I didn't realise this was disabled until writing this log, the beauty of caching with a real GPSr and not an app that hides disabled cache!
Anyways, the cache is wet, but writeable in log, and I didn't have a suitable don't a one onboard to help the CO out with as a temporary...

Thanks

The top is broken with the contents wet and the log book mouldy. Needs some TLC to survive the coming winter.

Even though the 'Needs Archive' log of 05/May/2022 is not appropriate for this situation, and 'brisal5 ' has been advised of the appropriate Guidelines and protocols, from the log it would appear that some action by the CO is required in regard to this cache.
**As the cache would appear to be in need of CO attention, I am Disabling the cache**
Please respond to this situation by **26th May** to prevent the cache from being de-listed for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and indicating an actual date when you believe the situation will be resolved.
**PS:** I note a similar situation only 7 months ago - perhaps a more weatherproof container is called for?

Day 2 of a trip to Victoria and targeting around the Wangaratta area. The afternoon consisted of traveling from Kerang to Goorambat meeting up with Bushfire and 6hinemoa2 at our base camp.
A few hides were targeted where we could with time permitting as we had to arrive at our base by a certain time.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
A quick stop on the way through.
Thank you for the cache mile high RnC, found 4/05/2022, 10:18:48 AM

THE LATE TO THE WANGARAATA MEGA TOUR. [:o)]
We were booked for November 21. [^] Didn't Happen.
Booking transferred to February 22. covid
Booking transferred to May 2022. Yah - made it albeit a tad late.
DAY 2: Kerang to Goorambat:
Up reasonably early we decided to have a look around and ended up doing all the possible caches and started towards Goorambat. [^] Put in how long to see how much time we had for stopping at caches along the way... Bugger all. Oh well we did manage to stop for a few.
Once arrived at our digs we waited to be joined by Bushfire and 6Hinemoa2 to arrive. Then we set of for Benalla for some supplies, grabbing a few caches as we went...as you do. [^] So save space in logs we signed BBB6 or 3B6 or similar.
A quick find in the obvious spot for us today. But oh dear the cache container has suffered from UV cancer and the top is broken with the contents wet and the log book mouldy. [xx(] Replaced upside down but it won't survive the winter.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again I will trying to get the other two this year. [^] Should be easy as I only have to get two multi caches in July from the lockdown and couldn't get out. [:o)] The other was DNF's that came down from over 50 to the low teens before blowing out again but I really want to see only single a single digit this year.
***Thanks mile high RnC for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

#12942 - 11:37:00 AM; Day 3 of the Wang Mega tour with Sol de lune. We didn't quite get to Echuca last night, but we did enjoy comfortable accommodation and a great meal at the Falcon Hotel on the highway right next door to the Downunder Dunny. After collecting that cache, we set off for Echuca and a spot of caching in and around the town, avenging a couple of GCA DNFs from our previous visit. Time to hit the highway again as we headed west for our next overnight destination, Mildura. Collected more caches along the way including this one. No problems getting our names into the log, before continuing on our mission. TFTC mile high RnC
After a couple of great days in and around Wang at the Mega, followed by a drive to Echuca, LuckyL10n and I were now on the road from Echuca to Mildura. The plan today was to stop for a few selected caches...those that looked good, those with a few favourtie points..as well all the regular and large caches we could find.
Left Echuca around 9.30am, arriving in Mildura around 6.00pm. All caches we attempted were found, apart from the one that was completely burnt out, so all up a good road trip. Now home
and it's time to log.
Thanks to all owners the along the way, and apologies for the generic log.

Found as Nicnax with PapaGrouch. We stopped to find this one as we were driving past. The cache is in rather a sorry state, the lid is broken and the cache was full of water. Luckily I have a pen that will write on wet paper so was still able to sign the log. I tipped out the water and replaced it upside down so hopefully it will not fill with water again, but it does need some TLC. TFTC
The lid of the container is broken and the contents have been saturated with water.
Accurate coordinates and an obvious hide location led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks mile high rnC for the cache.

