others to find.

Staying at Point Turton and after doing the caches in the National Park this morning with The Drovers we decided to head along the beach for an afternoon adventure.
With the cache found and the log signed all caches were returned as found.

There was no other way to get this besides a beach drive in comfort or a bush bash over big sand hills and scratchy bushes. We all agreed that the cache would be found in the same manner as Chief 2 dogs had placed the cache. Found it this time (DNF last time) - I'll can't believe the cache was in the same spot last time!
Found on the Footloose Event Weekend Thanks to Burton's and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet!
Another easy find whilst enjoying the trip along the beach, it's not always the destination that's the reward is it? The journey can be good too as this has been! Thanks Burton's
On a nice drive down the peninsular with Just Me Now, ROMA123, Gemini7 and Madham02 we had targeted this area for a bit caching, beach driving and a picnic. A great day was had by all.
We enjoyed this series, our drive along the beach and the short walks to find the caches.
Thanks for the cache Burton's.

As she approached GZ Mrs y'stassie noticed the beach access used by 4WDs - useful info for future visits. Local knowledge is always useful even though our geo vehicle does not cope well with loose sand, knowing where the access points are is always useful.
Up hill yet again. After a extensive search around GZ mrs y'stassie widened her search area and located the cache about 7m away, it would have been helpful if she had read the previous logs. The cache was in good condition.
Just as she was about to descend a 4WD came roaring along the beach and disappeared in the direction of the party in the dunes. Later she noticed them setting nets in the bay.
As the sun was starting to get very low and the sky was colouring Mrs y'stassie decided that the last 3 caches would have to wait for another time as she had a 2.4k walk back to the car from this cache and the others were more than 2k's in the opposite direction.
Mrs y'stassie enjoyed a beautiful sunset return walk along the beach and through the dunes.
Thanks Burton's for this cache and for a wonderful caching experience. We will be back in the future to finish the series.

Dennisc52 and I headed for Coobowie for a really fun day out!
Warm weather, a hole at the beach and geocaches before and after our swim
All up, 15 finds , 1 DNF and 1 event attended before arriving home about 2.30am
Dennisc52, Laighside Legends, Team Conquest and I took off to get some caches before tea.
Some beach driving, some sand dune climbing and some laughs at people swimming while their clothes were left at their car
Somehow, I didn't end up logging this cache at the time and I only noticed now (1/5/15).

Found It!
After our little aquatic adventure at Coobowie my next closet unfound (excluding island caches) was this one. So we came here! After a bit of searching Team Conquest found the cache at the bottom of the hill with a broken string. We zip tied it back to the bush at the top of the hill so hopefully that is the right spot. Great views!

Looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked and looked, but this one was too good for us today [B)].
Seems like we'll have to come back another time .

Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia after having attended Oz Mega.
Today we had to move house (caravan) from Coobowie to Minlanton so only attempted some multi's near Coobowie before we headed off.
With very mixed results we hit the road Jack! On arrival at Minanton we dumped the vans and headed for Point Turton. Having seen some of the 50th birthday clan earlier in the week we were disappointed to have been too early for these caches but a return trip saw us knock these over today at high tide.
Bit nervous heading up here at high tide but all was well.
