My first cache

Nice time out with woolwood9 again today. Day 7 of our 9 days in and around Darwin. We had another tough day - lots of short walks in the heat and me pretty slow, having to use 2 walking sticks!SL *tm/ww NZ* *Thanks for the reason to visit this area of Darwin!* Good find for us, took longer than it should as I missed it on first pass.

TFTC been meaning to get this one for a while

Time for a final farewell dinner with my sis at Karama Tavern so I could get this cache after we finished eating. Does that qualify as a night cache??? Thanks for placing it here I was on the other end of a video call when my sis was searching for it back in 2020.

As we were in the area, this one seemed like a good one to collect to help us along with 25 suburbs of Darwin.
Although the traffic was coming and going quite frequently, it was fairly straightforward to grab and sign this one before continuing our journey.

Caching around the Darwin suburbs, slowly moving through areas we have previously not been and also picking up some of the more recently placed caches. Not too many muggles while we were here, so had time for a good search. Took a while, but finally unearthed a cache container. Interestingly, this one has not been physically logged since 2016, so think we may have found the previous container. Could find no sign of the newer one though:-) Thanks corunnaroad for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Quick find after lunch in the center.

Today we went to the christmas craft fair at Marrara and then stopped off here so geohubby could get some rolls for lunch and I could have a look for the cache. Pretty quiet being Sunday which made it easy and spot on coords were perfect. TFTC corunnaroad.

Today is a cool day, perfect weather for geocaching. Caching not far from our caravan park.
A couple of solved puzzles & a DNF from last trip were on our list.
A good variety of caches found in various locations

Alice trip 2017. Day 18. Today Sol de Lune, Luckyl10n, Fitzy_1965 and I spent the day caching in and around Darwin. For a southerner it was a hot sticky day. Plenty of caches with lots of DNFs but at least it did not rain.

FTF Yippeeee! Actually had a look for this one yesterday but was muggle central and we had no luck... This morning on the other hand geohusband went straight to the spot thought he had it but found it was a munzee! While Replacing the munzee found the cache!
