I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.
Wanted to come check out this area anyway, so I gave a quick check. Also unable to find.
Hi NZTravellers
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit and after my previous reviewer note, there has been no owner response. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Please note, that if a cache is archived due to lack of owner maintenance, the cache is unable to be unarchived.
Regards

No luck today. Got confused with the Burma trail and the Burma trail cache, at one point.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap) and a nephew... We’ve had our sights on these caches in the Clevedon Scenic Reserve. We stay in the area a few times a year, but always seem to bypass this walk in favour of other pressing Auckland caching missions.
We left our run for evening. Reading various cache descriptions suggested a walk to the last location should take roughly 12 minutes - We thought we’d have enough time... My nephew was mind blown by the kauri - boot cleaning station (He’s 11 and doesn’t get out much). The quarry walk was pleasant. When we arrived, we realised that ground zone was quite compact and the find should have been straightforward. We searched and found no sign of the cache. We spotted a green loop that probably once had something tied to it, and a whole lot of sticky strips with names on them... This needs a check from the CO.

Hmm... nowhere to be seen. We thought we would give this one a go seeing as we drove all the way out for it only to not find it. Read the last note just as we arrived hoping it had been placed out yesterday as it stated. Don’t think it has? Maybe we missed it Hopefully it is there otherwise it should be disabled meantime! Thanks will be back for sure when we know it’s definitely there!
This geocache has been removed obviously by a local muggle.
Unfortunately (or actually fortunately as the case may be) someone has found it...and seen my family’s name on the top of the record list...and dropped off at my house (obviously thinking we had misplaced it).
We have just returned from holiday to find it at our house. We will return ASAP, filled with some new treasures, probably 16 July 2019.

Dropped TB. Hanging around Clevedon waiting for Mr 3P. Good chance to occupy the 3Ps with some geocaching. Found nice n easy. TFTC
I had parked my snail shell at Ardmore and decided to pick off the Clevedon caches I couldn't do a year ago due to storm damage.
Nice to have this one here again.
Cheers for the cache.

Dear Cache Owners,
I am a German guy who stays in New Zealand for eight months.
My English is not perfect, so please don't wonder if my log entries sound a bit strange. Thanks!
----------
Perfect hiking weather today, so I decided to make a hiking tour around the Clevedon Scenic Reserve. Good decision. Nature and view were amazing and I also find all off the Geocaching, which I looked for. Really happy about that!
Nice water fall here and great box with a lot of stuff to change. Took two TB's out.
Thanks for hiding!

A pleasant walk without any hill to surmount. Beautiful waterfall in an idyllic setting. Dropped off 2 TB's.
Nice quick find while a friend and I admired the waterfall and the Quarry !
Very interesting ....
Off to do the dreaded steps of the Summit track now !!!!!!!

Taking a geocaching route from Pukekohe to Howick. It's a great day for a stroll around the reserve.
A straightforward find at a nice spot. Thanks for bringing me here.

TF and I enjoyed the little stroll to GZ.. pleasant shade and very peaceful. Cache located easily, thanks
We were eating Fish and Chips on the picnic table and thought we'd see if there were any geocaches nearby. Turns out we were sitting on top of one.
Had planned to do this a few weeks ago when doing the other caches on the loop track but was well occupied by some entrenched lunchers so dashed back this morning on the way to work. Easy find after I read the clue - was looking in far to many difficult places prior to that.
The good thing here was that I was on my own and search for cache was easy. Thank you for showing us this place. TFTC
As I had a couple of hours before I needed to get into the office today, I figured I had time to at least find one geocache to keep the daily streak alive. And I also thought that I would aim for one a little further afield. Anyway, this was one of those mornings in which something simple turned out to be a little more challenging than planned. First, on my way out to Clevedon I got caught up in a ton of roadworks. Then, the first cache I targeted I couldn't locate... even though everyone else in the logs had made 'quick finds'. I hate it when that happens. So, after that experience I decided to try and find this one. I had found another one in this park a while back... but as I was now running out of time I knew that I would only have a realistic shot at picking up only one in this park. So that is how I came to be looking for this particular cache. Once I arrived at GZ, I initially looked all over the place... but once I re-read the cache description I soon had the cache in hand. The log book is signed and the cache is back nicely for the next finder. I had never been in this space before... very cool... I will be back at some stage to get the other caches close by. So thank you NZTravellers for taking the time to set up not just this cache, but all of your caches... I really appreciate your efforts in doing so. I am going to give this one a favourite point... not so much for the cache... but for the experience. TFTC
Beautiful little walk to this area. Cache was larger than we expected and in good condition. TFTC.
I was out for a wander with a group of people around Duder Regional Park today, so I decided to head down early and go for a walk around Clevedon Scenic Reserve first. Walked up to this nice little spot and made a quick find of the cache here. TFTC!
Being out here at 8am on a tuesday morning, and I decided to follow your insutructions and head clockwise around the walk. after doing this walk up the middle. Bigger container than expected, now wish I'd brought a trackable to put in it! After finding the cache I did wonder if you could head straight up the hill. Glad I decided it wasn't worth it after I was on the path and looked over the edge.
Had a little time to myself today so headed up here nice and early (leaving Hamilton at 5am) so that I could get into the first walk as the sun started to come up as this is my favorite part of the day to be out hiking.
After the rain yesterday I had been hoping that the weather forecast would be for once accurate and give me clear skies.
This was the second cache and a nice quick find in the dark and the roads were all quiet here.
At the first of the walks today and only realsied later (as it was dark when I arrived) that I parked in the wrong place but hey nevermind. Walked in here while it was still dark but son had everything under control and the cache was soon signed and it was up hill for me as I headed clockwise around the track
Thanks to all the cache owners for their continued maintenance and of course placement of the caches I collected today

