em.kershaw changed her mind and is back in the country, so this one's going on a trip of its own.

I let Kershaw take the trip, meanwhile found the cache. I guess, Kershaw was kept in New Zealand by screws that attached him to this metal thingy and then someday finally broke free when a random bypasser handed him a screwdriver.
Thanks for the cache!

What in the world IS THAT THING? Doesn't matter, it make the hiding place obvious.
Not a lot of people around at 11:30pm, so made for an easy find. There were a few people waiting for the bus, but it came along only one minute after I arrived. The only other people around were two guys in white who were so drunk I don't think they knew what the hell was going on.
And why is it that I always have to write right at the end of the log when it comes to nanos? Typical !!!!! Takes forever to roll it back up!!!

This was on my list for a while, only today had a chance to attempt the find. Found a park on the street, as it turned out, I was right in front of GZ, after walking to where I thought it may be. Quick grab, walk away and sign. Silly shoes came untied again as I was placing the cache, as someone was walking towards me. TFTC
Was fairly clear where cache should be once having found the right spot! muggles waiting for the bus,but didn't get noticed by these or the passers by!
I decided to go for a long walk today and collect one of my closest unfound caches. This was a nice walk and arriving at the GZ, I had an idea as to where the cache would probably be located. Sure enough, this was quickly found after tying my shoelaces with the nearby muggles none the wiser . TFTC!
Tried to act unsuspicious with two 12 year olds in tow, so probably gave up too soon.
Out and about after work this evening collecting some recently placed "suitable" hides. I parked up near GZ and walked on over to GZ to find FriwiNZ already searching. I joined the hunt. After a few minutes of searching another look at the cache page inspired me to take another look at a previously searched spot. Got it! Nice to meet FriwiNZ and to find the cache. Cheers for the cache placement!
Well, my assumptions were all wrong with this one, luckily Lostcourse arrived and saved the day otherwise I would still be out there looking for it! nice to meet you TFTC
This cache had been on my hit list for a while, because it's so close to a place I visit regularly for work, and because I have the pleasure of knowing the CO
Finally decided to stop off and give it another shot today, because after a rather cryptic clue from @McArgister after my last DNF, this time I had a pretty good idea of where to look, and I had a few minutes to spare before having to fight the traffic back to base.
Pulled up near GZ. and there was a muggle in the bus stop, looking at me. Doh. Got out of car and wandered over to near GZ, then pretended to tie my shoelace. Muggle not too interested in this.... success.... the cache!!!
Sat down and pretended to play on my phone while I signed the log.... muggle had been joined by a couple of others by now (the bus must be coming along soon) but luckily no-one was too worried about why a women was sitting in the garden playing on her phone. Lucky I didn't fall in.... (coz I do stuff like that!!! ); then they might have paid a bit more attention, and I might have had to explain myself! Formalities safely over however, I replaced the cache just as sneakily, and, feeling like the master of stealth, got up, returned to the geomobile (sorry, work vehicle!!!) and headed off to do some real work!!!
Glad to finally tick this one off my list!!!
Thanks @McArgister for the hide, and for the additional hint! It was well hidden.... nearly overlooked it again!!!

After searching for a few minutes I could not see the cache.I will try next time in a less busy hour.
Stopped during working hours on the way back to base (because I told the CO I would!) and had a look around likely items as per the hint location, but no joy. Sat in another area that I thought may be a good hiding spot and felt around, but nothing there either. Must be trickier than I thought! Will have to return another time.... Have to get back to work!!!
Wow that was harder than it should have been. Walked right past the spot 3 times.... TFTC.
I went straight to the obvious spot, felt around - nothing. Walked around the area, my GPS jumping all around. Sat in the spot and felt around again - bingo! Should have looked properly in the first go, ha ha nevermind, the main thing is that I found it.
Wow a few people around to night but what the heck lets have a look hmm nup cant see anything back to the car ahh wait whats this a quick look hmm nothing sit in car thinking thats got to be it wait for peaple to walk away another proper look ahh got it nice one tftc Lokky 1 22 August 2015 23:39
Was in the area playing indoor netball with my team when I saw this had been published during our game. After finishing off the pre-requisite post-game celebratory drink, LikesTips and I drove up round the corner to where this one was hiding. No revellers to be seen by the time we got here, and after a short search the sneaky cache was soon in hand. Good time to be doing this one, don't think I'd fancy my chances here too much during the day. TFTC
Yayyy a geocache in my name! My first FTF. Thanks @mcargister awesome surprise, whole team came to join. Slieschke was already here and kicked out.
Lots of people trying to get this one. Missed out on being 1st by seconds!
Farewell Emma!! Tftc Craig

A cache published only a mile from home? I was out the door like a shot. Reached GZ and was "jumped" by em.kershaw, @McArgister and crew! I'd didn't pay attention to the title and hadn't read the description so it quickly became clear what was up. After a bit of searching about em.kershaw made the find for a big ol' group (FTF).
Thanks!
Thanks!
Wow ! What a surprise ! Was at a Choir rehearsal at a Church in nearby Mt Albert when this was published and phone was on silent ..... So didn't see it till nearly 10 ! So anyway as it was so close I rushed off and grabbed it on way home ! Cool position for it Craig ! Missed all the FTF crowd but at least on first night !
Go well Em Kershaw .... Happy Caching in your new country ....
