Found by The Empire + HAs we continued along the southern road, the landscape opened up to breathtaking views of the Murray River far below. The road wound along the cliffs, and from our vantage point, the river shimmered in the sunlight, snaking its way through the valley like a ribbon of silver. The sheer limestone cliffs stood tall and weathered, their pale, rugged faces dropping steeply down to the waters edge.Every so often, the trees would part, offering uninterrupted views of the river, framed by the ochre-toned cliffs that added a striking contrast to the lush green vegetation along the banks. The cliffs, carved by millennia of river flow, revealed layers of history in their sediment, reminding us of how the Murray has shaped this land over time. Thanks for the cache Trigger_Fish.-M

Yesterday Fitzy_63, Albida33, Minniek, Sol de Lune and I found about 350 of the On Your Bike Series so today we wanted to get back out and find to the end of the series. It was forecast to be even hotter today than yesterday so we decided to head out early. Of course the plan didn't work. We finished early and attacked another group of caches rather than go back to camp early
It was another great day of caching thanks to all the COs and nearly all caches were found to be in good order. Those that weren't will have individual notes added later. Logs were signed FAMSS

Day 6: SA/Vic Christmas holiday trip
Last Christmas holidays, fitzy_1965 and I (along with two geo-kids, Death Killer & my_name_jeff_1) headed to SA to visit family whilst we could, and to collect as many counties and caches as possible along the way. We decided even before getting home that we needed to go back. The added incentive of more On You Bike series sealed the deal. Fast forward through 2021 (because who wants to remember that), and here we are again. This time with extra company in the form of Sol de lune, Smittengranny and albida33.
After an exhausting 5 days in the SA heat, we made the decision to pack up a day early and head back across the border to do the Paddle Steamer series…..and to air conditioned accommodation instead of continuing to camp in tents! We said goodbye to Albida33 who was staying a few more days in SA. Caching along the way, we headed for the series straight up before continuing to our hotel…. Ah luxury!
All caches were signed as FMSS and were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

26,217. Found with minniek, Sol de Lune and Smittengranny during our post Christmas / New Year trip over to South Australia and Victoria to tackle the On Your Bike and Paddle Steamer series among many other caches.
Today we started by heading to the Mildura region to start the Paddle Steamer, and grabbed several others along the way. Signed as FMSS. This was another long hot day.
When minniek and I were in South Australia in January this year (2021) doing the On Your Bike series of (then) 100 Wherigo caches, we were talking to the CO who mentioned that a whole lot more were soon to be published, and they were - 512 more ! So once back home we set about solving all those new ones which was at least something to do during 'stay at home' orders effecting us. Then once they were all solved we planned a trip over to grab them. Then just to add to the fun the latest 152 were published just in time for us to spend time solving them all so we could get the whole set. With our caching friends Sol de Lune, Smittengranny and albida33 this series was our main aim, but with the 'Around the World in 81 caches' series, various solved puzzles and the Paddle Steamer as standby if we got the time.
We managed some BIG days caching and finished off the On Your Bike series in three days, then attempted the mammoth 'Around the World in 81 caches' series and some lovely high/rare D/T caches - all in searing summer heat peaking at over 40 degrees ! Once they were finally completed we headed over to the Mildura region for another two blistering hot days doing the Paddle Steamer series. After camping for five nights we finally relented and got hotel rooms for the last two nights and worked the air conditioning to the bone.
All in all an amazingly fun time was had, and we have all made room in our calendars for when the next part of the On Your Bike series is published - no pressure ! Highlights included many of the fun tree climbs, the pole caches which increased our skills at the recovery and replacements of those styled caches, and the relaxed times and banter around the camp site at the end of each tiring day - including New Years Eve !
Thanks to all the COs for contributing their caches to our fun times, and I must apologise for the generic logs as we did find well over one thousand caches which now require logging !

A nice stop on our journey across the country from Adelaide to Brisbane with Davidwazza! TFTC!
Moving from Adelaide to Brisbane, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to drive the long distance to make the opportunity a holiday, taking 12 days and passing through Victoria, New South Wales, and then finally arriving in Queensland. We spent the first few days in SA's Riverland, visiting Morgan, Berri and Renmark; and then drove through Mildura in Victoria. In NSW, we stopped at Hay, Parkes, Merriwa, Tamworth, Port Macquarie, and Coffs Harbour, and then entered Qld to stop for a night in Robina in the Gold Coast.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled around the Murray Riverlands, visiting Loxton, Paringa, and Renmark. We started the day from Berri, travelling south and finding a few miscellaneous geocaches. Once at Loxton, we completed the *Historical Loxton* Adventure Lab, found a few geocaches along the river, and then had lunch in town. We then drove towards Paringa, and took a walk around Murtho and Headings Cliffs. We then proceeded back through Renmark, and finished off our evening with a walk at Wilabalangaloo and completing the Berri *A River Contemplation* Adventure Lab.
We took the short detour up this track, to admire the river views, and also find this geocache. The cache was found quickly, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Moneydork/Trigger_Fish for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Suscoe headed out today from Mildura for a trip to Renmark and Berri and back again.
We were in the terrific company of Phetlern.
We covered well over 360 kilometres on this trip and we saw a wide variety of countryside from sand drifts, to cropping land to scrub and beautiful green orchards and grape vines.
We saw quite a few different varieties of birds and saw the magnificent Murray River from different perspectives.
It was a much cooler day today with clouds breaking up the sunshine from time to time.
Thanks to Moneydork for this hide, it is so dry out here.

of the nearby house with no-one looking,

Left our lovely camp at Maude on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River with large fish splashing about. We are on our way to Loxton and we set up a string of caches to guide us there. This was our eighth stop.
Nearly at our camp for the night and another stop to check out the views - just lovely.

Adelaide Trip 2017-2018. After Christmas I headed back to Adelaide for a family visit. Day 2. Things were a bit dryer today and I drove from Balranald to Adelaide via Mildura. I spent a bit longer around the Vic/SA Border before Renmark than I expected. After getting off the back roads I collect five along the Loxton road.
Thanks.

Spending a couple of days in the riverland grabbing a few caches with Gwen from The X-Trailers and Liz, earthlight, hooked up the boat for some water caches and bought along my recently purchased Rapala Waders, a lot of laughs along the way and although not as many caches as we would have liked we managed to get quite a few of the harder to get ones on and in the water. found on the way over the border to the 4 months to the Surf Coast Event - Mildura. BONES jumped out for the cache, not sure how I missed this one last time as I got all the rest of the caches along this road. Probably wasn't entered in gps.
