Had a fantastic morning with fratra doing some caching and picking up some caches for barnzy and cravo thanks to the guys for the funHad morning
Thanks to all that have found the caches along the Anzac Centenary Trail. We’ve had great fun reading your logs, but the time has come to archive the series. Special thanks to team Fratra for collecting the containers for us. Happy caching.
Down in Albany and hit the road with ringtailposs and Falcon351 to grab the ACT series this morning. A nice drive with no dnfs on the series.
Picked up TB.
TFTC crabzy11 this is find # 4147 for us.

Muggles long weekend so we came down here with Bruce for some r'n'r and a little caching too
Didn't start as early as I would have like as still so sore from yesterdays 'A' series of caches (getting in and out of the car so many times buggers the knees to a point of having trouble walking) but had to soldier on to these today
Most were easy finds tho some had crept a little or a lot but only 2 dnfs where I think one may be missing and the other later in the day with too many obstacles for my knees to endure
TFTC Caches replaced back where found
Sorry for generic logging

Went as a group with Muskcat83, JakeVL, and timkramer (a newbie to caching!). As we were camping close by (in Denmark), we thought we would travel to Albany and complete this trail. We knew from Facebook that it would be archived soon, so thought we should put a row of smileys on our map. Thanks for the effort gone into making these caches, and the dedication theme of the series. Overall we completed what is left of the series with one DNF and found two extra caches along the way.
With the warning that this series is being archived, and with us being in Denmark, we thought we would go do this series. Thanks for the caches, the trucks did scare us a couple of times. Only one DNF for the day.
After a few DNF in this series (which I could've checked beforehand) this one was not hard to find, grab and log. TFTC
Day Two in Albany. Woke up to changeable weather, sometime sunny, sometimes pissing down rain - felt right at home! - That sounds like yesterday!
Bettyboo3747 and I started with the ANZAC Centenary Trail, and then returned home on the A Trail. Grabbing a few others on the way.
Spent the morning heading North and then West on the ACT. We located 42 of the 50, and didn't stop for any with more than a half a dozen DNFs. Unfortunately that was seven of them.
It is a pity to see a nice trail being ignored.
The parking at all the caches was good, and the 200ml containers a nice size to look for, that made the trail a pleasure to do.
Thanks, Robmc.

#12474. Day 2 of our WA holiday. Our first full day of caching on some of the trails on the outskirts of town. We started with the ACT trail, of which we found 42. We didn't bother to search for the ones with DNFs going back several months. We finished with the A series of puzzles and a few other caches that popped up on the radar on the way around. I enjoyed the drive on the country roads with new Spring flowers and pleasant scenery even though the weather reminded me so much of the weather I left at home.
Thanks crabzy11

Needed to get some quick coins/pirate treasure for this pirate thing thats on at the moment so ducked out to find a quick half dozen. Checked to see what was going to be quick and easy for me as I am pretty much down to using one leg at the moment due to injury. Made finds on 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15. Stopped at a few others but either decided against going in to prevent myself further injury or saw there had been recent DNF'S.
Thanks for the geotrail chaps.

A couple of Victorians, lucky to be staying in Albany for a few days. Along with some roymerc caches, we thought completing a power trail would make a good souvenir of WA. After a somewhat shaky start with 5 or 6 DNF’s, we got into the swing of it and reached the golden box.
Thanks crabzy11 for creating this power trail.

We began this series on the March long weekend last year and this one eludes us! So back we went and cache was in hand within a minute. Tftc
Thanks for the cache. Nice and quick and easy. Much better parking here too lots safer
We found ourselves down in Albany for a family wedding, as it has been a long weekend we also found we couldn't book two nights in a caravan park as they insisted on a minimum of three! We had a day free so decided to make the most of it and find some geocaches. Between showers of rain we jumped puddles, forded bog holes and managed to stay mostly dry right up until our last cache find!
Thanks to everyone who hide caches and helped make another geocaching memory for us.

I am in Albany following the WA Goes big event.
With wild windy weather. Rain interrupted geocaching play on a couple of occasions, so I did trickier caches during the day and came back and came back and did this series (solo) at night.
Thanks for the great series of friendly finds.
I think one may be missing due to the current roadwork (I didn't stop to check it but they were grinding tree stumps there when I drove past earlier in the day).

After spending a couple of days in Albany on the way to the WA Goes Big event, we headed out to a farm north of the Stirling Ranges grabbing some caches along the way. TFTC.
Spotted some other cachers at this one so stopped for a chat.

Catching up with some late logs, therefore this unfortunately is going to be one of 'those logs'. I apologize in advance for the generic log, A combination of limited time and too many to log dictates that a generic log is best. I have enjoyed the hunt and being outdoors in this great country of ours, partaking in a pastime that I thoroughly enjoy. I usually head out by myself, but I thank those that have had the misfortune of my company in some of these ventures.

Find #7401**
Day eight of my across the Nullarbor, then to Perth via Denmark trip began with another convoy of Victorians, (Alansee, Mica Paramedic and Maccamob) aiming to complete the ANZAC Centenary Trail as well as anything than crossed our path. The weather looked like it was about to turn nasty, so a quick earlyish start was in order. We would sign as MAAM, AMAM or some combination of those letters.

