Logs
Have to agree with Beetles2 that this cache seems to have disappeared, we sure couldnt find it.
Despite other cachers passing through this town there has been no log on this one since late 2017. How do CO's know if something is wrong if people don't log their DNF's.
The coordinates here had us out in the open between the golf tee and the trees. Obviously there was nothing at GZ so we concentrated our search around the trees.
Didn't find any cache container though so perhaps the CO might like to check this one.
Thanks.

A trip to Cleve to discuss kitchen plans and a chance to do some caching with the man. Quick find- container was open in plain sight and a couple of things had been removed and were laying on the ground. We replaced and hid back where we assumed it lives. TNLNSL
Hi there McKee Clan.
We found your cache **"Lets ode to the night cache"** at 12:27:00 PM today. This cache makes our find count 13907.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the local area today. We usually start the day off by nominating a cache some distance away from our camp site and then take a route mainly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. Todays plan was an attempt to "clean out" Clever before heading back to camp at Cowell.
We ended up finding 20 & DNFing 0 caches today.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 10 metres from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Did the night cache many years ago and to this day it is still my favourite cache of all time!
You beauty, a proper cache container. None of that nano rubbish to be found here!
GPS sent me to about 10 away as it did the first time I looked 6 months ago.

Awesome original cache jlwe and still makes me smile showing a newbie with Roaming Wendy and Psychobabe.
Went back with a clear mind, thought like a cacher, and found a little distance from where I had previously found it. Left it in its new spot as it was more hidden there anyway.
Went and checked this one today as we had our local show yesterday, and saw that there were some kids playing nearby. Had a quick look and couldn't find it, but will return with another pair of eyes another day.
Cache was found in the last place we looked, which as usual was not the first place we looked.

We found this cache as part of a 4 day trip which went from Adelaide to Sceale Bay returning to Adelaide. The purpose of the trip was to remove Freddo was his home location too near the Clipsal 500 track and for us and Freddo to achieve a difficulty 4 1/2 and terrain 4 cache to make us well rounded cachers. The cache we needed to find was located near Venus Bay and we successfully completed this goal early on Friday morning which left us plenty of time to find "just one more". Loved the scenery and having the opportunity revisit this great area Thanks to McKee Clan for placing this cache.
Ahhh, the ammo box, the best kind of cache container. Thanks for another cache find McKee Clan!
Catching up with late logs.
After six days caching on the Yorke peninsula with Alansee and Micaparamedic we parted company and headed across to the Eyre to try our luck at the power trails over here and as many other local caches as time permitted.
We have always enjoyed night caches our all time favourite being BLACK OPs - Carpe Noctem but today we were happy that this one wasn't a night cache as w were here mid afternoon. The cache itself was found fairly quickly as it was sitting a little exposed so after adding our name to the log we rehid it a little better.
Thanks McKee Clan, we are giving this a favourite for the sheer size of the container, we haven't seen many of these this trip.

A few days away to see the Field Days and try to collect as many smiley faces as possible given time restraints and GPS battery life. Many thanks for filling the map for us to clear again.
We hit the ground running, scrambling, falling down and getting back up again. A couple of hard days caching to try our best to get the smiling faces. Thanks for all the great caches
I was following the caches around the area to the north of Cleve again today, and had to take the detour into towne for some shopping
This cache had posed a problem last visit.
The container was there, but nothing else [:o]
Today I returned for another look after Tweety2 had so generously restocked the empty box [^]
Ooooh !! Full of good stuff now
So with me name in the logbook ..... TFTC

The kids and I did this cache on the JLW. Well worth the wander around in the dark following the evil red eyes. The kids very much appreciated the ghost at the end also, but it was my turn to appreciate the cache today. Only had to follow a set of footprints in the wet grass to the cache to find it was DrGeni's feet that had led me there.

Went and checked this one, and yep.................nothing! It now has some swaps for all ages and a log book to sign.
Well this was an odd caching experience in daylight [:o]
I wandered to where the GZ pointed and after a bit of a search found ..... a very substantial cache container [^]
I eagerly opened it ...
... only to find nothing inside [:o]
Completely devoid of swaps and even a logbook [:o]
Huh !?
Would it be different in the dark I wondered ?

Found this one on the Sunday night after the JLWE Dinner. I particularly enjoyed following the eyes. There was a pair right by my tent for the weekend, so I had a direct, tho creepy, connection to the ghost, metaphorically speaking, of course [xx(]. Thanks McKee
Found on our weekend away attending the JLWE.
Love the interesting facts and history involved in the caches we find.
Cheers and thanks for the cache

Noice one. I ventured out with Hurtle when he knew how to push buttons. Later in the evening he decided to introduce me to some wine he had come across...... clear skies.!
Found on one of the nights in Cleve during the 2014 June LWE Events.
A nice little wander in the dark.

Found this one between the finish of the game and the start of presentations. Glad we took the kids as they were able to easily spot the next ghost compared to the older ones in the group. Awesome effort. Added to the already great weekend.
Really enjoyed roaming the dark with the DeltaDucks to complete this one. TFTC
Found this with Tweety2. Apparently we can't follow directions properly as we find the easy way out. (Sorry I am only just posting this but going thought and cleaning up my caches) was a great night to find this.
Sitting around after dinner, I joined a small mob of cachers to hunt down the night cache. Despite some attempted distractions by crispy with his roo burning torch, the ghost was found. Thanks McKees for the cache and the weekend.
Found while over at Cleve attending the June Longweekend. we had a Great time with other families just wished there was more time to do more caches in the area. Found with Sqaush99 (Geodaughter) sitting around the fire and then went for a stroll doing the night cache we really liked the work that went into this Night cache well done. Eerie eyes still staring at us TFTC
What an awesome weekend! JLWE at Cleve
Dennisc52 was kind enough to allow me to travel with him and throughout the weekend, I found 54 caches and attended 4 events
Headed out after tea with chrispy89 in tow too and made some more finds for the day...mmm, night!
Loved this little night cache and the glowing eyes watching us along our route
Glad to see it has become a permanent cache

After having a great dinner it was time to walk off the food... A stroll around the park and many a giggle, then wow that looks familiar...
thanks
thanks
Found this after having tea. Started out with the rest of Team BAM, then got grabbed by Semik, Skippy and Chrispy to try and scare the rest of my team mates.... It didn't work but this cache was cool and reminded us of something we had hidden the very same day.... TFTC McKee Clan, fantastic size cache and nice and spooky.
both times I found this cache was a interesting walk, from scaring the Kelly Gang to watching the antics of the others, to teach PG some tricks on her phone. thanks McKee's for a great weekend, and another great cache hide.

We did the walk for this cache, on the Saturday night, after the dinner at the pub.We had the company of our grand daughter Tacker 2. We all enjoyed the walk,T2 had great fun leading the way to the prize at the end. Another highlight in a fun filled JLWE. Thanks for the hide.
I don't know what it is with me and Redmond with night caches, but if there is a short cut, we will find it! Only ever done two night caches, and we managed to short cut both of them!! TFTC
Following the spooky eyes I went past the bonfire, caught up with a Victorian cacher with junior in tow, and eventually found the cache together. Great fun! Thanks for placing this night cache for all to enjoy
After the Saturday night dinner event, I returned to the camp site early to discover a bon fire well and truly underway. After warming myself by the fire for a while, the inevitable parade of geocachers wandered by chasing down the temporary night cache in the area, and the only responsible thing to do was join of course! A short stroll and the kids in the group were onto the final location. TFTC Mrs McKee Clan!
