Decided to grab a few more caches before calling it a day.
This one took a while to find as the sun had set and I was feeling around in the dark, but I got there in the end.
However, the cache has no lid or log book and will require maintenance.
Thanks to Urban Cache Cows for this cache.

Adelaide and South Australia Trip Christmas 2021/2022. Day 9. A Christmas has passed it is time to get out and do some caching before the next family gathering. Today I headed to Glenelg to start some of the Adventure labs in the area, and to do a few of the caches there as well. Plenty of people out on the main street, but I managed the caches I tried.
This shelter seems very unused these days. I had to get to the right angle before I saw it, but after that all went smoothly.

Not a convenient spot for a break down, but a good spot for me to rest after a lot of walking. Great spot for a hide. Log is a little damp. TFTC
Out riding around in this great weather grabbing caches along the way TFTC

Quick find. Cache has no lid so I put some tape on top to protect the log.
Today me and my dad went to watch the tigers vs crows SANFL match. I go for crows and my dad goes for tigers so it was perfect! This cache was found while out and about near Glenelg.
Thank you for maintaining and placing this cache!
We really appreciate your effort!

Hi. I wasn’t looking for the geocache but I wanted to say Thankyou. This was the last cache my grandfather looked for and found before he passed away. The geocaching community was a way for him, my sister and I to connect when we lived so far away. Thankyou all. In memory of theoldrev.
Quick find. Took longer waiting for the lights to change then it did to find the cache! I stamped the log only as Pie_mom forgot her pen
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
Thanks Urban Cache Cows for this quick easy find. Now to slowly cross the road, at the lights, back to the car.
Found with max! This was a good hide put a little gem inside so it’s a bit easier to take the cachelog out.
Being 159cm tall, I only just managed to reach this one. Must remember to keep a crate in the car
While going for a lovley night of caching in the area. Took a few minutes to find this one, and narrowly avoiding the red back spider nearby. Great hide. Found with BekTheRaccoon. TFTC, Urban Cache Cows.
Cool hide, nice strong magnet and as mentioned in previous logs the container is missing it's lid - the hinge is a bit rusty too so might need a bit of cleaning up. Log book nice and dry, almost full but a few empty pages in the middle still open for use.
Was too short to reach hiding spot so Mr.Three on top of shoulders managed to get the job done.

Found at 18:43 with Olga. A quick park and grab.
The container has lost its lid.

Made the short stop in here, cache was quickly located and is all good
Today I decided to do a little bit of caching around Brighton way after an event this morning. A great day out with 35finds in total.

I was in the area this evening, and decided to call past this cache. An interesting little park on the corner here. It didn't take long to find, and had a very strong magnet indeed. Unfortunately this cache needs some TLC, as the container no longer has any lid, and the logbook is getting full (limited space remaining for future visitors). Thanks Urban Cache Cows for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. A nice area to highlight, despite the poor luck you had with the car breaking down here.
I happen to have this one on my watch list because one of my fam must have DNFd here at some point.
I can see from the last two logs that the container is broken. This is a great cache... please fix?

nice easy find
There was no end on the container which could pose a issue with the log not being protected from the elements
Hubby wanted to know why people carry geocaching stuff around in there cars? dont worry i will divorce him for even questioning. lol

We spent the better part of three weeks travelling, seeing the sights, visiting with friends, and caching the BEST Australia had to offer!
Where ink was required, we signed the log as "221B".
Where we visited Earthcaches (or Virtuals), 'Library Ladies' or 'DaxVolks' sent in our required 'dissertations'. Thank you for the 'geo-lessons' we learned!
All the best to those who place and maintain caches for others to find (without you, there is no game to play)!
Cheers!

“So, what is this ‘geocaching’ thing you do?” In explaining, one of Team 221B️ produced a phone and said, “There’s one right across the street. Wanna give it a try?” And off we went, muggles in tow. There was a nice muggle sitting on the bench who totally got into the hunt, producing her phone’s flashlight to help. There was much joy, ooohing and aaaahing when the container was in hand. Thanks for a grand adventure!
Group find for team 221B️. After dinner we were explaining geocaching and realized that there was a cache not far away. So we all decided to go look for it, complete with a couple of headlamps. One of the new cachers even made the find. Nice hide! TFTC.
Found with team 221B️. The team introduced a few muggles to the game, and we have looked for this cache for about 3 years (not really, team The Jackaroo looked for it 3 years ago and found it this time.) Lid was missing on container, but it was a clever location and a great find. TFTC!
Found on a lovely winters day while out hunting my favourite cache type, traditionals
Started in Glenelg, then headed SE. Ended up with 16 finds and 3 DNFs
Thanks for the cache Urban Cache Cows