Found by Mary & David, in convoy with micaparamedic, Alansee and ahomburg (sometimes logged as a variation of A.M.M.A.), at 0906. Our thanks to crabzy11.
Quick find while visiting Albany on a short visit so picked up a few quick caches this morning then time to go site seeing after. TFTC
pug002 found it 12/4/2016 on our trip south geocaching. TFTC crabz11 Albany has turned out the weather for us so far.
Did ACT1-17 while down in Albany for the long weekend but unable to locate this one. Saw the perfect hidey hole but no container. Will check again when we return to complete the series
Found with mudbuzzie while in Albany for the long weekend. We wandered along this trail collecting the geo's as we drove along. TFTC
We joined forces with Everlasting this morning to find the ACT series of caches. It could have been the day but we found that a few of coords were a little off but all caches were found without too much drama. Thanks for the mornings entertainment crabzy11.

I grabbed a couple of these ACT caches back on the 23rd Feb, by geomobile.
Heading south along the busy road was not the best caching experience [:o]
These caches are obviously designed for the north bound traveler, sans caravan
Today I tried a different tack.
Bicycle
From Bakers Junction,
not Petticoat Jucntion,
I headed north along the busy highway on the mountain bike.
A good choice, as I could ride along the wide shoulders of the highway if a road train was approaching
Even better, at GZ none of the passing muggles saw me poking around for the cache
Easy find .... TFTC.
I doubt I will be finding too many more by bike today though ...
... the temps are hitting the mid 30's and I am running out of fizzy cola [:o]
At least the petrol station at Bakers Junction has a supply of ice-cream

Thought we'd start this series off today, while we're here for a few days. TFTC cheers
Come down to Albany especially to nail the ACT series with Loudy16 and get my 500th geocache. Sorry for the repeated log crabzy11 but Im sure you understand. Thanks for a good day caching!
been talking about heading to Albany to pick up the Act 50 series to complete 300 in a month. after speaking with Dallyho we decided on a weekend and make it a overnighter to get some other caches in TFTC
crabzy11, I found your cache ACT 07 on 30/01/2016 at 11:04 am. This is my find #1149 and #11 today.

Found these a while ago with Allinaday but forgot to log them. Had a lot of fun looking for the caches with my little sister. We sort of had a competition to see who could find the most. Thanks for the fun and for the caches.
Out and about with two of the 3littleblondes today and we decided to make an effort and complete this series. It was a fun series to do, especially with the kids, as most were easy to find. There was a bit of healthy competition going on, when pointed in a general direction, to see who would be the first to spot the cache. All the caches found today were dry and in good condition. Some were very exposed, so we re-hid them slightly better. Replaced Ziploc bag on one log, which had its bag missing. Thanks for a great series and for the work that went into placing them.
Beautiful day in my home town of Albany. Finally have time to knock this series off my list of to do's. Out with 35degreesSouth and the 4 geokids.
Thanks for putting this series together
Get out there!

A great time was had by all looking for this cache. The geo-kids loved it because it was an easy find for them. TFTC
And now we start in the ACT's in reverse order in our way in to Albany
Nice quick find on our geocaching trip to Albany/Denmark.
Day 2. Just didn't manage all in the first day.

Wasn't planning on coming back to finish off this series today, but had some time to fill in, so back I came. All quick finds too. Thanks again crabzy11
Woohoo !!! Found it !!! Nice easy find with Dymesbury today. TFTC. Enjoyed this series.
Another nice drive-by, although as with others in the series, you have to be careful where you park your car, with all the traffic zipping by, and narrow verges in some places. Fortunately it was a relatively quiet day with not too much traffic. Quick find, thanks crabzy11.
Set out early from Denmark to tackle this power trail. All caches found without problem and we enjoyed the wander along the country roads. Thanks crabzy11
A quick find and sign then onto the next cache in the series. Thanks to crabzy11 for the cache
After spending the morning ticking off a good number of the “Bushranger Series” on the way down to Albany, I ventured out late in the afternoon to do half of the “ACT” series. Most were easy to locate, a few caused a bit of head scratching and some were a bit out due to tree cover. A bonus today was the most caches found in one day since I commenced caching in 2008.
Found it. TFTC. Tor and Betsy, the travelling Westies roaming WA at present. We are from Oxenford near the Gold Coast in Queensland and thoroughly enjoying the West.
With thanks for the cache from Angus the great GeoWestie and his Carer wo are grey (and white) nomads currently travelling in, and enjoying, WA.
Set off today to complete all 50 of this ACT series with Ajjnr86.
At about half way it started heavily raining but it didn't stop us, we pulled through and are now able to put a smiley face on them all.
Sorry for the repetitive log, couldn't come up with 50 things to say.
Awesome Cache series and not too hard to find.

Trouble finding the right tree. A rather large kangaroo watched my struggle.
This series was the main reason for my trip down to Albany this weekend. Most of the caches were found easily although some were a bit trickier than others! Thanks for putting them out for others to find.
crabzy11 - jinta29 found your cache ACT 07 on 11/09/2015 6:24 pm. This is my find #3823 and find #35 today. The cache is in good shape and we replaced it as found. Thanks for placing this and bringing us to this spot!

Out and about looking for the rest of the Act series today found all that we looked for thankfully! Thanks for hiding these caches, was great fun finding!
TFTC! After assisting with the setup of this series I am now logging a find to clear from maps. Thanks
There was a break in the weather, thus time to find a few caches. Nice easy find, though the road is busy.

We were out caching today to do the ACT series but we also picked up some caches inbetween. All caches were found with a few that took a bit of searching. TFTC
Out today to do a maintenance run on our own caches and collected a few along the road
Didn't like the idea of some caches being right at peoples front gates and gave one a miss because of it, but after missing this one the other night, it was a quick find here today, and another smiley along the way
TFTC guys!

This was a second miss for us, at least it was either 07 or 08 we missed. I decided we'd adopt the three strikes we're out approach and thankfully finds got easier from here on so we didn't have to abandon.