This is one of the caches we found, with a good early start, on a great day's caching south east of Kerang in the company of fellow Geelong cachers Suscoe.
**FEEDBACK TO CO:** YUK! this cache really needs some TLC. Not idea location for this type of container.
Our thanks to 'mile high RnC' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.

Suscoe headed out today in the terrific company of Phetlern.
We had a big day out with lot of finds covering many kilometres.
The countryside around this area is interesting with irrigation, hills, water, crops and livestock that were looking great.
Thanks to mile high RnC for this hide.

Day #11 of the adventure although it’s day 2 of adventures on my own as the others had to go home. Today I’m working my way to Echuca.
A quick drive by find. Emptied water from container. Log book is damp.

Second stop after leaving the Ibis Caravan Park.
Disposed of a few bananas at the fruit fly before fuelling up.
Thanks for the hospitality Kerang. We'll be back for sure.
An unusual container here.
We thought it was actual T-ware, but it's obviously a knock off. Keeper Ware.

It was a fun time doing some caching with goingplaces2. This was a really good cache to find. Both names were added to the list before we moved on. TFTC.
Last few caches for us as we head home. It has been a great experience caching up here after so long away from this area. The last time we were in Kerang we were square dancing in the halls near GC4C13F.

Having spent the night in Mildura while following the speedway solo champs, I left this morning on my journey to Undera for the next round. Found this as I was heading towards Along the Murray Valley Hwy. tftc.
Found while on our way to Cohuna for a bit of kayaking. The satellites must have been having a bit of a muck around day as i was initially sent way off course and spent a few minutes trying to find a spot matching the hint but to no avail. Did a reset and found your nice size cache almost straight away once i was back on course!

I had a few extra days off work so BettyBoo3747 and I decided to nip across to Swan Hill for a few caches. Been quite a while since we have been here and there are lots of new caches to do.
Travelled across from Beechworth to Lake Boga today, relaxing by the lake now.
Long arms we have, so retrieval was not a problem.
Cache was a bit damp inside but the log was fine.
Thanks, Robmc.

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about so I targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!

A cool spot for a cache find with a buddy....we also ran into Kev here too.
Found with the lovely micaparamedic whilst we were on our way to Swan Hill (to the 6 months to Alexandra event) after a night in Bendigo.

I've had a big, but generally a relaxing couple of weeks away in Victoria.
Ballarat, Border track, Pinnaroo, Bendigo, Wedderburn, Swan Hill, Maryborough, Mt Beckworth and Mt Gambier are just a few of the spots I have visited during my caching trip. There was an emergency room visit, loads of driving, stacks of laughter, amazing food, lots of new learnings (like oh my goodness!!), and a wonderful mix of fabulous people.
I am loving this country and getting out and about in it!

The sunny warm day gave us a good reason to head north-west for a few caches before extending the trip a bit further. We enjoyed a picnic on the bank of the Wakool River and managed to find all bar one cache on our list.
Our last find for the day, then for the hour of travel to get home. A quick and easy find in a very obvious spot. Perhaps not so easy soon after rain.
Thank you, mile high RnC, for this cache.

Four days to spend caching is cool but what was even cooler was that Moneydork and Tounga allowed me to tag along too as they headed for Victoria Sadly, geobrother couldn't make this trip so with just us three the car was much quieter than normal
Day 1 today as we drove to Shepparton and there were 3 DNFs and 33 finds all up prior to our reaching the hotel aout 11pm. [)]
Since Moneydork is taller than me, I suspect he was the one who retrieved this cache. I know a Max and he's now an elderly dog. I'll get to see him tomorrow and give him a long overdue hug

Didn't need the GPS here to find Max.
A very busy road late in the afternoon so just turned my back to it and went for it. The passing muggles probably thought the worst of me but if you can't see them you don't have to register the strange looks they send your way when you are caching in an location like this.
Thanks.