With the rain around there's a fair bit of water coming over the waterfall so we picked a good day to come. We met a father and son out walking their dog and swapped notes as theirs was a rescue dog too. Then we introduced them to geocaching and showed them how it all works. Nice easy find here, cache is a good size so hard to miss. All good here, signed the log and popped back as found. Thanks for the cache.
We thought we might be thwarted from finding this one due to what we thought was a family of muggles. Luckily Aiden29 spotted the cache container sitting between the family on the table.
Nice to meet you all summer.deverell, may the caching bug keep you going! Thanks NZTravellers.

Pazzabella, Geocchi, Aiden29, Jag50 and I met up on a superb winters day to collect the caches in this reserve. We thought we would have to come back to this one as it appeared a family had settled in for a picnic at GZ but Aiden spied the had the cache container on the table. Lovely to meet you summer.deverell, I hope you get hooked on your new found hobby
Merlot58, Aiden29 and ourselves headed out to the east again today to go and find some rural caches and catch up with Pazzabella and Geocchi to capture some caches in the Clevedon Reserve. Got close and oh no muggles. Then we saw the cache container on the table. Met some new cachers in the form of summer.deverell. Thanks guys for assisting the find
Headed to walk around the Clevedon Scenic Reserve with Merlot58, Jag50, Pazzabella and Geocchi. We thought we would have to return to make the find at this cache, due to a family of muggles sitting at the picnic table by GZ. However we soon realised that the cache container was sitting on the table and that they weren't muggles at all.
Nice spot but no luck with cache. Water level has been up over boards so may have washed away in the heavy rain last month.
A lot of water around after three different floods to the area. May have been washed away, or we just sucked on our first attempt at geocaching!
Spending this morning out and about at the Clevedon Market and had some time left to go on this loop. Lot of muggles out for a run during a humid sunny morning. Easy find with the description given. Nice waterfall....TFTC
We found the complete circuit with no DNF's and this was our last so was stopped her for lunch in such a nice spot with the waterfall. TFTC
With a few hours to spare today before I had to head for the airport and home, I decided to head for this part of the countryside and find a few caches. Today's the day for me to try and find the caches in the Clevedon Scenic Reserve. It was quite wet and drizzly so I thought that would keep most muggles away. However, I did encounter a few joggers and dog walkers as crazy as me out on the tracks and trails. GPS was struggling in this terrain so after looking around for a bit I checked the description and zero'd in on the cache. TFTC, Biggles.
Great day for a walk with the family, neat spot I've never been to this waterfall before, tftc.
Was struggling to get a settled signal here when AV2 says Found it. Hadnt been up this path before. TFTC
After the long trek around the reserve we headed to this secret spot to find our penultimate cache. What a fantastic serene place...definitely one of those 'if not for geocaching' places.
After signing the log (with the CO present) we checked out the waterfall which had a little bit of water.
Apparently at night you can see glowworms here...that would be awesome so must return sometime...
Thanks for bringing us here.

Found whilst out with keylev, laval and Mrs NZT.
Thanks for the cache and the fun.

Before beginning our walk up to the lookout we literally wandered down the garden path to this pretty little area. Just as we were about to search we heard voices approaching so temporarily aborted the hunt and sat down to have a drink of water.
We were surprised to then see some old friends come around the corner. "Wow, haven't seen you in a long time". After a long catch up we decided to introduce them to the wonderful world of caching and located the cache much to their surprise. They were intrigued to hear these things were hidden all over the place right under their noses.
After a bit more discussion we left them to admire the waterfall and headed off on our walk, having potentially converted some muggles into explorers of a whole new world of possibilities.
Great hide, thanks for bringing us here and giving us an unexpected reunion.

Never been to this reserve before so thank you for placing this cache. What a lovely spot. This is our first find of the morning.

Third quick find, great location, somehow we've been here before but not HERE before! Thanks for bringing us!
Out here today to do the circuit before going back to work and enjoying the sun that had threatened not to show itself. Very helpful description and no one else trying to enjoy the place at the time meant I had a nice quick find and I was off to start the climb shortly afterwards. Nice spot - TFTC
